“I found out I was pregnant on the day I gave birth” – Lady says; shares photo of her newborn baby
A South African lady, with the name Lelethu Ndlungwane has taken to social networking platform, Twitter to reveal how she wasn’t aware that she was pregnant until the day she gave birth.
According to Lelethu, she found out about it when herself and her mother were spring cleaning and believed it was subtle period pains until proven otherwise.
Lelethu shared that her mother sought the help of their pastor when the pain persisted and an overnight prayer session was organized at the religious leader’s place.
However, while spending the night, at about 1 am she felt something getting ready to pop out of her but the pastor felt it was a demon.
But when her water broke, that was what led to them realizing she was pregnant as they rushed her to the hospital.
After sharing her story, Lelethu also posted a photo of the newly born baby.

“Found out I was pregnant the day I gave birth. My son was named Smangaliso, because wow us’mangazile nyani!! “My mom and I were spring cleaning on this day when I suddenly experienced what started off as subtle pains. I thought I was about to start my period but the pain intensified!
“My mom then called the pastor because the situation was getting dire. I went as far as asking my sister to play Sedilaka by the Soil because I thought I was exiting “Then the pastor said we should come to her house so that they could pray for me. We got to the house, and it turned into a night of prayer struuuu.
Demons were being cast out left, right and center. I am crying to the point where the tears weren’t coming out anymore. “Now it was around 1 am and I felt something wanting to come out my vagina. The pastor then told me to go to the toilet. Her words were “we’re going to deal with this demon today.”
“When we got to the toilet she called, I’ll call her Khosi, who was in the worship team, who wait for it….is a mid-wife by profession! “When she came in and saw the mucous sac protruding, she immediately confirmed that I was indeed in labour.
“Anyway Khosi asked for a razor and cut the mucous sac and asked me to push. Once she got Mangi out, I’m pretty sure I passed out in disbelief and trauma “My mom ran out the house when Mangi started crying. She was convinced that Mangi was is’lwane.
Anyway fast forward, we rushed to the hospital, placenta in a plastic bag, blood everywhere and baby in towel. The nurses were gobsmacked of course. “Mangi, once we had arrived at the hospital and they had given him a wash. I believe the things he had on were given by the hospital neh.”

The opinion of a Nigerian writer about rich and poor people having sex has caused mixed reactions among netizens on social networking platform, Twitter.
Praise George took to his page to share how he feels that poor people are “cursed with a strange sex drive which defies all reason”, saying they “pursue sex as if their prosperity depends on it”.
Praise says the rich however, hardly have time to have sex because they’re too busy making money and they spend their money on therapy to fix their low sex drive.
He wrote in full,

This shouldn’t be a general assumption sir.. most rich guys are directly proportional to sex life.. some will even go to the length of using the money to seduce house wives and have sex with them.. this happening well in local areas

The single mother of one whose marriage to Apo Arthur on October 2, 2013 crashed few months later over irreconcilable differences in a recent interview with Sun News shared her plans to get married again and give her daughter siblings.

A Nigerian Cake Vendor has taken to social media to share a weird conversation she had with a client who desired to hook up with her.
According to the chats shared, the man came under the guise that he wanted to order a cake for his daughter’s birthday but then he chipped in the idea that he wants to ‘hangout’ with her for a night.
The cake vendor was clearly irritated by his request and she warned him to respect her business contact as she isn’t an escort service.

A deaconess may be in trouble after she was appehended for allegedly subjecting he ward to multiple series of extreme torture.
The story of the 14-yea-old girl, identified as Princess is one which has shocked Nigerians.
The ward identified as Princess had been living with her parents in Kaduna until they were displaced by bandits following an attack on their community.
As a result, Princess parents had to place their daughter in the home of the deconness, identified as Mrs. Iyema Oyemola Oyewole, as they didn’t want their child to be homeless.
According to reports, Princess was reportedly subjected to series of inhumane torture from the deaconess and her children while her husband, allegedly turned a blind eye. Reports also have it that princess was allegedly stopped from going to school, made to sleep in the toilet and was forced to drink water from the toilet when thirsty.
Reports also claims that the deaconess’ son punishes Princess and beats her whenever, sometimes under the rain… Further reports allege that the daughters of the Deaconess also help hold princess down whenever their mother wants to torture her.
The tortures includes putting a knife on fire till it becomes hot, before using it to burn Princess all over her face and body.
Photos of Princess show her with burns and scars all over her face, butt and vagina area. It was alleged that the Deaconess also burns the girl’s vagina with lighter and sometimes inserts a hot stick into her vagina while her daughters help her hold the girl’s legs open. Afterwards, they would allegedly apply pepper to her vagina.
She also allegedly refused to let the girl’s parents see her each time they tried because she didn’t want them seeing the injuries on her body. Whenever Princess’ parents showed up, she told them they couldn’t come in because of Coronavirus.
Eventually, Princess’ father became suspicious and got the NGOs involved. They were shocked at the state they finally saw Princess in.
When the deaconess was questioned, she said she didn’t know the fire she used to torture the girl was that hot.
“I didn’t know the fire was burning very well like that,” she allegedly said.

