Nigerian Singer, Fireboy has reflected on his journey so far and after achieving a dream of performing at the O2 arena in London, the YBNL signee has recalled how he spoke it with faith, into existence.
Fireboy got his gig at the O2 arena when he was lined up among the list of Nigerian superstars to perform at Wizkid’s starboy fest and boy did he kill the show.
Still ecstatic from the show, he took to twitter to share the discussion he had on the micro-blogging site with fellow artiste, Oxlade.
Oxlade at the time in 2018, hoped to perform at the O2 in the year 2020, but Fireboy went all positive on him and replied ”Next Year” (2019).
Fast-forward to 2019, Fireboy’s tweet came to pass and it goes to show with hardwork and faith, one can achieve anything.
Footballer Kelechi Iheanacho’s Personal Assistant, David has passed on after he was involved in an auto crash.
According to reports, he crashed his vehicle while returning from a nightclub.
Details are sketchy, but what we know is that he reportedly rammed his vehicle into a stationary truck along the Onitsha road, Owerrir Imo state in the early hours of today, 26th of October.

Ebuka explains why Tacha was disqualified
Big Brother, BBNaija host, Ebuka, has opened up on Tacha’s disqualification from the ‘pepper dem’ reality show.
Recall was disqualified following a violence that broke out between herself and arch-rival, Mercy, on Friday, 27th September.
Her disqualification sparked uproars with so many throwing cash gift at her.
But speaking on Tacha’s disqualification, Ebuka in an interview with Beat FM, said the self-acclaimed ‘Portharcourt first daughter was bound to be disqualified, even before she pulled Mercy’s hair.
According to him, when Tacha pushed and shoved Mercy, her disqualification was already done.
He said, ”When Tacha shoved and pushed Mercy, I think that was when it was done, even before the hair-pulling.
” I am talking about the fight that started at the kitchen. Big Brother had called them to the kitchen to simmer down the situation, but the fight got even worse.
”So way before the hair was pulled, there was already contact. With violence like that, it is hard to say, because Big Brother is very clear on that. You don’t put your hands on someone. If you allow a shove and push, tomorrow it becomes a punch.”
When asked why Mercy was not disqualified, Ebuka said, ”I don’t know. Like I said, I don’t make these decisions. But what Mercy did was flip her hair, which you could see was contact, but there are other sides to it.
”Like was it intentional? I don’t know. Was it physically going to harm her? I don’t know either.
”I don’t know what the reason was for not disqualifying Mercy as well but she got two strikes. I guess that’s what they felt the weight of what she did carried.”
Singer, Simi has replied a troll who questioned her ability to perform for ‘Two Hours’.
“Simi did 2 hours on sage singing what?”, quipped the troll identified as Kingsley.
Responding to the troll, Simi wrote; “Na dem. What can you do for 5 minutes that anybody, besides your family members, will come out for”

Chioma Avril Rowland, seems to be unbothered about the trending reports that went viral few days back, after two ladies claimed her ‘husband-to-be’, Davido impregnated one of them.
In the video, the two ladies, identified as Susan and Helen accused Davido of impregnating Susan after they met the singer during a function through his PA, Lati at Eko Hotel and Suites, VI, Lagos.
They claim they’re not after the singer’s money but only want him to father the child he put into one of them… There’s been mized reactions over their allegations as a lot of people on social media are parading them as clowns seeking for cheap clout.
Their ‘accent’ which is rather ‘foreign’ and possibly originates from their tongues alone, is what has some social media users amused and not taking their allegations serious.
Davido immediately reacted to the claims. The singer at first reacted, writing “Audio pregnancy”, moments later he placed a 1 million naira bounty on their heads.
Davido who confirmed, that ‘he has gotten them’, later vowed to sue them for 30 billion naira for slander and defamation for character.

The ladies after seeing their videos had gone viral, including the bounty placed on their heads, immediately claimed it was a harmless joke & prank, adding that the video too serious by Netizens.

