Popular Nigerian clergyman prophet Odumeje has shared during a video with singer Flavour that he’s going to end all the ongoing mess in the country soon.

He also added that he was going to release all his powers with the way things are in the country and advise Nigerians to watch out.

The video which he shared on his Instagram page, recorded him saying this in response to the question Flavour had asked him.

He said,

“I’m connecting to high tensions of power and you know that we are no more collecting light from the transformer, we are taking light directly from high tension 2024 watch out and I’ll let you know and declare what we are going to use to end all this mess I’m a warlord”

While he answered the question, Flavour who agreed with his decision of him releasing all of his powers to save the state of the country’s economy kept praising him.

A Nigeria lady shared how her mum pays money for prayer regularly in a local market in Lagos. Her mum eventually paid more than the required amount.

Sharing on Twitter (X), the lady identified as @dios_shop stated that she was at her mum’s shop in Ikorodu, when the ticketers brought a fee of five hundred naira for prayer.

She revealed a picture of the ticket which contains the name of the market association, address, the amount to be paid and Prayer Day as the title.

She tweet,

“At my mum’s shop today and this people came to collect prayer money. We have thieves in Lagos state”

She noted that they pay for prayer often in the market and it wasn’t five hundred naira her mom gave them but a thousand naira.

Responding to comments, she explained that the prayer ticket was one of the irrelevant fees they pay in the market. She also added that the market leaders didn’t take any proper action on the recent robbery that happened in the market.

A South African woman, identified as Happy Simelane, has confessed to falsely accusing her Nigerian lover of rape years ago.

Speaking in a recent podcast, Happy disclosed that she got pregnant by the man at 19, while he was three years older.

However, she couldn’t come clean about who impregnated her because it was a taboo for South African women to date Nigerian men.

Despite the consensual nature of their relationship, she and her family falsely accused the man of rape, leading to his arrest and imprisonment for ‘seven to eight months.’

She explained that the man was new to the country and had spent less than a year when the incident occurred. His mother had to sell her business to afford his legal representation.

Eventually, a DNA test confirmed that he is the father of Happy’s child, leading to his release. However, he left South Africa for Europe due to trauma from the experience.

During the podcast, Happy admitted that she was the one who broke the Nigerian man’s virginity but still accused him of rape. She also shared that he had proposed to her when she was 19, but she declined at the time.

Following the incident, Happy moved on and married another man whom she told that her child’s father was dead. She also lied to the child about her father’s death.

Years later, her husband died in a car accident while with his side chick, and the Nigerian man reached out to offer his condolences and initiate a conversation.

Despite initial hesitation, Happy eventually engaged in conversation with him and appreciated him for respecting her marriage and grieving process.

Happy, who is now a mother of three, is reportedly engaged to the Nigerian man who hails from the South Eastern region of Nigeria. She also shared a video of his family warmly receiving her when she visited Owerri, Nigeria.

Addressing the backlash she received for her confession and questions about her decision to marry the man despite the rape accusation, Happy asserted that he comes from a respectable background and that his family has forgiven her.

Nigerian man found dǝad in his apartment two months after relocating to Canada; phone and laptop missing

A Nigerian man has tragically passed away only two months after relocating to Canada.

The sad news was relayed on social media by a Nigerian lawyer, Addlin, who revealed that the young man was found dead in his apartment on Sunday, February 25.

She said they suspect foul play because the deceased’s phone and laptop were missing from the apartment. However, a post-mortem examination revealed no anatomical cause of death.

Addlin didn’t reveal specific details about the man’s identity or the province where the tragedy occurred.

Her tweet reads,

“My friend’s brother who travelled to Canada in December with an express entry visa was found dead in his room yesterday. The family couldn’t reach him for about 4 days and when they got worried and reached out to the police, the police went to his apartment and found him lifeless.

“His phone and laptop were missing. Family is devastated, they need closure, they want to see his body, but they can’t.., they’re just living in mere words. The police said an autopsy will be done, and investigation carried out. But the family really needs help.

“The Nigerian embassy needs to step in and look into it, because the circumstances are very fishy. Please tag anyone you think can be of help.

“The autopsy result says there is no anatomical cause of death.”

Nigerian OAP, Chief Suo has cried out following the recent attack she received from a Benz owner and his family after they rammed into her car from behind.

Sharing the details of the event, via her page on the microblogging platform X she included pictures and videos of the incident.

She disclosed that a car that had broken down was been removed by the LCC causing other cars behind to slow down, including her.

However, the Benz owner behind her did not and rammed into her instead. Rather than tendering an apology to her, he and his family alighted from the vehicle and assaulted her badly.

She also added that the man’s wife was pregnant but that didn’t stop her from joining in the assault, as she went on to rip her clothes.

It was the area boys who were within the area of the incident and a military man who came to her rescue and stopped the family from assaulting her further.

