The actress clocked 45-years old a few days ago and declared her new age with lovely photos on social media.

The EFCC, Lagos office, has arrested a renowned Social Media celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha popularly known as Mompha for an alleged involvement in internet related fraud and money laundering.
The suspect, a premium and first class customer of one of the popular international airlines, was arrested on Friday 18, October 2019 at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on his way to Dubai Emirate following series of intelligence reports received by the Commission
According to the EFCC operatives, “actionable cross border intelligence received from collaborative law enforcement agencies about his alleged involvement in the criminal activities further strengthened our suspicion”.
Ismaila who allegedly perpetrates his fraudulent activities under the guise of being a Bureau de Change operator is always seen with his little son flaunting huge amount of foreign currencies on his social medial platforms.
Investigations have also revealed that Ismaila is only using the BDC business, he jointly owned with his siblings, as a decoy to launder his proceeds of crime.
However, the suspect has volunteered useful information to the operatives and has admitted to be reasonably involved in the first two cases he was alleged to be involved.
At the point of arrest, five wristwatches with a total worth of over twenty million naira (N20, 000, 000: 00) was recovered from him.
The suspects will soon be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded.

Embattled self-acclaimed bureau de change operator, Mompha, whose flamboyant lifestyle gained him popularity on Instagram, has been arrested by anti-graft operatives.
According to PREMIUM TIMES Mompha, whose real name is Mustapha Ismaila was arrested in connection to alleged graft.
Wilson Uwujaren, a spokesperson for the EFCC, confirmed Mr Mustapha had been taken into custody by anti-graft detectives, but declined to provide further details in the meantime.
The arrest was reportedly a joint operation between Interpol and the EFCC. But Umar Garba, Nigeria’s head of Interpol, told PREMIUM TIMES although he had learnt of the arrest, all enquiries should be treated by the EFCC as the primary law enforcement institution in charge of the investigation.

Ebuka, has opened up on Tacha’s disqualification from the ‘pepper dem’ reality show.

Nigerian Singer, Naira Marley’ (real name, Azeez Fashola) was present in a Lagos State Federal High court today as he trial proceeding resumed with full effect.

Update: According to The Nation, a Federal High Court in Lagos has just adjourned the alleged card fraud trial of musician, Azeez Fashola popularly known as Naira Marley, who is facing card fraud charges.

Justice Nicholas Oweibo made the decision so as to allow the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission counsel Mr Rotimi Oyedepo and Fashola’s counsel Mr Olalekan Ojo SAN to respond to two motions.
The court is yet to fix a date for trial proper, but has asked Fashola’s counsel to move his motion.
The proceedings are ongoing.
Fashola, popular for his “Am I a Yahoo Boy” and “Soapy” tracks, is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on an 11-count charge of conspiracy, possession of counterfeit cards and fraud.
His co-defendant is one Yad Isril, who is said to still be at large.
The defendant was arraigned on May 20 before Justice Nicholas Oweibo, but pleaded not guilty.
He secured N2 million bail with two sureties in the like sum, following an application by his counsel, Mr Olalekan Ojo, (SAN).

According to the charge, the defendant committed the offences on different dates including November 26, 2018, December 11, 2018, and May 10,
Fashola and his accomplices allegedly conspired to use different Access Bank ATM Cards to defraud their victims.
They allegedly used Access Card number 5264711020433662 issued to other persons, in a bid to obtain fraudulent financial gains.
Fashola was said to have possessed these counterfeit credit cards, belonging to different cardholders, with intent to defraud, and which also constituted theft.
The offences contravene the provisions of Section 1 23 (1) (b), 27 (1}, 33, 33(9) Cyber Crime (Prohibition) Prevention Act, 2015.

Bukola Saraki has stated that his attention has been drawn to an order said to have been granted by a Federal High Court in Lagos for a temporary forfeiture of his property on 17A McDonald Road, Ikoyi, following an ex-parte application by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
In a statement by his Special Adviser (Media and Publicity), Yusuph Olaniyonu, Saraki stated that the Federal High Court in Lagos must have been misled into granting that order as neither him nor his lawyers were aware of any application by the EFCC for any forfeiture order.

