Facebook user, Odinaka Onwudor who shared photos from the service on his social media page wrote,

A Nigerian man today went on rampage, destroying cars at the Nigerian High Commission’s office in London, United Kingdom after officials in the Commission reportedly failed to act on his request.

In a statement by her media aide, Abdur-Rahman Balogun, said that such an attitude was unpatriotic, and an unconscionable act of indiscipline, Dabiri-Erewa said she received a report that Emohime went to the Nigeria Embasy in London on Monday, He had approached the Embassy to collect his passport which expired since Nov 2017 at about 2 p.m and was told collection of passports closes at 1pm.
He then insisted on collecting his passport , and was told to bring his collection slip which he could not produce.
According to reports from the Embassy, it would of course be wrong to hand over his passport to him , without his collection slip,He thereafter left agitated and returned from a nearby hotel to destroy about seven cars,5 belonging to the mission, and 2 to visitors who parked near by.
His attempt to destroy the High Commissioner’s car failed as it is a bullet proof. “I am told that he has been arrested by the police. ““ This is a despicable act, which must be condemned by all. Of course, the law must take its course”.
Dabiri-Erewa implored Nigerians abroad to exercise restraint and be good ambassadors of Nigeria at all times in all circumstances.

Billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, has come to the aid of ailing former Nigerian goalkeeper, Peter Fregene.
The 72-year-old who represented Nigeria in the 1968 Olympic games, had been bedridden since 2016, battling a yet-to-be disclosed ailment.
Otedola got wind of the footballer’s ailing state, sent his representatives to Sapele, Delta state where the footballer resides and has instructed that he be airlifted from the airport in Edo state to Lagos state today Friday June 14th where he will be given medical attention at the Reddington hospital in Ikoyi, Lagos state.
This is not the first time the billionaire would be extending his generosity to footballers. Recall that in April, he donated $50,000 for the medical treatment of ex-footballer and coach, Christian Chukwu in a UK hospital.

Health authorities in Kericho County are on a red alert over a suspected case of Ebola.
This was after a patient exhibited suspected symptoms of the haemorrhagic fever at Kericho County Referral Hospital.
County officials on Monday said the woman had travelled from Malaba, a town in Busia County on the border of Kenya and Uganda, to see her spouse.
She was initially admitted at Siloam Hospital before being transferred to Kericho County Referral Hospital.
“A female patient presented at our facility today with complaints of headache, hotness of the body, puffy face, some diarrhoea, and nausea of acute onset,” said Ms Margaret Okirio, the administrator at Siloam Hospital.
“On further interrogation, she admitted to having travelled from Malaba where she alleges to reside to see her husband who works in Kericho.”
Ms Okirio said they transferred the patient, acting on Health ministry’s alert on Ebola that requires all medical facilities in Kenya and the public to report any medical cases with symptoms of the fever.
“This patient needed close and further elaborate investigations while under appropriate isolation requirements till diagnosed for targeted treatment to be given,” she said. “The hospital clinical team also went ahead to consult and seek further guidance from the county surveillance team, who advised to have the patient transferred to the county referral hospital for further management while on isolation. Once the appropriate preparations had been done.”
The hitherto unidentified patient was admitted to Kericho County Referral Hospital on Sunday and was immediately put in isolation.
“The county disease surveillance team immediately took over the matter and took all the necessary precautions to ensure that there was minimal contact between the patient and other persons at the hospital including the staff and the other hospital users,” the county government said in a statement.
“The county Department of Health Services is monitoring this potential case very closely and is working with the National Government to ensure that all essential procedures are followed to protect public health and safety.”
Blood samples from the patient were sent to the Kenya Medical Research Institute (Kemri) in Nairobi for further analysis.
“The preliminary test results are expected to be ready within the next 12 to 24 hours,” the statement read in part. Kindly note that no visits will be allowed into the isolation room.”
The current outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo is the worst on record after an epidemic that struck mainly in Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone between 2014-2016, killing more than 11,300 people.
It has spread to Uganda, where two family members a woman and her five-year-old grandson died of Ebola last week after travelling to the DRC to take care of a dying family member and attend the funeral.
The boy’s brother, aged three, is also infected, and several family members are in isolation.
On Friday, the World Health Organisation said the outbreak does not yet warrant being declared a “public health emergency of international concern”, meaning it would require a “coordinated international response”
A 19-year-old Nigerian man, Eniola Aluko, has been shot dead by yet-to-be-identified persons at Plumstead, London last Friday June 14th.
According to UK’s Metropolitan Police, Eniola died after sustaining gunshot wounds to the neck and chest. The police say a distress call was put across by residents of the area at about 5:00 p.m.
The police arrived the scene and found the deceased with gunshot injuries on his neck and chest.
A post-mortem examination carried out on Saturday June 15th, gave the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the neck and chest.
The police added that an 18-year-old man and four other teenagers have been arrested in connection with the incident.
Detective Inspector John Marriott, while speaking on the incident, said;
“I am continuing to appeal for anyone who was in the area at the time, who saw or heard anything suspicious to contact police. The shooting took place not far from Plumstead Railway Station and I would urge anyone who was commuting to or from this station to come forward. It was also sunny at the time and a number of people would have been enjoying the weather in the area of Plumstead Gardens; I need you to come forward. Although we have now made five arrests I am continuing to ask for your help to progress this investigation”.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Benin Zonal Office on Monday secured the conviction of one Akhigbe Gabriel before Justice M.G. Umar of the Federal High Court sitting in Benin City, Edo State.
Gabriel was convicted on a three count charge of impersonation and intent to defraud through the internet contrary to Section 22(2)(b)(ii) of the Cyber crime (prohibition, prevention etc) Act 2015 and punishable under Section 22(2)(b)(IV)) of the same Act.
Gabriel who at various times presented himself as Mathew Swan, Mathew Chang, David Wong, Richard Swan and Mark Peter was alleged to have, with intent to defraud sent electronic messages to one Candy Selfie, an American lady in order to hoodwinked her.
One of the counts reads: “That you Akhibge Gabriel (a.k.a Mathew Aswan, Mathew Chang , David Wong, Richard Swan and Mark Peter) sometime between 2018 and 2019 at Uromi within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court did fraudulently impersonate the identity of one Michael Chan by sending an American picture to Candy Selfie a lady in America through the internet which picture and identity you claim to be our own with the intent to obtain money from her, and you thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 22 (2)(b)(ii) of the Cybercrime (Prohibition Prevention etc) Act, 2015 and punishable under Section 22 (2)(b)(IV) of the same Act”.
Akhibge pleaded guilty to the charge when it was read to him.
Based on his plea, the prosecution counsel, F.A. Jirbo preyed the court to sentence and convict the defendant as contained in the plea bargain agreement.
However, the defence counsel, Peter Asemota pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy as his client was a first time offender, a youth who has become remorseful and has promised never to go back to the crime.
An upcoming Nigerian rapper simply identified as Ziggy, died yesterday Sunday June 16th after falling at a 4-storey building in Paradise estate Lekki, Lagos state where he resides.
According to reports, Ziggy was in the estate taking a walk when he unknowingly stepped into an open space which was supposed to house an elevator. He fell immediately, broke his bones and was rushed to the hospital where he died.
His remains has been deposited in the morgue. May his soul rest in peace, Amen.

