A Nigerian man identified as Ozioma Declan has been arrested by the police in India for allegedly killing his three-month-old baby and throwing her body from the second-floor of his apartment.
According to reports, the pedicide occurred during a fight with his wife at their apartment in Greater Noida on Monday June 15, 2020.
Confirming the incident, Deputy commissioner of police, central Noida, Harish Chander said, “The information was received at the local police station in the morning about a fight between the Nigerian couple.
The wife told the police that her husband was mentally troubled and doing weird things. .
She said he physically fought with her and smashed their daughter on the floor of the house, killing her on the spot. He then threw the body out from the balcony.”.

The management of Executive Jets Services has officially released a statement regarding Naira Marley and Kim Oprah flight from Lagos to Abuja for a concert that held despite the ban on flights and public gathering.
Due to the outcry that the show elicited online, the authorities sprung into action and yesterday suspended the airline, Executive Jet Services, for flying Naira Marley to Abuja for the infamous concert.
The airline has now reacted to the development in a statement signed by Sam Iwuajoku, the Chairman/CEO of Executive Jet Services.
According to him, he felt the name ‘Fashola Babatunde’ was that of the Honorable Minister of Works, and not Naira Marley.

“We hereby apologize for the above flight, with your permit rex: FMA/ATMD/0175/V/V/ 1268 dated 11th June. 2020. Please the flight was to carry a Judge to Abuja on Sunday 14th. 2020 as requested and permit was granted based on the application, but unfortunately when I called the Judge on Saturday morning to inform him that we have the permit, he then said that he has reached Abuja already with a different flight that someone gave him a lift to Abuja.
So on Saturday morning 13th June, 2020 my staff called me that they have a charter flight to Abuja and that the passengers are already in the lounge as a rule passenger manifest is always sent to me before any departure, when I went through the manifest and I saw FASHOLA BABATUNDE I thought it was the Honorable Minister of Works going to Abuja with his men, so we decided to do the flight since is a serving minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I didn’t know that it was a bunch of useless people.

The Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 has frowned over the concert Nigerian Singer, Naira Marley held on Saturday in Abuja, despite the ban on large gatherings amid the Coronavirus pandemic.
Naira Marley, held a packed concert at the Jabi Lake Mall on Saturday in violation of the PTF directive set up to curb the spread of COVID19.
The National Coordinator of the PTF, Dr. Sani Aliyu, addressed the development on Monday during the daily COVID-19 briefing.
He said: “With regards to the fate of Naira Marley, I believe the FCT authorities have already taken action with regards to the chief organizers.
“But the decision on whether or not he will face penalties etc is actually a decision of the FCT authorities.
“The PTF will always support any measure taken against people who continue to violate the guidelines we have put in place, particularly if they are putting public health at risk.”

In a rather disturbing new report reaching us this hour, a Nigerian lady, identified as simply, “Vivian” was found dead in her apartment, today 15th of June 2020… and circumstances surrounding her death is quite sketchy.
The incident happened at Summit Junction, Near Govt. House in Asaba.
According to Vivian’s friends, the deceased was reportedly stabbed to death about three days ago, and she was left to rot.
Vivian’s are now pointing fingers at her lover, claiming Vivian was stabbed by her lesbian lover.

Lagos state has been thrown into mourning following the sudden death of Senator Adebayo Osinowo who represents the Lagos East Senatorial District in the Senate.
Born November 28, 1955, late Senator Osinowo studied Building Technology at the lnstituto per Geometri, Rome, Italy. He obtained his master’s degree at Urbaniana University, Rome, Italy, where he specialized in Building Technology.

A Nigerian lady’s marriage that’s still at an infant stage is not at its best moment currently following her husband’s attitude towards her family.
The whole ache seems to have started when her family, who gave her husband a marriage list worth N580k when they were to wed, are now demanding he contributes N120k for his brother-in-law’s marriage.
In the story shared by Twitter user, @SmartAtuadi, the confused lady recounts how her husband who earns N70k monthly incurred about N580k expenses based on the list given to him during their wedding.
She revealed that the heavy amount her husband spent at the time sort of made him vow never to help her family members financially, insisting his in-laws have collected all their entitlements from him.
Their marriage has become worrisome now as the man’s brother-in-law is about to wed and was a given a N400k marriage list from his bride — the father-in-law then shared his son’s marriage costs and demanded his son-in-law who earns N70k to contribute N120k to support his wedding.
Enraged by his father-in-law’s demand, the lady’s husband reminded her of the oath he made to never help his in-laws after they made him spend N580k for the marriage list they gave him when he wanted to marry their daughter.
Furious over her husband’s decision, the lady then dubbed him “irresponsible”.
Nollywood actress, Victoria Inyama, has countered the stance of her colleague, Anita Joseph, who few days ago faulted the statement made by some married women that their husbands raped them when they weren’t in the mood for sex.

Anita had in a video made with her husband, argued that a woman cannot claim her husband raped her if he had sex with her when she wasn’t in the mood. The actress opined that the body of a woman is the food of her husband and should be made available whenever he needs to feed from it.
Just like other actresses did, reacting to Anita’s video, Victoria Inyama said there indeed is a thing called Marital rape and that many married women have experienced and are still experiencing it.
Inyama said even in marriage, sex should be with consent. She argued that forcefully having sex with a spouse is another act of domestic violence.
She said she has experienced marital rape and that it leaves so many women damaged.
“Can a husband rape? Yes a husband can rape his spouse. It depends. Let me define it. Marital rape or spousal rape is the act of sexual intercourse with ones spouse without the spouse’s consent. The lack of consent is essential here because it does not need to involve physical violence. Marital rape is a form of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
Husbands can rape wife. I do not know about wife raping a husband. The most important thing is consent is needed. A lot of women constantly raped in their marriage. They are so ashamed to even talk about it. I have experienced it and I am learning about it. The trauma and the damage it causes is beyond your understanding” she said
