The conversation between a couple has had us go “awwww” after the boyfriend shared screenshots of how his babe responded when he told her he doesn’t have funds to cover the bill for her hair.

His girlfriend had asked him if he was with money that he had promised to give her for her hair and trying to act stubborn about it, he decided to pick a something sort of a fight with her and the result of that is what has us in our feelings.

A boy and a girl who served in a bridal party almost three decades ago as a ring bearer and little bride respectively have gone on to become husband and wife 28 years later.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Benin Zonal Office has secured the conviction of one Onovo Osita Malachy at the Federal High Court sitting in Benin City, Edo State.

The convict was arraigned on a one-count charge bordering on obtaining by false pretence. He was said to have fraudulently obtained the sum of $140,000 (One Hundred and Forty Thousand Dollars) from a foreigner through a love scam.

Upon arraignment, the defendant pleaded “guilty” to the charge.

The charge reads: “That you Onovo Osita Malachy on or about 4th day of July 2017 in Benin Edo State within the jurisdiction of this honourable court, did by means of fraudulent trick to wit: love scam on a dating site obtained the sum of $140,000 only from Helen Wang and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 421 of the Criminal Code Act CAP C38 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria,2004.”

Based on his plea, the prosecuting counsel, Larry Aso Peters, prayed the court to convict and sentence the defendant accordingly.

The defence counsel, I. U. Uchechukwu pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy as the defendant “has become remorseful”.

Justice A. A. Demi-Ajayi sentenced the defendant to 12 months imprisonment. The convict is also to forfeit all assets traced to him including an uncompleted building and a Toyota Camry 2007 model to the Federal Government of Nigeria.

An appalling video footage where a young lady is seen being battered and assaulted by different guys at their home has had a lot of people enraged by it.

According to the report surrounding the video, the young lady that’s being assaulted, neglected one of them while he was broke and so after he has supposedly “made it in life”, he called her back just for him to humiliate her.

A woman has been arrested after allegedly stealing five Rolex watches, four of which she hid inside her v*gina.

Delajurea Brookens, 29, is accused of stealing the timepieces, worth a total of $108,000, after meeting 46-year-old Ramon Diaz at a club in Miami.

Police say she went back to Diaz’s hotel room before swiping the watches, which were being kept in a velour bag, and making a break for it.

Diaz chased after Brookens and caught up with her as she was trying to hail a cab outside, arrest documents say.

When he confronted her she began hitting him around the head as hotel staff called the police.

But when officers showed up and searched the velour bag, they were only able to find one of the watches – a $22,000 Hublot.

The other jewelry did not show up until a strip search in jail, when jailers say they found them stashed inside Brookens.

The precious haul included a platinum Daytona model which can cost upwards of $60,000, and another with a diamond bezel.

Brookens was charged with grand theft, cocaine possession, and introducing contraband into a correctional facility.

Cops said she has previous convictions for resisting and officer and prostitution, and has the word ‘whore’ tattooed on her arm.

She has now been freed on bond.

A Nigerian man identified as, Izuchukwu Daniel Eze, slumped and died while playing football with his friends in Dubai where he resides.

According to his friend, O.D Nwankwo who took to Facebook to mourn him, Eze was a barber and also a footballer in Dubai.

He was playing football with his friends when he slumped and died. He was rushed to the hospital but sadly, he died before medical help could get to him.

”My brother i can’t believe u will not return to Nigeria alive rest in peace #Izuchukwu-Daniel-Eze when u fail down in the pitch am surprise we try to save ur life by rushing u to hospital but u didn’t make it rip my brother” Nwankwo wrote

A Lady on twitter Identified as IyeMelon has opined that a prostitute has more Dignity than an African Wife because the prostitute does not have to cook, clean and birth Children.

She further said that the purpose of paying bride price is a subtle way of paying for sex.
