“Nigerians are more wicked and dangerous than Covid-19” – Road Safety Officer says after he rushed accident victims to two hospitals but was told no doctor was around

Road Safety Officer says

A Road Safety Officer, Ahmed Lawan Dalorima has called on the Borno State Governor to immediately set up a committee on monitoring doctors in the state.

Dalorima made the appeal on Thursday, after he rushed some accident victims to two hospitals only to be told that there were no doctors or nurses to attend to the injured persons.

He said a doctor later came by and referred him to a private hospital which Dalorima says is owned by the doctor.

See Dalorima’s post and more photos below:

I was very much disappointed with what happened earlier today, I was driving to my command when suddenly there was a car crash along damboa road.

As a safety officer, I took my personal vehicle and decided to take the RTC victims to the hospital but tragically I went to Borno state two major Hospitals which were Nursing home (Mamman Shuwa General Hospital) and Borno State General Hospital just to be told that there was no single doctor to attend to the victims, not even professional nurses in the whole of the hospital except for security and cleaners.

Am appealing to the Hospital Management Board, Ministry of Health State/FGN), and H. E the executive governor of Borno state to as matter of urgency set a committee on monitoring the doctors.

One of the doctor said he is closed that we should take the victims to a private hospital which I later found out that the private hospital belongs to him.

To be fair and just to clear the elephant in the room, Nigerians are the problem of our country.

Nigerians are more wicked and dangerous than Covid-19.

At such a trying times, we do not have doctors in public hospital because the doctors have built their personal hospitals and making profit out of it and still earning salaries for the work they haven’t done.

Below is the picture of the victims car whom was along with his wife and two sisters when the horrific accident occurred but there was no hospital with a doctor, than Shameful and I hope my message reaches the Hospital Management Board, Ministry of Health and the government of Borno state.

It’s time we take a stand and face our leaders on the matters on ground, justice and respect isnt something that is given to you rather its something that you can only earn. What’s worth doing, is worth doing right

”I faked my death and printed an obituary just to dump a lady” – Nigerian Writer, Brian reveals

A Nigerian Man has taken to micro-blogging site, twitter to recount how he faked his own death and printed an obituary poster just so he could leave the relationship he was in at that time.

Read his hilarious narration below ;

One time in final year after defending my project, I met one sweet Post Graduate at Alakahia. She was way older than me but she was sweet.

We did talking stage for like 1 week before she agreed to come to my place and that day was one of the biggest mistakes of my life.

Because of small pre marital sex, this woman was calling me 30 times a day.

If Nepa takes her light – “Baby, you won’t believe what just happened”

If the light comes back – “Baby, they brought it back oh”

“Baby, our compound water tank is empty”

I was even managing the calls until one Sunday she sent me her Sunday picture, she was wearing white and white.

I asked her whether she was wearing costume for kingdom dance performance in church but she said it’s Olumba Olumba Obu. (If you know, you know)

I started sweating.

I got drunk that evening and told her “I’m ending this relationship. I’m not feeling it”

The woman just laughed and said

“Don’t worry, you will soon start feeling it”

The next day, she came to the house and seduced me and I fell and forgot that I’ve broken up with her.

When my eyes cleared, I broke up with her again.
She just laughed and said she’ll see me tomorrow.
The same thing happened again.

In fact, it went on like that for weeks, I will break up, she will sexually bring me back to the relationship.

One time I even blocked her number everywhere and left the house to my mother’s house for a whole week.

E no work.

One day after I came back, she was passing by and saw my car and I was back in the relationship.

I thought deeply and enlisted the counsel of my friend and roommate
@iamFrankgod
and he told me what to do.

I told her I was driving to Owerri for a wedding that weekend and on Monday morning Frank called her and told the babe that I had an accident and died.

Obviously, the babe was devastated and tried to call me but I kept giving different people the phone to back up my story.

We even designed small Obituary poster and sent to only her on WhatsApp so she will rest.

I stayed in my mother’s house until the eve of convocation, I decided to drive to Alakahia and spend time with one new babe.

I was just sitting inside my car, waiting for the babe I went to see to come out of her house when I saw my ex and her both coming out of the gate.

She was obviously just escorting the new prospect to know the person who’s coming to pick her up. As I recognized her, she was also recognizing me inside the car.

I wanted to come down and explain but which Ghost does that??

As she wanted to start shouting, I quickly started the car and zoomed away.

She was screaming to my new babe

“He’s dead oh!! Na Ghost ohh!!! EWO!!”

Mtscheeew. Na your papa don die.

A man of Angola Nationality, Francisco Tchikuteny Sabalo who fathered 281 children from 47 wives at Mungongo Island in Angola has died and was buried on the 19th of April, 2020.

Reports have it that about a thousand mourners and sympathisers flouted Angola president João Lourenço’s directive banning large gatherings – as a measure to curtail the spread of coronavirus – to pay their last respects to Francisco Tchikuteny Sabalo.

EyewitnessMedia gathered that Pai Grande, who died at the age of 73 after battling prostate cancer for over a year, was initially taken to the country’s capital city of Luanda as well as other places for treatment, but was returned home when his condition worsened to ensure that “if God called him, at least he would die beside the children and their mothers,” one of his sons said.

A dedicated family man and respected personality in his community, Pai Grande was described as “a complete human being” who was an advocate for education. Speaking to VOA in 2015, Sabalo, who said it was his wish for some of his children to take up careers in science and technology, revealed he spent over $1,500 on school supplies annually.

Three of his daughters currently are studying medical sciences and two sons are learning computer science, all at the high school level.

During the funeral, his first wife vowed to do everything she can to keep the family together as per her husband’s wish.