Mr. Oyewole begged for Princess to come and stay with them. The father single-handedly gave the girl to the woman. The woman even used holy water when he handed his daughter to the woman. He thought she was a good Christian woman.
A month later, he called to speak with his daughter; the woman said he must speak with her in English and not Hausa. She knew the daughter would likely spill.She would now put the girl on the speaker to monitor her. Meanwhile, the girl was sleeping in the toilet all these while with not even a wrapper. The woman gave her a cup and told her that whenever she’s thirsty she should fetch water from the toilet to drink.
In the interview video clip, you’d hear the girl say, “They would now give me leaves like an animal” while in the toilet before the girl would come out to work her ass off.
The father said, “I did not collect or want any money from the woman. All that I wanted to be was for my daughter to go to school.” But in reality, for the past one year, Princess has gone to school just a week.
When asked, why did you go to school just once? And she replied, “The woman opened my bag one week after I commenced school and saw a carrot that I had put inside to eat during break and beat the living daylight out of me. Since then she stopped me from going to school…”
Check the scars on her face? The woman puts a knife on a burner or stove and when it’s hot, she would place it on her face. Her face used to be very swollen.
When the parents insisted on seeing her, she refused to let anyone have access to the girl. The mother, months ago went to the house to see the girl. It was raining, and for three hours, Mrs. Oyewole refused to let her see her daughter. She told her she would not allow her into the house because she does not want the woman to bring in corona into the house.
When the mother refused to leave, she opened the gate for her and let her see the daughter from the gate of the house. She told her, “You can see your daughter is alive right? Now leave my house!”
The grains that the woman brought for the family, the woman instantly gave it out to the security men at the gate.
When the girl’s father was told of the inhumane treatment, he then realized that something was wrong. He made contact with the relevant people on how to get his daughter back but every effort proved unsuccessful. The woman told them that the girl was in Abuja.
On Monday, the Uncle to the girl called the woman and warned her that she had just six hours to return the girl and here we are today.
It was then she started treating the girl with iodine and ice to dry up the wounds.
Mrs. Oyewole has a son who beats Princess at will. Punishes her even under the rain. When all of these happens, the husband locks himself in his room and pretends like nothing is happening. Her children Tito and Nifemi would hold the girl’s neck while the mother would burn her buttocks and vagina with lighter.
They hold her down while the mother inserts a stick into her private part at the same time burning the vagina. They also put pepper in the vagina and over the wounds.
When asked at the police station, why did you treat the girl so, and she replied, “I didn’t know the fire was burning very well like that!”
Her Church had settled the matter. But luckily, Alheri Magaji and the rest have got other NGOs involved. Living Faith Kaduna, you owe Kaduna people lots of apologies. Remember Nathaniel Samuel whom you all said carried a bomb into your Church meanwhile it was stolen fire crackers? You almost set Kaduna state on fire with your conduct. You never came out to address the whole issue.
To date, I believe Nath is still in incarceration. He was your Church member albeit a mentally challenged one. I did my investigation. I got threats and insults when I revealed the whole story. To date, nobody has said anything.
The Church in Nigeria is as culpable as anyone else. You settled this case and wanted that girl back to that woman’s home? You all are crazy!
Man is found guilty of stabbing his heavily pregnant ex-girlfriend 21 times, killing her and their baby
A man has been found guilty of stabbing his heavily pregnant ex-girlfriend in a jealous rage, killing her and their baby.
Aaron McKenzie, 26, of Peckham, south London, broke into Kelly-Mary Fauvrelle’s bedroom in the middle of the night and stabbed her 21 times as her family slept upstairs, the Old Bailey heard.
According to reports, Fauvrelle was rushed to the hospital after the incident. The baby, Riley was delivered by Caesarean section in an attempt to save his life, but died in the hospital four days later.
The tragic attack occurred in June 2019.
The prosecution alleged McKenzie had killed Miss Fauvrelle, 26, in a “vicious and cowardly” attack after their “toxic” relationship ended and she moved on.
The defendant denied it, claiming a man named Mike, who his pregnant ex owed money to, was responsible for her death.
On Friday, July 10, a jury found McKenzie guilty of murdering 33 weeks pregnant Miss Fauvrelle, the manslaughter of baby Riley and possession of a knife.
Miss Fauvrelle’s family were also in Court One of the Old Bailey as the verdict was delivered after a total of two hours, 46 minutes deliberation by the Jurors to reach their verdicts.
The court heard that Miss Fauvrelle’s relationship with McKenzie had ended in February last year after McKenzie messaged her that he was feeling “not needed, not wanted, unimportant, and lost.”