From the various antics and energetic displays he makes at the British America junction in Jos, Plateau State, it is obvious that the ever gracious and fair skinned traffic warden, popularly referred to as Yellow, loves his job.
He was nicknamed Yellow while at the Police Training School in Jos 11 years ago due to his very fair complexion. Yellow’s real name, Solomon Johnson is only known to a few and mostly in official capacity.
Commuters scream his name, ‘Yellow’ hailing him and exchanging pleasantries as they cross the ever busy British America junction, an intersection on a highway and Yellow’s work spot.
”I love my job even though sometimes, there are some very stubborn drivers and tricycle riders that don’t want to follow directions,” he said to Benue/Plateau Trust.
“As a traffic warden, you have to use your number six (intellect) to ensure that the action of the stubborn drivers and tricycle operators does not cause accidents. My duty is to render service to the people – both drivers, commuters, their properties and to ensure there is no obstruction on the road,” he said.
Controlling traffic at one of the most dangerous spots in Jos where at least four to five accidents occur monthly and once crippled one of Yellow’s colleagues, he said, “When trailer is coming you use your number six; sometimes I notice the headlight or the bleeping sound of the trailer to know that it must have lost its brakes, so I immediately know there is a problem and clear the road for the trailer by blocking other vehicles.”
Ibrahim Abubakar, a commuter at the British America junction while appreciating the services rendered by Yellow said, “he is very energetic and it is obvious he is passionate about his job, even by his level of concentration, you would know.”
Concentration, according to Yellow is the most important aspect of his job which he said others abuse. “There are times you see someone controlling traffic and he is wearing an ear piece, either answering calls or listening to music, it is wrong. You are not supposed to receive phone calls while on the job because it could distract you.”
Yellow advised that to reduce the accident on the sloppy highway of British America, there is a need for a roundabout on the junction.
Jamima Isa, a motorist agrees with Yellow, saying: “that highway is even a danger to him because there are several instances where trailers have lost their brakes. In fact, there was a traffic warden who was a victim of an accident on that same spot a few years ago.”
But Yellow has been lucky. He has never been involved in an accident despite working on the highway for a year. His luck, however, ran out in early October when the enthusiastic traffic warden was involved in a hit and run accident when he tried to control traffic around Plateau Hospital.
”It was around 7pm and I was on my way home in a tricycle when I noticed a traffic gridlock around Plateau Hospital. I jumped down from the tricycle to control the traffic and shortly after, I was hit by a vehicle.’’
Not fully recuperated, Yellow has returned to the highway and told our correspondent: ”I can’t stay at home, I miss the job. I’m not completely healed but I can still do the work.”
For his commitment and dedication to duty, Nigeria Union of Journalist (NUJ) Plateau State chapter recently honoured him for his dedication to duty.
”I feel so honoured and happy,” he said adding that, “I do my job because I love it but I didn’t know that other people have been observing me and that makes me happy.”

Lai Mohammed hits Nigerians who ‘can’t recite national anthem’
Lai Mohammed, minister of information, says some Nigerians cannot recite the national anthem.
Mohammed stated this on Thursday in Abuja at the public presentation of the “Mindshift Advocacy for Development Initiative”, a campaign for value-reorientation and attitudinal change among Nigerians.
Represented by Samuel Soughul, a director in the ministry, Mohammed said as patriotic citizens, Nigerians are expected to love everything associated with the country.
He explained that “change begins with me” is not just a slogan but a “value-orientation campaign”.
“I think we are making progress. I won’t say all, there are few bad eggs in our society that are forming the clog in the wheel of our progress. Let’s start from basics,” he said.
“If you love your country, you must love anything that is associated with your country. You love your country and you love your countrymen, you love the paraphernalia of the state.
“The national anthem, some of us cannot read, cannot recite, cannot write. Is it the currency of the country, Naira, that we abuse? Is it the constitution that we do not obey its provisions? We have a lot to say but the future is still bright.
“In 1976, there was a desire by Prof. Felicia Adewole to come up with a contract for citizens to sign with their country, Nigeria, and she made a draft which was proved right. That is what we have today as a national pledge.
“By following that pledge, we will not have turbulence around our homes, we will not need bullet-proof vehicles, we will be our brother’s keeper.
“Now, President Muhammadu Buhari, having viewed this with concerns launched a value-reorientation campaign ‘Change begins with me’. This campaign is not a slogan and it should not be associated with party slogan as such. It is a patriotic slogan and campaign – a value-reorientation campaign.
“What it means is that the change we want should start with us instead of pointing accusing fingers.”

