However, counsel to the first defendant, Kehinde Olawunmi filed an application praying the court to admit the first defendant to bail. Counsel to the second defendant also aligned himself with the submission of Kehinde.
Justice Ajoku, however, granted the defendants bail in the sum of N2, 000, 000 (Two Million Naira) each and two sureties in like sum. One of the sureties for each shall be a civil servant not below grade level 14 with the Federal or Oyo State Government.
The court further ruled that the surety must have a landed property which must be covered by a Certificate of Occupancy which must be deposited with the Deputy Chief Registrar of the court. The sureties must be resident within the jurisdiction of the court and will be verified by the prosecution. The case is adjourned to February 27, 2019 for trial.

Kanye West has taken to his twitter account for his explosive tirade and this time, fellow hip-hop star, Drake is the target as he hints that their feud is far from over.
On Thursday, just hours after Kanye, 41, appeared to settle their beef, the Chicago rapper went back on Twitter with over 80 tweets, claiming Drake, 32 “called trying to threaten me.”
“So drake if anything happens to me or anyone from my family you are the first suspect— So cut the tough talk,” Kanye tweeted.
Kanye tried to back up his claims of Drake being a threat by bringing up a violent incident involving fans and fellow rapper, Pusha T.
“The kid he had run on stage at Pushas concert is in critical condition,” Kanye said alleging that Drake is behind the disturbance at Pusha’s Toronto concert in November. During Pusha’s performance, some irate audience members rushed the stage and splashed him with liquid.
Drake and Kanye have been feuding ever since Drake’s longtime rival Pusha, 41, released the song “Infrared” in May off of his album Daytona, which West produced. In the song, Pusha calls out Drake for allegedly using a ghostwriter.
A war of words ensued after the song’s release, with Drake and Pusha exchanging social media insults and diss tracks — the most scathing of which was Pusha’s “The Story of Adidon.” Among his attacks were rhymes mocking Drake’s newfound anger, supposed habit of walking away from relationships, his mother (by name), and one set of lyrics that exposed the fact that Drake had fathered a child with former adult-film star Sophie Brussaux (Drake would later verify the longtime rumors on Scorpion).Dr
While Drake and Kanye’s feud seems to have faded in recent months, Kanye is now saying otherwise.
“Since the pool line he’s been tryin to poke at me and f—- with me,” Kanye tweeted in reference to Drake’s lyric from “Summer Sixteen,” in which he raps “Now I got a house in LA, now I got a bigger pool than Ye/ And look man, Ye’s pool is nice, mine’s just bigger’s what I’m saying.”

A pensioner who is addicted to manhood fillers and has spent thousands of Pounds on enlarging his organ, is ready for his fifth set of injections to give him a six-inch girth.
Eric Bell, 70, will have his fifth set of injections in January, which will increase his penis to around six inches in girth when erect.
From Keighley in West Yorkshire, Mr Bell said the £3,000-a-time fillers have boosted his confidence and kept his dating life exciting.
He claims to now be dating ‘much younger women’ who tell him they like his large penis, which is now a whole two inches thicker than it used to be.
After a life of feeling embarrassed about his member, the former nurse said the injections are the way forward and he’d tell other men to ‘go for it’.
‘I used to look down and instantly feel depressed that my penis was too small,’ said Mr Bell, who has the injections at Moorgate Andrology in Doncaster.
He said his opinion of his penis had, in the past, negatively affected his dating life and even a Viagra prescription didn’t help.
Before the first procedure in September 2016, in which he had his penis both lengthened and widened, Mr Bell measured 5.5inches long by four inches in circumference.
Doctors snipped a ligament at the top of his p-nis to release his ‘hidden length’, increasing his manhood to 6.5inches long.
After having the first injection two years ago, Mr Bell has had regular top-ups to keep his girth at the level he wants it.
Following the recent fillers, his p-nis is approximately the same circumference as a bottle of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce.
Mr Bell said:
‘I haven’t been in a serious relationship before but now I’m dating much younger women and feel like my confidence is sky-high.
‘Now I have a successful dating life and I’m happy. I was a nurse and wanted a non-invasive treatment that would work well.
‘That’s exactly what it’s done, the women I’ve had s-x with since say they love my large p-nis.’