“I will do anything to keep his children fed and OK,” she told VOA.

Pai Grande’s family live on subsistence farming, growing crops and rearing livestock. They also generate revenue from their sales.

First patients injected as UK begins Coronavirus vaccine trial

The first human trial in Europe of a coronavirus vaccine has begun in Oxford.

Two volunteers were injected out of more than 800 people recruited for the study.

Elisa Granato, pictured above, is a scientist and was the first volunteer to be injected. Elisa said she volunteered because she wanted to try to support the scientific process.

Half of those who volunteered will receive the Covid-19 vaccine, and half a control vaccine which protects against meningitis but not coronavirus.

The design of the trial means volunteers will not know which vaccine they are getting, though doctors will.

The vaccine was developed in under three months by a team at Oxford University.

Sarah Gilbert, professor of vaccinology at the Jenner Institute, led the pre-clinical research.

“Personally I have a high degree of confidence in this vaccine,” she said.

“Of course, we have to test it and get data from humans. We have to demonstrate it actually works and stops people getting infected with coronavirus before using the vaccine in the wider population,” she added.

The Coronavirus vaccine is made from a weakened version of a common cold virus (known as an adenovirus) from chimpanzees that has been modified so it cannot grow in humans, according to BBC.

The Oxford team has already developed a vaccine against Mers, another type of coronavirus, using the same approach – and that had promising results in clinical trials.

The only way the Oxford team will know if the Covid-19 vaccine works is by comparing the number of people who get infected with coronavirus in the coming months from the two arms of the trial.

That could be a problem if cases fall rapidly in the UK, because there may not be enough data.

Prof Andrew Pollard, director of the Oxford Vaccine Group, who is leading the trial, said: “We’re chasing the end of this current epidemic wave. If we don’t catch that, we won’t be able to tell whether the vaccine works in the next few months. But we do expect that there will be more cases in the future because this virus hasn’t gone away.”

The vaccine researchers are prioritising the recruitment of local healthcare workers into the trial as they are more likely than others to be exposed to the virus.

A larger trial, of about 5,000 volunteers, will start in the coming months and will have no age limit.

The Oxford team is also considering a vaccine trial in Africa, possibly in Kenya, where the rates of transmission are growing from a lower base.

The trial volunteers will be carefully monitored in the coming months. They have been told that some may get a sore arm, headaches or fevers in the first couple of days after vaccination.

They are also told there is a theoretical risk that the virus could induce a serious reaction to coronavirus, which arose in some early Sars animal vaccine studies.

But the Oxford team says its data suggests the risk of the vaccine producing an enhanced disease is minimal.

Another team at Imperial College London hopes to begin human trials of its coronavirus vaccine in June.

The Oxford and Imperial teams have received more than £40m of government funding.

The landlord and other individuals stormed the house and took away my foodstuff and other household items. We have been sleeping on the floor and we can’t bear the cold.”

Her post reads ;

To all my loyal fans and friends, I am only addressing this now because I am fed up of the constant dragging of my name, it has to stop. Enough is enough. –

Iceberg Slim,
Our relationship ended 2 years ago as a result of your wayward opportunistic and unfaithful nature. Somehow, you still find ways to publicly get my attention through several means. I made it clear to you when I left you that I have no hard feelings against you and I wish you well as we both move on with our lives, yet even though I’ve blocked you from contacting me on various platforms, you still find ways to reach out or refer to me in posts on your social media pages.

Your emails still come through in my Junk mail and I have no idea why you would expect a response when I made it clear to you that I want nothing to do with you.

You are forgiven, please let me be after this public announcement and move on with your life just like I have.
Refrain from harrassing my life with your narcissistic need for validation.

Put a halt to all the Emails pleading for my presence to discuss the past and do seek a professional therapist to help you overcome the trauma you’re currently experiencing.

FYI, Singing cover songs about cheating and exes is NOT a form of therapy.

Goodluck in all your endeavours. This is the last time I will answer to any of your posts about me or senseless cover songs directed at me on your social media pages, shebi na cheat you cheat you no kill pesin? Can you now take a bow and exit the stage? This is all stale and I don’t need no more of your negativity and toxicity in, nor around my life now.
I choose not to be friends with you for my own sanity and personal reasons so please do refrain from contacting me.

Thank you.

“I have the right to discipline my son” – Father who slapped son who failed his exams after paying $21k school fees tells critics

George Mambezi, the father who has gone viral for unleashing anger on his son who failed to sit for Maths and English exams, scored poorly in other courses and got an ‘A’ grade in music despite spending $21,000 on his school fees, has a word for everyone

Mambezi who is reportedly a top staff at a multi-national Telecommunications company in Zambia, responded to ‘human rights activists’ who have been criticising him for ‘disciplining’ his son.

George, in a letter addressed to a Zambian blog, has now responded to the criticism’s, according to him, only he can decide how best to discipline his son as he was brought up in the village and his Christian religion permits him to discipline his child.

Read his response below ;

“First of all Bambino is my son and I have the right to discipline him, am a staunch Christian and an advocate for human rights.”

”In as much as I can slap my son, it’s all because of love and me wanting the best for him.
I cannot kill him or feed him snakes if he requested for fish. I grew up in the village and am one of the few people that were privileged to acquire a sound education and I would want to pass that legacy to the next generation.”

”The Bible clearly says spare the rod spoil the child in Proverbs 13:24. I won’t let my child eat ma 2V in the name of human rights therefore if you think I was wrong , go to the relevant authorities and process the adoption papers for him.”

”Let’s see if you will be happy seeing him walk in the streets singing for K2 like Fly Jay and Lawino after spending $21,000 on tuition.”