An unidentified lady has taken to Twitter to solicit advice from Nigerians after her friend attacked her for accepting a phone gift from her dad without her consent.
According to the lady, the whole ‘palava’ began when her friend’s dad invited her over with some other friends for lunch at Sheraton hotel.
During the lunch, they introduced themselves and the man caught a glimpse of the ‘ugly’ phone she was using at the time. She used rubber band to hold the parts together so it doesn’t fall off.
He asked to get her a new phone, in the presence of his daughter. She accepted and they ate at the hotel till they got tired.
Subsequently, the man drifted to sail on a different ship, as he began to ask for another date; a request which she declined.
She however, informed her friend about the recent development, but her friend was not willing to hear her out, because she hid the fact that he got her a new phone from her.
It has been revealed that Davido’s father, Dr. Adedeji Adeleke is not expecting a baby from a 20 year-old girlfriend, depite rumours claiming that he is.
According to PM News, a spokesman for the family made this revelation known.
Dele Adeleke, reacting from Atlanta, Georgia said on the contrary, Davido’s father is “a new grandfather and an expectant grandfather”.
Dr. Adedeji, he said is a new grandfather by virtue of Davido’s baby son that was born on Sunday by his wife, Chioma and an expectant grandfather as he awaits the birth of the child of Davido’s cousin, Adebayo Adeleke, a.k.a B-RED whose wife is scheduled to deliver soon.
Adebayo Adeleke is the son of Senator Ademola Adeleke. In Yoruba culture, Dr Adedeji Adeleke, as head of the family becomes father, grandfather to all.
It will be recalled that blogger Kemi Olunloyo wrote on 23 October that Dr. Adeleke is expecting a child from his girlfriend.

The story went viral, coming few days after Davido’s wife delivered. But Dele Adeleke emphatically denied the story.
Dr.Adedeji Adeleke is not expecting any child from any younger lover but rather he is a new and expectant grandfather.
“It was Davido who recently had a baby and the entire family is really grateful to God for that and very soon also Adebayo Adeleke a.k.a BRED , an hip-hop sensational artist will be adding another bundle of joy to the family as his wife is slated to put to bed soon”.

Pastor Chris Okafor Speaks After Woman With Bulgy Arm Scandal (Video)
Pastor Chris Okafor of Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry, aka Liberation City trolled on social media for engaging in fake miracle after he was found to be among five other pastors who used a woman with bulgy arm to perform same miracle has broken his silence.
Recall that all the five pastors came under severe criticism from Nigerians who blasted them for deceiving their church members into believing that they were performing miracles when in actuality, they were merely reciting a well rehearsed drama.
Speaking through his publicist, Sunday Adeyemi, the pastor told Punchng that the woman did come to their Church and was healed.
He added that the woman may have come across the affliction again after she left because such usually happens with deliverance
“The woman was in our church really. But you know in this issue of deliverance, some people could be delivered here and then go back to where they stayed before and the attack would return. That was what happened to the woman,” he said.
This was after Pastor Chris Okafor stated that witches took the woman’s bones. While performing his miracle on her, he said: “If witches can do this, my God can do better than witches”.

The letter which was written in a ‘love-themed paper”, show 9-year-old Lwandle expressing her love for the young boy, and is ready to prove this.
Apparently, another girl, Lethabo appears to love the young lad also.. and Lwandle wants to know where she stands!

Pastor Chris Okafor of Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry, has broken his silence after he was trolled on social media for engaging in fake miracle as he was found to be among five other pastors who used a woman with bulgy arm to perform same miracle.

The reality star, who had an interview with controversial media personality, Daddy freeze said she doesn’t have body odor and the whole situation was misunderstood.