The procedure works by injecting hyaluronic acid, the same substance used for many lip fillers, directly into the penis to make it larger.
Enlarging the p-nis in this way aims only to increase the thickness of it, not the length, and is only temporary, lasting until the filler breaks down in the body.
Penis fillers are becoming increasingly popular and some clinics say they have seen a 70 per cent rise in the number of men wanting one in the past three years.
There is a risk of infection, scarring or bleeding which comes with the treatment, but Mr Bell said he isn’t too worried about complications.
‘I know the risks – I could be left scarred or with uncomfortable lumps, even sometimes bleeding or infection, but it’s worth it,’ he said.
And he will soon have to stop having the injections because he’s had so many since he started in 2014.
David Mills, managing director of Moorgate Andrology where Mr Bell has the procedures, said:
‘There is a limit and Eric has to be fit and well.
‘It is treatment that is injected, and it has to be done by a qualified doctor. As long as the expectations are realistic, and clients stick to the aftercare procedure, it can work well.
‘There’s no s-x for a month afterwards, and lumps and bumps can always appear. But Eric knows his own mind and is reasonable and a compliant patient.’
A statue of legendary Indian independence leader, Mahatma Gandhi has been removed from a University campus in Ghana’s capital, Accra.
University of Ghana lecturers began a petition for its removal shortly after it was unveiled in 2016 by India’s former President Pranab Mukherjee that Gandhi was a racist. The petition said Gandhi was “racist” and African heroes should be put first.
In the wake of the row, Ghana’s government at the time said the statue would be relocated. Lecturers and students told the BBC that the statue, originally located at the University’s recreational quadrangle, had been removed on Wednesday.
The University confirmed this, saying that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration was responsible. Law student Nana Adoma Asare Adei said “having his statue means that we stand for everything he stands for and if he stands for these things [his alleged racism], I don’t think we should have his statue on campus.”
Mahatma Gandhi was one of the most celebrated figures of the 20th Century. He is best known for leading non-violent resistance to British colonial rule in India. However, as a young man he lived and worked in South Africa, and although he has inspired people throughout the world his comments on black Africans have been controversial.
In his early writings he referred to black South Africans as “kaffirs” a highly offensive racist slur. He also said that Indians were “infinitely superior” to black people.

A drug user who was conned as he was sold flour instead of cocaine reported the fraud to a police officer in Peru.
According to a video shared online, the dealer deceived the buyer by handing over a plastic baggy filled with what was supposed to be cocaine but when the man tried to snort it, he noticed it was flour.
Disappointed, he saw a police officer on a routine patrol shift and he approached him to report his failure to purchase cocaine.
“I am from La Porra, I came to get my drugs, boss,” the addict told the cop in a video shared online.
“And I want to file a report because they’ve given me flour, boss.”
The drug abuser begged the cop to help him get his supply of cocaine and the cop broke out laughing.
He told the officer: “Help me out with that, boss, because one comes here to get his drugs and they give you flour.”
According to Article 299 of the Peruvian Penal Code, it is legal in the South American country to possess up to two grams of cocaine or at least five grams of coca paste for personal use.
Planting coca plants – which is the the material used for making cocaine – is legal in Peru and coca leaves are sold in markets.

If I tried to, I wouldn’t be able to explain what this little, beautiful human means to me. Half the time when I look at him, I have tears in my eyes. The joy is indescribable. How did I get so lucky? ?? #Thehandsomestboyintheworld #myson #mylife #myheir #myansweredprayer #myeverything

Thank you all for your kindness and well wishes. Truly appreciate it. ???
Linda also addressed her baby daddy brouhaha, where she revealed things are over between herself and her baby daddy, Sholaye. Read here.
Linda Ikeji in a long post on her Blog has revealed that her baby daddy is indeed Sholaye Jeremi.
Read her post below;
Two days before my 38th birthday on September 17th, I welcomed my first child, my son, Jayce. I look at him and I wonder why I waited so long to have a child. I’ve never known love like this. I literally have tears in my eyes every time I look at him. I can’t believe he came out of me. He is by far my greatest blessing and I’m looking forward to navigating him through life!
