Earlier today, The Big Brother Naija Lockdown housemates got together to bond. They talked about themselves and backgrounds.

Apparently, the discussion they had was aimed at knowing one another.

It got to Dorathy Bachor’s turn, and she issued a stern warning to the housemates, pleading with them not to talk about her breasts, while she shares her story.

Seems as though Dorathy already knew that the housemates will drool over her bosoms rather than hearing her speak.

“Before I start, nobody should insult my breast, let us just leave my breast out of this conversation”, Dorathy warned.

Dorathy Bachor left jaws hanging when she appeared on our screens. Not only is her personality sassy and fun so far, but her gigantic ‘melons’ have also gotten a lot of people glued to their screens.

The 24-year-old entrepreneur from Lagos who believes ‘she is the only one who should make you smile’ appears to be doing just that as her male fans are already setting their tents in Camp Dorothy.

Togolese professional footballer, Emmanuel Adebayor and Dillish Mathews seem to have gone their separate ways yet again.

The duo hinted on their split after he showed off a new woman on his Instagram page and gushed over beauty. He wrote in his caption,

Then a quick check on their respective Instagram pages show that they are no longer following each other and this has got fans and followers feeling that they’re no longer an item.

Big Brother Naija housemate, Ka3na has opened up on some unknown details about herself and her marital status.

Ka3na, 27, opened up to other housemates during the get-to-know each other session in the house and she revealed that she is separated from her 64-year-old British husband she got married to at the age of 22.

She also revealed that they had their child through In vitro fertilization, after which she had her eggs frozen in South Africa. Ka3na stated that she prefers older men and doesn’t have time for younger men because she needs someone older than her to advise her and point her in the right direction.

Ka3na said;

“My husband being 64 was not that strong anymore and I really wanted to have a child for him, so I decided to go for IVF.

“The first one failed but thank God for the second one. I now have a daughter, she is 1-year plus.

“I’m not separated and not divorced. I am not divorced yet because I am not ready to remarry. I’m Strong, passionate and a boss lady. I have my life all planned out. I just want fame to sell my business.

“In relationship, I have to be with an older man. I don’t have time to date young guys. I need someone that can advise me.”

One of Nigerian singer, Davido’s cousin, Tunji Adeleke is currently feeling graceful as he’s achieved the feat of graduating from the university.

Tunji was among the 2020 set that recently graduated from Davido’s dad’s private university, Adeleke University in Ede, Osun State.

Sharing photos with his graduation gown on his Instagram page, Tunji revealed that the degree took him 10 years and 4 universities.

She was not the only one who mentioned their favourite Nigerian celebrities but hers is somewhat reciprocal and coincidental owing to the fact that Don Jazzy had earlier declared his support for her.

Nigerian lady defrauds victims of N179m, spends N139m on sport betting, N1m on tithe

A lady, Nkechi Mercy Ikogwe alongside two companies, Elites Finance Investment Limited and Efinc Global Investment Limited, were on Monday arraigned before Justice E.A. Obile of the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, over alleged N179 million fraud.

EFCC arraigned them on a three-count charge bordering on conspiracy and obtaining money by false pretense contrary to Section 1(1) (a) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act No. 14, 2006 and punishable under Section 1 (3) of the same Act.
The woman was said to have used the sum of N139,704,097 of the N179 million to play sport betting and also paid a tithe of N1 million to a church in Port Harcourt.

One of the counts against the defendants read: “That you Nkechi Mercy Ikogwe, Elites Finance Investment Limited and Efinc Global Investment Limited sometime in 2019 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State within the jurisdiction of this honorable court with intent to defraud, obtained the sum of N179,326,386.62 by inducing unsuspecting members of the public to invest with your companies:

Elites Finance Investment Limited and Efinc Global Investment Limited, assuring them under a false pretense of making 15% interest on all investment made, a representation you knew to be false, and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 1(1) (a) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act No. 14, 2006 and punishable under Section 1 (3) of the same Act.”

Justice Obile ordered that the 1st defendant, Ikogwe, be remanded in prosecution’s custody and adjourned the matter till October 19,2020 for determination of the bail application.

Mercy ran into trouble when the commission received a report about the defendant and two others, accusing them of inducing their victims into participating in a fraudulent investment scheme with a fake promise of 15 per cent return on investment.