Miss Fauvrelle told him he needed professional help, saying: “Until u get the fact I don’t want to be with you anymore…I will no longer speak or see you unless is about the baby.”
Last March, Miss Fauvrelle told his mother that the relationship was “toxic” but she would not deny him access to their child.
At about 3.15 am on June 29, 2019, an intruder broke into Miss Fauvrelle’s family home in Thornton Heath, south London, through patio doors, the court heard.
Prosecutor Duncan Penny QC had said: “That intruder proceeded to launch a vicious and a cowardly attack upon her, inflicting a total of 21 stab wounds with a knife.
“In the process, the intruder murdered not only Kelly Fauvrelle, but through his attack upon Kelly he killed Riley, the unborn child she was carrying.”
In the wake of the attack, McKenzie pretended to have nothing to do with it, the court heard.
He went to the hospital where medical staff were trying to save the life of his child, “posing as a victim”, Mr. Penny said.
The defendant allegedly lied to the police and did not tell them that he had spent over an hour before the killing accessing and reading his ex-partner’s emails, the court heard.
Mr. Penny also said that McKenzie continued to deceive police, hospital staff, and Ms Fauvrelle’s family until he was arrested and “confessed”.
Claire Mays, from the CPS, said: “This was a vicious and cowardly attack on a heavily pregnant woman, which was borne out of jealousy. Aaron McKenzie murdered his ex-girlfriend and in turn also killed their child Riley.
“Just hours after carrying out the attack, McKenzie went for a driving lesson as if nothing had happened.
“The prosecution evidence included a confession McKenzie had made to police officers taking responsibility for the killings before he decided to change his story and blame his actions on his learning difficulties and depression.
“By choosing to take this tragic case to trial McKenzie took the family of his victim through the heartbreak and ordeal of listening to all of his lies and the damning evidence against someone who had once been a part of their family.
“Although nothing can bring back Kelly and Riley, I hope these convictions provide some comfort to the family. Our thoughts remain with them at this difficult time.”
Aaron McKenzie will now be sentenced on July 17.

FBI kidnapped my client from Dubai – Hushpuppi’s Lawyer
Gal Pissetzky, lawyer to Nigerian suspected international fraudster, Ramon Olorunwa Abbas, popularly known as Ray Hushpuppi, has said that his client was kidnapped by the FBI from Dubai and taken to the US.
Hushpuppi and another cyber-heist suspect, Olalekan Jacob Ponle, also known as Mr Woodberry were arrested in Dubai, where they lived, in June.
They were later taken to the US where they appeared in a Chicago court on 3 July.
The US and UAE have no existing extradition treaty but Dubai police said the two suspected fraudsters were extradited to the US.
The BBC quoted a spokesman for the US Department of Justice as saying that Hushpuppi was expelled from Dubai and was not extradited.
Speaking with the BBC, Hushpuppi’s lawyer Pissetzky, said, “In my opinion, the FBI and the government here acted illegally when they kidnapped him from Dubai without any legal process to do so.
“There was no extradition, there were no legal steps taken, there were no court documents filed, it was simply a call to the FBI. He is not a citizen of the United States, the US had absolutely no authority to take him.”
Gal Pissetzky had earlier told Forbes that Hushpuppi, is not a fraudster.
Pissetzky said that the internet celebrity is a legitimate businessman who deals on real estate, according to Forbes.

South African rapper, AKA tests positive for Covid-19
South African rapper, AKA, has tested positive for Coronavirus.
The 32-year-old rapper made the disclosure of his diagnosis in a statement he posted to his official Twitter page on Friday, July 10.
According to the rapper, he decided to make his results public to raise awareness about the pandemic.
The statement reads in part ;
“In an attempt to create awareness around the virus and to caution citizens to be more careful in their daily interactions with others, AKA has chosen to make his results public.”
UPDATE : 11-year-old boy who was reported missing has been found.
An 11-year-old boy identified as Chiemezie who was earlier reported missing by his Mother, has been found.
The single mother had previously taken to her social media page to cry out over her missing boy whom she said was last seen at Onitsha.
The mother identified as Nelo Ayowinter has now served an update on the situation and the good news is he has been found.
Sharing an update via her facebook page, Nelo wrote ;

According to the distraught mother, her 11-year-old son named Atuanya Chimezie Victor was last seen at the Lagos park in Onitsha.