Now to the reason why you are reading this. I argued with myself for a long time whether to put this out or not…and finally decided it was a story I wanted to share. I’ve always been open about my life but I’m sharing details about my personal life mostly because of the girls who look up to me. The girls I have mentored, mentoring right now and plan to mentor in the future. I’m very particular about our young girls and I have personally tried over the years to be an example in some way; tried to teach these girls how to fight for their dreams, how to live right and do right and then I go and have a child out of wedlock and that must be a little confusing to some of them and especially with so many untruthful stuff out there about me. The most hilarious is that I had a child for a married man. Lol. Here’s my answer to that! The married man that I will sleep with has not yet been born. If he’s been born, he will die, be buried, rise and die again before he will lay with me. I don’t do married men. The father of my child is a single man and his name is Sholaye Jeremi. To be honest, at some point I thought he was my final bus stop but you know how life happens…lol. Unfortunately he and I are a completely closed chapter. Sadly for our son Jayce, it’s the kind of chapter that can’t ever be opened again.
One of the things many people have asked me is how I met this man because we don’t run in the same circle. Well, I met him 3 years ago at Wheatbaker Restaurant in Ikoyi in December 2015 shortly after I moved to my home in Banana Island, Ikoyi. It was a day after Christmas and I was having dinner with friends when he walked in. He saw me and the rest is history. He claimed at the time that he had never heard of me which was seriously a turn-on for me because up until then I’d only been meeting men who behaved like fans. At the time we met, I was 35 and he was 37 and I’d been single for nearly 4 years. I was definitely searching and I fell in love almost immediately and so we became an item.
At the time I met him he lived in a 3-bedroom flat at what used to be 5th roundabout in Lekki after Mobil. I used to drive for almost two hours in traffic from my house to go see him. Most of the time, I carried my laptop to his home to enable me to work and at the same time spend the whole day with him.
It was a whirlwind romance. He was the funniest and most romantic guy I’d met up until that point, so it was easy to fall in love and I truly believed the feeling was mutual. A few weeks after we met, it seemed like we were planning a future together. This man was already calling me Linda Ikeji Jeremi and making all these plans but then just like that, it was over between us. I went from waking up every morning to love text messages from him to no more calls. I was just thanking God for finally sending me my own man when all of a sudden we were no longer talking to each other. Later he would tell me what scared him off. My public life. He claims he’s a private business man and didn’t want the attention being with me would bring to him and I told him I understood and we went our separate ways. We tried to get back together in 2016 but it didn’t work out so much so we separated again but stayed in touch (mostly him to be honest), stayed friends and that was how our back and forth started.
By mid-2017, we were both still single and we started seeing each other again quietly. There were times it was very intense and we talked about a future together, and there were times that I couldn’t figure out what exactly I was doing with this guy. We were not suited for each other. Totally different lifestyles. And there was the problem of my fame. I walked away from this man a million times and he came after me a million and one times. No matter how much I pushed him away, he kept coming back and me, because I couldn’t find anyone else, I kept going back. Lol. So I was basically going back to my ex because I couldn’t find anyone else. *sigh*.
Then I fell pregnant. It wasn’t planned, it just happened; though we talked about having a child together just two months before I fell pregnant. He said something about putting a billionaire baby inside me and I remember jokingly telling him that I’m also a billionaire so our child was going to be a billionaire on both side…and we laughed. But after I fell pregnant, things became extremely weird between us. If I tried to explain what happened, I wouldn’t be able to because it was confusing to me. We went from talking about the pregnancy and being okay with it; he even suggested I go to Dubai for my pre-natals as he didn’t trust doctors in Nigeria, to literally not talking to each other anymore. Around when I was about three months pregnant, he did come to see my parents and actually became very cool with my dad. They were literally exchanging Whatsapp messages every day. He later agreed to a traditional wedding which he didn’t follow through and then he switched. He began to treat me with so much hate and aggression that I and my family had to cut him off completely.
To be honest if anybody had told me when we met three years ago, considering how deeply we cared for each other that I would fall pregnant two years later and he would completely turn his back on me for most part of my pregnancy, I never would have believed it but that’s what happened. I had to draw strength from myself, my family and close friends.
And Jayce…oh my son Jayce, he was my biggest strength. It was almost as if he knew his dad was acting up so he came through for his mum. He was gentle with me when I was carrying him. I had an extremely easy pregnancy. I pushed him out under 3 mins and was in the labour room for less than 30 minutes. And then my snapback was amazing. Three weeks later, it was almost as if I’d never been pregnant. Jayce was my soldier when his dad turned his back.