Just before their arrival, she had sustained several injuries on her body including her head, leaving her car covered in her own blood.

The OAP who hopes to get justice revealed that the case has been adjourned to the 11th of March and ever since the incident she has been experiencing dizziness and nausea.

Dan Yomi, a Nigerian LGBTQ activist residing in the UK, has shared his overwhelming joy after his mother finally accepted his sexuality.

Taking to the microblogging platform X, Yomi revealed that his relationship with his mother has been strained for five years since he came out as a gay man.

A 26-year-old woman, Omorogbe Jennifer Soni, has been arraigned by the Lagos State Police Command for a serious assault on a police officer.

The incident, which was captured on camera, occurred in Ajah on February 21, 2024.

A Nigerian man has taken to social media to express his gratitude to God for sparing his life from a potentially dangerous situation.

The man revealed that he accidentally fell asleep while cooking a pot of beans on his hot plate due to extreme exhaustion. Unfortunately, the beans ended up burnt beyond salvage.

He posted a photo of the charred pot of beans and blamed the mishap on his single status. He insinuated that the incident wouldn’t have happened if he had a wife who cooks for him.

The man, identified as @bishop_bisa on X, tweeted,

“Man, you won’t believe how God saved me last night. I got home exhausted, decided to pre-cook beans on my hot plate, and then I knocked out. I just remembered now that I left something on the fire and rushed into the kitchen 👇🏽

Nigerian rapper Cynthia Morgan has taken to social media to issue a stern warning to her colleague Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, over his recent comments about her.

During an interactive session with his followers on Instagram Live, Paul, whose elder brother Jude Okoye was Cynthia’s manager before their fallout years ago, was questioned about the rapper.

In response, he had stated that he had no business with her as she only worked with his elder brother. He also wished her quick recovery, insinuating that she is sick.

His words,

“Cynthia Morgan, she is not my artiste. She was never my artiste. She was my elder brother’s artiste. They have gone their different ways. Na she sabi. I wish her to get well soon.”

This didn’t sit well with Cynthia, and she went online to express her displeasure with Paul. She criticized him for insinuating that she is sick and questioned who is sicker between the two of them.

She also accused him of owing her for a feature she did for him and his girlfriend when he was still married to his ex-wife, Anita, in 2016.

Taking to her page to call him out, Cynthia wrote,

A while back, a mild drama unfolded between gospel singer Moses Bliss and an overzealous fan who posted his wedding invitation on social media.

The fan, identified as David Oyase, took to Facebook to share a picture of the package delivered to intended guests, which included an invitation card, a bottle of wine, and a towel embroidered with Moses and his fiancée’s name, Marie Wiseborn.

David also disclosed that the wedding is scheduled to take place in Ghana in February and extended his congratulations to the couple.

Nigerian reality star Michael Ilesanmi, known for his appearances on “90 Day Fiancé” alongside his American wife Angela Deem, has been found after several days of being reported missing.

Angela Deem took to TikTok on Monday, February 26, to raise alarm about Michael’s disappearance two months after he relocated from Nigeria to the United States to be with her.

According to Angela, Michael disappeared on Friday, February 23, without his phone, wallet, or identification. She also notified the police, prompting an investigation into his disappearance.

Thankfully, Michael has been found safe. However, the circumstances surrounding his disappearance has left many in shock.

Michael revealed that he ran away from his wife out of fear for his safety, a claim supported by his communication with the local Hazlehurst, Georgia, police department.

In a surprising twist, Michael disclosed that he had a secret cellphone which his wife didn’t know about. He also told the police that he didn’t want her to know his whereabouts.

Upon learning that Michael had been found, Angela was reportedly furious and revealed that Michael left their home in Georgia because she asked him to. She further accused him of being gay because he refused to sleep with her.

She further threatened to involve immigration authorities to deport him back to Nigeria since she now knows his location.

However, she refused to disclose further details about their troubled marriage because of her 90 Day Fiance contractual agreement.

A Nigerian man shares how he mistakenly sent the wrong sum of money to a fan who came to seek for monetary favour in his direct message.

Sharing on the microblogging platform, X, the man identified as @LawrenceOkoroPG stated the fan came to direct message to seek a favour of the sum of hundred thousand naira.

He explained that he can only give forty thousand naira, then the fan excitedly sent his account details.

He wrote,

“Some time last year, someone came to my DM to seek a favour of N100k. I told him I can only give N40k from the N100k. He was excited. He sent his account details and I mistakenly credited N400k. He told me to send my account for refund of the excess, I did and he refunded N300k. He sent an epistle to explain how he urgently needs the 100k. I was lost in disbelief”.

However, he mistakenly sent the sum of four hundred thousand naira and requested the fan to refund the excess amount he sent instead he refunded three hundred thousand naira.