Tanzanian actress, Zena Yusuf Mohammed ends 3-year marriage after allegedly being assaulted by her husband; shares photos of her battered face
Popular Tanzanian actress, Zena Yusuf Mohammed aka Shilole has disclosed her decision to end her three-year-old marriage over domestic violence.
On Wednesday, July 8th, the actress took to her IG page to share photos of herself with a battered face as she opened up about her violence-riddled marriage.
She alleged that she had been a victim of domestic violence throughout her marriage to her husband, Uchebe whom she started dating in 2016.
In a quite lengthy and heartbreaking post, which she wrote in Swahili, the 32 year old actress also issued an apology for staying quiet about her issues while encouraging other women in violent or abusive marriages to speak out for help.
She wrote,
“I am writing this with a clear mind and conscience. First, I would like to apologise to my family. I am seeking your forgiveness because I assured you that my marriage was trouble-free, while in reality, it wasn’t peaceful.
I have been a victim of domestic violence and other evil acts I cannot speak about on this platform.
“I apologise because every time I heard my fellow women cry for justice after being assaulted by their spouses, I would urge them to voice out their grievances. When I heard that there was a woman from Kigamboni, who had been fatally battered and her body set alight by her husband, I was the first one to say: ‘she should have spoken out about her marital troubles’. I pretended that I was not one of the domestic abuse victims; I distanced myself from the group of women who were victims of domestic violence. Forgive me.
“[As an artist], I am a role model to many in the society; I represent women on many fronts. Today, I have decided to break my silence on my marital woes. My husband Ashrafu Sadiki, popularly known as Uchebe, has been battering me too much!
“And, after meting out violence on me, he never calls to show concern or know about my wellbeing. Other people, unknown to me, are the ones who usually nurse me in hospitals after being beaten up by my spouse. In my marriage, there are many other bad things that have been done to me, making my union lack the expected bliss.
“Making matters worse, I am a mother; a parent of children who look up to me as their mother and father. I won’t allow myself to be killed and leave my children motherless, not today!
“I loved Uchebe, I persevered to be with him despite his inadequacies; I gave him everything (my innocence, my wealth, and when he needed a woman to stand by him so that he could get on his feet — financially and socially — I was there for him). I did all that because I knew he and I were together in everything as husband and wife. Despite all that, my sacrifices did not stop him from battering me endlessly, disrespecting and betraying me.
“Two days ago, when I returned home from my livelihood-seeking activities in Dar es Salaam, he seriously beat me up, forgetting that I had gone out there to look for food not only for my children, but also him. Why did he assault me? Because of petty marital conflicts that are present in all marriages. He did not batter me because he had found me cheating on him, or on issues that are hard to solve through dialogue, no. Furthermore, I respect him so much.
“Nonetheless, he saw the best way of solving the small dispute that we had, was through battering me senselessly. I was asleep when he punched me in the face.
“I know there is a section of people who will fault me for bringing to social media my marital woes, however, I would like to tell them that I was left with no other choice but to share my predicaments on this platform. What happens in my life, [being a public figure], should be known by my fans. Many people in the society look up to me as their role model.
“I have had enough [of domestic abuse], and from now henceforth, I would like to state categorically that no one should refer to me as Uchebe’s wife. People should refer to me as ‘that mother who chose to prioritise her children’s welfare and wellbeing at the expense of a toxic relationship’. They should describe me as ‘that woman who chose her happiness and safety [over a violence-ridden marriage].
“My female fans and other women in the society should use this social media post of mine as a strong message that says ‘we [as women] should speak up when we have been reduced to punching bags and recipients of brutality, because if we don’t, we’ll end up dead someday’.