But still, I have absolutely no iota of regret meeting Sholaye. Gosh, have you seen Jayce? How can I regret that? God doesn’t make mistakes. If you believe that you’re always led by God like I believe then I have to believe that God led me to this man for whatever reasons best known to Him. I thought God sent him as my life partner but I guess He just used him as a vessel for my greatest blessing. Now his part in my story is over. I know when to put my hands up and surrender. That God brought someone significant into your life doesn’t mean they are supposed to follow you throughout your life’s journey. We should learn to know when people’s part in our story is over. Don’t fight for closure, don’t ask for explanations, don’t chase answers, just let them go and know that if God meant for you to have them in your life, He would have given them to you. Sometimes people just come to serve a purpose in your life and are not meant to stay and there’s no point holding on to them. This one is done and dusted. It’s just Jayce and I now moving forward and I know life will be beautiful for us.
Being a single mum wasn’t the dream I had for myself; I’d prayed for the kind of happy home my parents built for us (they’ve been together for 40 years). Nothing is more important to me than family. For years I’d hammered on how much I was looking forward to getting married, having children and building my own family and I believed God was going to come through for me on that one, but I have come to understand that we have no control over what life throws at us no matter how much we plan, pray, or work. And we also have no control over the actions of other people towards us. One of the things I have learnt in my life’s journey is that your idea of how life should go might be different from the way life actually goes. It’s called Life Happening. Sometimes it unfolds into something we never dreamed of but because we don’t recognize the route we find ourselves on our journey through life, doesn’t mean God won’t get us to our destination. Remember, an uncertain chapter doesn’t ruin the whole book. Life will happen whether we are ready or not. All we can do is keep our heads up and keep moving.
Family and close friends told me I owed no one any explanation about the circumstances that led to the birth of my son, but I knew without writing this, I could never stand in front of the young girls who look up to me and talk to them again. I could never go on my secondary school tour and speak with these girls again about living right and doing right. I would always feel like I have no moral right to do so. I went to 15 secondary schools in 2017 and talking to those young impressionable girls has been one of the highlights of my life. I cancelled this year’s tour because I was pregnant and I haven’t made any preparations for next year’s tour because I wanted to set things right first.
I have so many plans for young girls next year and in the coming years with the Selfmade finance and mentorship projects with international collaborations, so this was important for me to do, to explain myself to the young girls who look up to me and feel disappointed that I got pregnant and had a baby out of wedlock. For years, I have preached decency, morality and uprightness and despite what happened to me, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. That should be the only way to live. That’s the only way I live. Don’t ever compromise your values. With this, I was led by my heart and my clock ticking and even though I have no regrets, I’m sorry if I let any of you ladies down by the decision I made, and I hope you learn from my experience. I hope you do better than I did. The ideal thing would be to find a man you love, who loves you back and gives you stability, get married, have kids and raise a family, not being a single mum or a baby mama. I was 37 years old at the time I conceived and if I want to be honest, my age played a role in me allowing myself to be pregnant out of wedlock. I don’t want to be having kids in my 40s or struggling with fertility later in life. This wasn’t the plan but like I said before, life happens. You just have to find a way to make the best of what life throws at you. And so for any young girl this means anything to, I am truly sorry. I am not sorry I had Jayce, I’m just sorry I didn’t go about it the right way.
But you know, despite this crazy love experience, I still believe in love and I believe in happy endings and I can’t wait to one day, God willing, have my fairy tale ending. The father of my child is the only man I’ve given a chance to in 6 years. Lol. I swear. I’m not really a relationship kind of girl. I’m more a career girl. I can go for years without a man. I’m one of those women who don’t need a man to validate their existence but biko, I’ve done the single life enough in the past…lol… going forward I’m looking forward to giving someone else a chance and try this love thing again. I was raised in a happy 2-parents’ home and that’s what I want for Jayce. So I hope I meet a great guy soon until then I’m enjoying motherhood. It rocks! Life has never been more beautiful!