My attention has been drawn to an Order granted by a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos pursuant to an ex-parte application by @officialEFCC
It is my belief that the Judge was misled into granting this Order and was not presented with the full position of the law or the facts
It is my belief that the Court was not informed of a pending Order of a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja restraining @officialEFCC from taking any steps regarding the seizure of the property in question pending the determination of a suit filed before that Court.
I also believe that the Court was not made aware that the property in question formed part of the judgment of the Court given on July 6, 2018 where the Supreme Court declared that the source of funds for the purchase of the property was not illicit as claimed by the prosecution.
The Supreme Court specifically referred to No 17a McDonald Road, Ikoyi on pages 12, 13 and 26 of its judgment upholding the no-case submission made before the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
I am confident that once these facts and the declaration of the Supreme Court are brought before the Court, this Order will be vacated. My lawyers will be approaching the Court immediately to achieve this.

A Federal High court sitting in Lagos today Monday October 21st, ordered the temporary forfeiture of two properties in the Ikoyi area of Lagos state linked to immediate past Senate President, Bukola Saraki.
The EFCC had filed a petition before the court seeking the temporary forteiture of the properties located on 17B McDonald road Ikoyi, which they claimed are proceeds of ”unlawful activities”.
The reliefs sought by the Anti-Graft agency reads ;
“An order of this honourable Court forfeiting to the Federal Government of Nigeria landed property with appurtenances situate, lying and known as No. 17A McDonald Road, Ikoyi, Eti Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State found and recovered from the respondent which property is reasonably suspected to have been acquired with proceeds of unlawful activity”.
The former Senate President is under investigation for misappropriation of funds while he was governor of Kwara state from 2003 to 2011.
A Federal High Court in Lagos will on Oct. 22 begin the trial of popular Nigerian singer, Azeez Fashola a.k.a Naira Marley, facing fraud charges, PM news reports.
Anti-graft agency, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had preferred an 11-count charge against the musician bordering on conspiracy, possession of counterfeit cards, and fraud.
The “Jo Soapy” crooner, was arraigned on May 20 before Justice Nicholas Oweibo but denied the charges. Following a bail application by defence counsel, Mr. Olalekan Ojo, (SAN), the court had granted Fashola bail in the sum of N2 million with sureties in like sum.
The trial of the defendant, which was earlier fixed for Monday, has now been shifted to Oct. 22 (tomorrow) as the court did not sit. However, both the defence and prosecution counsel were present and seen in the court’s premises.
According to the charge, the defendant allegedly committed the offences on different dates between Nov. 26, 2018, Dec.11, 2018, and May 10.

A beautiful Nigerian Bride is the talk of social media right now.
The bride who arrived at her wedding anniversary in a giant inflatable balloon, also made it to international publications.
Event planner Reverence, from Nigeria, wanted to celebrate her tenth wedding anniversary with her husband, Joseph Efoma-Oruerio in style. She wanted a unique entrance so she did just that.
She ordered a giant inflatable balloon to make her grand entrance into the venue, even if it cost her $500 and had to be shipped from Dubai.
At the reception, which held in Warri, Nigeria, Reverence shocked her guests as she rolled in with the transparent ball.
Reverence, 35, and husband Joseph, 51, invited friends and family to celebrate the special day with them.
She said: “The idea came from watching my kids playing in the pool with a balloon. I started thinking of how a bride could make an entrance into her wedding in a balloon. I searched online for life-size balloons and eventually bought one from Dubai for $500.
“It was the first time the guests saw a bride in a balloon, they screamed so much with excitement. It was the highlight of the event.”
Nigerian cross-dresser, Bobrisky, is currently not in a good mood as his recently acquired Range Rover was damaged as another car hit the expensive whip earlier today.
Details of how it happened are sketchy but from the video shared by an eyewitness, the rear of car suffered minor damage on one side.
Bobrisky could also be seen taking pictures of the number plate of the car that hit his car, while also engaging in a mild discussion with the driver.
The guy who was not okay with Bobrisky taking pictures of his plate number, smacked the cross dresser’s phone to the ground and went into his car.
Angered by this, Bobrisky decided to descend on him, by going through the passenger’s door, after picking up his phone from the floor, and probably landed him a slap on his face. Edit: — Sources are saying Bobrisky didn’t slap the man, but took one of his properties, like his mobile phone.
Not backing down, the guy came out of his vehicle, and gave Bob a hot chase to his car, before landing him several punches to his face.