How We Tracked Woodberry Via iPhone, Whatsapp, Bitcoin Transactions – FBI
Olalekan Jacob Ponle, popularly known as Woodberry, was nabbed through details accessed from his WhatsApp, iPhone and Bitcoin transactions, court documents obtained by PREMIUM TIMES reveal.
Mr Ponle, alongside Ramoni Igbalode, also known as Hushpuppi, was arrested in the United Arab Emirate on June 10 for multiple fraud charges after a raid by operatives of the Dubai crime unit.
The duo were then extradited to the United States on July 2.
Mr Ponle, 29, is currently facing charges bordering on wire fraud conspiracy at a United States District Court sitting in Illinois.
The court had since June 25 issued an arrest warrant to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) regarding Mr Ponle’s case after a criminal complaint was filed.
His first appearance in court was on July 3, after which the preliminary hearing was set for July 16 before Judge Jeffrey T Gilbert.
However, as provided by a section of the U.S. laws on the release or detention of a defendant pending trial, Mr Ponle will be remanded in custody until a further order of the court.
If found guilty, he is liable to a jail term ranging from 20 to 30 years.
Page Pate, a U.S. law firm, stated on its website that penalties for wire fraud include a prison sentence of up to 20 years (30 years if the case involves federal disaster relief funds or a financial institution), restitution to any victims and a fine set by the judge.
How he was tracked
Ali Sadiq, a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), chronicled how the bureau tracked down through his online activities.
He said this in a criminal complaint document filed at the court and obtained by PREMIUM TIMES.
He stated that Mr Ponle, who often adopted a pseudonym Mark Kain, has defrauded several United States-based companies through Business Email Compromise (BEC) schemes.
This scheme compromises legitimate business email accounts through computer intrusion techniques or social engineering and uses those accounts to cause the unauthorised transfer of funds.
Techniques for perpetrating these schemes include phishing, spear phishing, identity theft, email spoofing, and the use of malware.
“Beginning no later than January 2019 and continuing until at least September 2019, OLALEKAN JACOB PONLE conspired with others to engage in BEC schemes to defraud several United States-based companies. These schemes resulted in attempted and actual losses to victim companies in the tens of millions of dollars,” the criminal complaint document read.
As part of the scheme, he reportedly directed ‘money mules’ in the United States to open bank accounts in the names of victimised companies.
According to Mr Sadiq, proceeds from BEC schemes, “ranging from hundreds of thousands of dollars to millions of dollars”, were then wired by unwitting employees to the bank accounts opened by Mr Ponle’s mules.
Mr Ponle then instructed the mules to convert the proceeds to bitcoin (virtual currency) and to send the proceeds of the BEC schemes to a bitcoin wallet that he owned and operated.
Bitcoin, a type of cryptocurrency, is generated and controlled through computer software operating on a decentralised peer-to-peer network.
Its transactions are recorded in the Bitcoin blockchain which makes it hard to trace because the identities of individuals are partially anonymous.
Massive scheme, more findings
In fact, one of those BEC schemes involved two Chicago-based companies. One was defrauded of $2.3 million and the other, sent wire transfers totaling $15.3 million.
Preliminary blockchain analysis done by the FBI indicated that the 29-year-old received at least 1,494.71506296 bitcoin related to these BEC schemes, valued at over $6 million dollars at the time he received the proceeds.
Finding also revealed that the money mules in the United States were approached by a person they knew as “Mark” or “Mark Kain.” Mark later directed them to open bank accounts in the names of these companies.
Those accounts received proceeds from the BEC schemes, and on Mark’s instructions, the
money mules converted proceeds to bitcoin and sent proceeds to Mark.
According to Mr Sadiq, “Mark Kain” contacted Individual B using telephone number (323) 985-4088 (“the 4088 phone number”).
Mr Sadiq noted that these telephone details were records obtained from Dingtone, a messaging and voice call application.
He added that his review of the chat transcripts from online messaging applications like WhatsApp showed him how Mr Ponle and his mules transact.
“Mark instructed Individual B and Individual A to send money to the bitcoin wallet 16AtGJbaxL2kmzx4mW5ocpT2ysTWxmacWn (“the 16AtGJ BTC Wallet”) on at least nine occasions.
“Records obtained from Bitpay, a processor of cryptocurrency transactions, indicated that between approximately September 18, 2015 and November 29, 2016, the 16AtGJ BTC wallet made five purchases associated with the Gmail account hustleandbustle@gmail[.]com (the “hustle Gmail account”).
“Based on records obtained from Apple, an iCloud account (Subject Account 1) was subscribed to by Jacob Olalekan, listing the 7890 phone number, the hustle Gmail account, and a physical address in Johannesburg, South Africa.
“Based on my review of records from Apple, Subject Account 1 contained several identity documents and photographs of PONLE. These included a photo of a Nigerian passport with a photo of an individual named Olalekan Jacob Ponle, born in May 1991 in Lagos, Nigeria, a photo of a United Arab Emirates visa with a photo of an individual named Olalekan Jacob Ponle with the profession ‘marketing’,” the document read.
The FBI agent insisted Mr Ponle and his accomplices, gained access to emails and financial records of these companies to perpetrate fraud.
“Based on the above information, there is probable cause to believe that, beginning no late than January 2019 and continuing until at least September 2019, at Chicago, in the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, and elsewhere, PONLE conspired to commit wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1349,” Mr Sadiq said.