Victoria Adeyele, aka Vee, has declared that she’s no lover of android phones… and this is coming as a shock to many!

Super Eagles player and Bordeaux forward, Samuel Kalu has reportedly tested positive for Coronavirus.

AFP reported that Kalu who has been in quarantine in France, was the unnamed player announced by the club to have contracted COVID-19 on July 6.

He has reportedly missed the team’s training sessions since the opening of camp and might be left out of some of the club’s pre-season games.

He is expected to rejoin the rest of the squad on July 27, if his test returns negative.

39-year-old man arrested for defiling 9-year-old daughter in Adamawa

Adamawa state police command have arrested a 39-year-old man for reportedly defiling his 9-year-old daughter.

Adamawa police command spokesperson, Sulaiman Nguroje said the suspect has made confessional statements and the victim is undergoing medical check up.

The statement read;

“Adamawa State police command wishes to inform the general public that following intensified action against sexual assault on women and children, the command, on the 20/7/2020, arrested one Obora Patrick, a 39-year-old resident of No.46 hospital road, Jimeta, Yola North, for raping his 9-year-old step daughter.

“The command calls on members of the general public to key into fight against sexual assault against women and children and caution parents/guardians to closely monitor their wards.

“The command further assures all of its commitment to protect lives and property and calls on the people to continue reporting to police any suspicious movement around them.”

Identified as Vivian, the delectable lady died on Sunday, according to reports.

We brought you reports about the quite sudden demise of a young promising lady who died shortly after her wedding, in Delta state.

The lady has now been identified as Vivian.

An excited Vivian got married last Saturday. The marriage went so well with her friends, family and well wishers present.

Sadly, Vivian didn’t live to enjoy her marriage..

Her death was reported by one of her closest friend Efenandju Bernice, who posted it on her Facebook page and tagged some of her friends who also attended the wedding.

Okote Emmanuel, a friend to the victim claimed that she left the hospital to attend her own wedding, and expressed that the wedding stress might have been too much on her.

Mercy and Ike: Ike spends N1 million on diamond ring for Mercy

Last week’s episode, the couple had a chat with the therapist and agreed to meet up with Ike’s family for the meeting.

This is the last episode of the Mercy and Ike show. We are taken down memory lane through the past weeks in the lives of Mercy and Ike, and how they work to ensure that their relationship continues to grow.

Ike has finally found the ring he believes would be the best to propose to Mercy. His cousin Pascal is quite worried about the cost which is N1m. He mentions that if Ike spends so much, that will mean he may be spending about N3m for the wedding. Ike said that when he gets to that bridge, he would cross it. He calls T-Diamonds, the Jeweler, to discuss further on buying the ring.

Ike calls Mercy to discuss the process of meeting his family, Mercy says she will have to go with him to Imo State. Ike wants to get the process right. He will need to take money and drinks with him.

Ike has Venita with him, to meet up with Mercy’s friend, Moet and talk to her about the ring he wants to buy for Mercy. Moet is excited, they agree that she will help with the ring design and size. Ike says he is ready to go to the next step.

Mercy and Ike are nervous about the meeting with his family. They are talking about the introduction and some of the issues surrounding the relationship. Ike wants direction on what to do regarding the engagement. Ike’s Uncle says that when the time is right, he will go with Ike’s father to start the engagement process. Promise wants to know when Ike’s family will be coming to see her family. They do not want to be pressured, as they would like to do things when they are ready as they are working on their relationship. Prince, Ike’s cousin is in support of this move.

Mercy says the surprise element has been taken off, and she fears the relationship or marriage may not work, she also expressed her reservation about the interference of family.

The show ends as we see Mercy and Ike telling us how they enjoyed shooting the reality TV show together. They have learnt a lot so far in their relationship. They plan to keep going strong with their relationship, their families are closer than ever and despite the various opinions of people close to them, it has only brought them closer.

“I was once married, but now I’m single and not searching” – BBNaija’s Ka3na reveals.

Kate “Ka3na” Jones, one of the housemates in the Lock down season 5 edition of Big Brother Naija has revealed she was once married.

Ka3na, a 26-year-old entrepreneur from Rivers, Nigeria, opened up that she was once married, but things happened between them and they had to go their separate ways.

She went on to say although she’s now single, she isn’t searching.

When asked whether she has plans to hook up with someone else, she said she needs a companion, someone whom she can share her problems and success with.