A 24-year-old Afolayin Sunday, whose area of armed robbery specialization was to attack and dispossess female POS attendants of cash sales, has been arrested by the Ogun state police command.
According to a press statement released by the command’s spokesperon, Abimbola Oyeyemi, Sunday who is a NCE graduate of Maths/Computer from Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Otto-Ijanikin, Lagos, was arrested following a violent attack on a POS attendant in Ijoko area of Ogun State on June 6th.
He had approached the female attendant, one Adesina Omolola, at a POS point, on the pretence of wanting to transact a business, only to, thereafter, attack her, dispossessing the victim of the cash sales already made.
”The suspect walked into the POS shop, pretended to be a customer who came to transact business. Realizing that the victim was alone in the shop, he grabbed her on the neck and brought out a UTC knife”.
He ransacked the lady’s drawer and made away with the cash sale of #42, 000 before bolting.
The victim raised alarm and the suspect was apprehended.
Over 80 Nigerians said to be living illegally in Malaysia were arrested in two raids in Kajang and Puchong last night June 16th.
The raids by the Immigration Department started at 10.30pm in Kajang following complaints that most of the Nigerians and other Africans residing in the area were involved in different social vices which includes Cultism and Cybercrime
Malaysian Immigration director-general, Datuk Khairul Dzaimee Daud, who supervised the arrest, said that several department officers were injured during the operation after wrestling with illegals who refused to coperate.
According to Khairul Dzaimee, there were 118 foreigners at the first raid at an apartment area with 90 illegals from Nigeria (78), the Philippines (six), Pakistan (one), India (one) and four children, aged one to three, whose nationality were not disclosed.
In another raid at an entertainment centre in Puchong, 40 illegal immigrants from Sierra Leone (23), Nepal (eight), Tanzania (one), Guinea (three) and Kenya (one), Myanmar (two) and Nigeria (two) were arrested.
An update has been served about the Nigerian man and his wife who were declared missing after they left home to visit a friend based in Kogi.
According to an update by the deceased man’s nephew, the couple were were killed in a ghastly motor accident along Kabba-Lokoja road.

