Some Nigerian northerners widely called ‘aboki’ have shocked the public with their reluctance to collect free money from a skit maker.

The skit maker, M Star comedy approached an aboki man going about his daily hustle and stretched forward a bundle of money asking that he takes it.

The surprised aboki tried to pick only a bill but the skit maker told him to take everything as it is for him. He informs the aboki that his fans told him to give the money to a random person on the street and he was chosen.

As the aboki first took the money, he was told to say “more love to the street” but he could not. He returned the money and said he does not want.

Soon another bike rider approached them and the skit maker shifted his focus to him. He told the new one to take the money which he did.

But confused, he asked what he has done to deserve such. After learning it is for free, he tries to return it that he does not want.

He claims he loves money but he cannot collect the ‘dashed’ money which left the skit maker bewildered.

A Nigerian lady has asserted that most women who talk down on men because of their financial status don’t possess a reliable source of income and are devoted to corrupt practices.

Sharing in the Lagos Men Have Changed podcast on Pulse, the lady claimed that any woman who consistently question a man about his assets is penniless without a source of income; such lady rely on men to survive.

She noted that it is reasonable to compare a man who needs intimacy and a woman who wants money to fund her lifestyle; it is transactional as both parties intend to satisfy their needs with what they can offer.

According to her, nobody has the right to point the accusing finger as both parties are of the same kind enjoying their transactional agreement to satisfy their respective interests.

Viral video of kids performing stunts on a moving truck in Ghana has caused an uproar online with social media users reminiscing about the stunts which they identified as “Aplanke” in their early days.

The little boys were recorded by an unknown person in a moving vehicle behind the truck, which was carrying a shipping container on the main road while they were hanging and changing their stunt styles with the rails of the container.

The video revealed the boys trailing on the road as they held onto the truck for support to perform their stunts; one of the boys laid on the container upturned.

However, some netizens recalled that the risky act of the boys was very rampant among young boys in their early days, stating that it is normal but a dangerous act while others opined that the kids were meant to be cautioned and punished.