An Indian stuntman is reported missing after he was lowered into the River Ganges in India while tied up with steel chains and rope by a crane.
40-year-old Chanchal Lahiri, known by his stage name ‘Jadugar Mandrake’ (Wizard Mandrake), was lowered into the river by a crane on Sunday as family members, media and police watched on.
Before his trick, he said: ‘If I can free myself it will be magic, if I cannot it will be tragic.’ But the 40-year-old failed to emerge from the water, sparking an immediate search by authorities.
‘We are still searching,’ a family member told AFP.
21 years ago, Lahiri successfully pulled off a similar stunt at the same venue. He was locked inside a bulletproof glass box and tied with a chain.
During the stunt, he was dropped from Howrah bridge, but managed to come out in seconds, according to reports.
‘I was inside a bullet proof glass box tied with chain and locks and dropped down from Howrah bridge. Then I came out within 29 seconds,’ he told AFP.
Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje has ordered the state Anti-Corruption Commission to probe the claims by the Kano Zoological Gardens that a Gorilla in the state-owned Zoo swallowed N6.8 million.
Recall that last week, N6.8 million generated during the Eid holiday was declared missing, Some staff of the Zoo had alleged that a gorilla in their zoo swallowed the money.
A statement released by the Chief Press Secretary to the State governor, Abba Anwar, says that the order was given on Friday and the commission has already swung into action.
It quoted the governor as directing the commission to look into the immediate and remote circumstances surrounding the allegation and “unearth everything surrounding the incident.”

Recall that on Thursday, May 30, 2019, Naira Marley appeared before Justice Nicolas Oweiboof Federal High Court, Lagos for his bail hearing and the court granted him the bail on the conditions of; a N2,000,000 bond, and two sureties, one with a landed property and the other, a Civil Servant, not lower than a level 10 officer.
Naira Marley was arrested on Friday, May 10, 2019, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) together with Zlatan Ibile, Rahman Jago, Guccy Branch and one other person.
Following their arrest, the EFCC paraded them over their alleged involvement in cyber crimes. But few days later, Zlatan Ibile and others were freed, while Naira Marley remained in the EFCC’s custody.
After some days in jail, Naira Marley was released having fulfilled his bail conditions.
A traffic robber who swallowed his victim’s wedding ring after threatening to kill her along with three other suspected traffic robbers has been arrested by the operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Command in Oshodi and CMS part of the metropolis.
The ring swallowing suspect, Taofeek Adebayo, 19, along with an accomplice, Toheeb Tijani, 20 were arrested in Oshodi – Oke shortly after dispossessing two ladies occupying a grey Sienna bus of a gold earring and a set of wedding rings.
The two other suspects, Samson Oluwa, 20 and Michael Amodu Adamu, 22, were arrested in an all-night sting operation in CMS.
Adebayo, in company of his gang had on Friday June 14th, pleaded with two gorgeously dressed ladies in a Sienna to assist them with money for food in traffic. The two ladies extended a N100 note to them, which the suspects instantly rejected.
According to the driver of the Sienna, who pleaded for anonymity,
“My colleague and I were coming from Anthony and heading to Ilasa for our association’s meeting. Three of them (pointing to the suspects) came near our vehicle. There was traffic and we could not turn anywhere. We were scared. They said we should give them money for food. I reach out to my colleague to give me money. She gave me N100 which I gave them. They rejected it. One of them said, ‘eleyi ki I se owo ti wa’. I told them this is what I have. One of them pulled my left ear and removed my earring. Two of them turned to the other side of my vehicle. They threatened to waste us if we don’t give them money. ‘Where is the money’, they screamed at us. In a hurry to leave our car, they forced my friend to surrender her wedding ring. This yellow guy (pointing to Adebayo) took the first one and swallowed it in our presence. His colleague took the other one”.
When interrogated, Adebayo said
“I swallowed it but I have vomited it and handed it over to Young Boy, he was the third guy when police were chasing us. I told him to hand over the rings to the ladies so that the police can release us but he absconded with the two rings and earring”.
His accomplice, Tijani, who according to reports, was on the watch list of police for snatching a mobile phone from a commuter in traffic earlier in the day stated, ‘I have released the phone to the LASTMA officials standing in Oshodi Oke. They told me that RRS officers were looking for me to arrest me”.
The two other suspected traffic robbers were arrested around Friday midnight when they were robbing a stranded motorist around CMS, Lagos.
Commenting on the development, the Commissioner of Police, Muazu Zubairu stated that the police would not relent on its efforts towards making Lagos safe for law abiding citizens. He directed that the suspects be transferred to Makinde Police Division, Oshodi and SCID, Yaba.

Using fake Malaria drugs is said to have been the cause of death of a beautiful final year ESUT student, identified as Ojeh Cynthia Nnenna.
Ojeh Cynthia Nnenna lost her life after a brief illness which has now been attributed to the fake malaria drug she ingested.
The final year Accounting student of the Enugu State University of science and Technology, who was set to finish her degree lap next month, died Friday night, just hours after having a chat with her friend, detailing what she was going through.
In her last conversation on WhatsApp, she shared how she took a fake malaria drugs prescribed to her at the pharmacy. Read the chat which proves the claim that fake malaria drug was the cause of Cynthia’s death.