I’d also like to address a few other issues. Number one is this celibacy issue. So many people have trolled me over it and I’d like to correct the misunderstanding. I have never ever in my life said people shouldn’t have sex before marriage. NEVER EVER have I said that. I have even argued with quite a few people that it is not feasible in this day and age. What I have always said and I maintain till today is; Do not ever sleep with men for money because any woman with a brain and determination can get her own money herself. And there’s nothing sweeter than your own money. I am 38 years old and I recently bought a N100million+ car; what the heck do you need to be sleeping with a man for? For designer bags, first class tickets and luxury holidays? GTFOH with sleeping with a man for rent money! You can give yourself all that and more if you apply yourself, fight for your dream and work your butt off. Men don’t have the exclusive right to create wealth; women can also create wealth. Money is not male. Wealth is not male. Success is not male. We women just need to believe in ourselves more and get off our butts and stop relying on our looks and charm instead of our brain, mind, will, and our God given talent/gift. We can be rich, we can be successful, we can break barriers, do what was formerly termed impossible, do what men can do, be CEOs of conglomerates and billionaires without ever having to lie on our backs. Please ladies, we are powerful beyond measure and can do anything and be anything we want to be.
The other thing I’ve always said is; do not sleep around with multiple men who just use your body for their pleasure; that is; too many one night stands, casual sex, many sex partners in a short period of time all in the name of relationships. Your body deserves better. I feel sex should only happen when you’re in a loving, committed relationship with someone you love. I was celibate for many years until I met my son’s father and fell in love. And instead of increasing my body count, I just went back to the same eggplant…lol. My mistake was I should have walked away when the relationship became a waste…lol… but then again, Jayce wouldn’t be here today if I had. So really, there’s nothing that I have preached that I didn’t practice. So you guys stop trolling me over this abeg! Lol.
Thank you for reading and thank you for your understanding.
A woman who disguises as a blind person to beg by the roadside with her child in Warri, Delta State, was arrested today after she was reported to the police by a concerned citizen.
According to the president of Nigerian Child Welfare Fund, Joshua Omorere, he had been warning the fake blind beggars who stay at Jakpa junction especially the arrested woman, to desist from deceiving the public with their trade.
Earlier today, he led a team of police officers who raided their spot and arrested the fake blind beggar who was with her daughter as others fled on sighting the security agents.
It was gathered that the police officers were convinced the woman was blind after she and her daughter broke down in tears while being arrested.
On getting to the police station, the officers threatened to put tear gas in her eyes, that was when the woman identified as Ada Nwachukwu admitted she is not blind and disclosed that she came all the way from Orlu in Imo state to Warri just to hustle.
According to report, the beggars make a minimum of five thousand naira daily and as at Mrs. Nwachukwu was arrested she had already made N3,270.

A racist Caucasian woman was filmed physically assaulting a Chinese woman on a train in New York City. It is not exactly clear what angered the White woman.
The White woman kicked the Asian woman, brought out an umbrella from her bag with which she hit her several times, and also hit her with a set of keys.
Other commuters tried to stop her but she wouldn’t budge. At some point, someone pointed out to her that the Asian woman wasn’t even fighting her back.
Passengers took it personally when the white woman uttered a racist word. She called the woman “Cheng” and passengers warned her.
Someone told her that her white privilege will not work today and warned her to desist from making racist utterances. Another can be heard saying that it’s clear she voted for Donald Trump, with her kind of behaviour. They warned her that they’ll call the police but the woman continued her attack on the Asian woman.
She was eventually detained by passengers and when they got to a stop, police arrived to arrest he

Mr. Bankole Wellington, also known as Banky W, has charged the Nigerian youth to become active participants in the 2019 elections.
Banky W, who is running to represent Eti-Osa Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, said this at The Convergence event in Abuja.
He said:
It’s a lot harder to try, and a lot easier to criticize. It is a lot easier to talk about it, than to do something about it. We only fail when we stop trying, and battles are only lost when you stop fighting. So, don’t just tweet and talk, walk the walk.
I am running for my unborn children, because when our generation is old and grey, and we hand the country over to them, and they asked what we did about the state of affairs, whether Nigeria ends up being great, or forever a shadow of what could have been, I want to be able to look my kids in the face and say you know what? I tried.
Babatunde Fashola, has denied claims that he once said the power problems in Nigeria can be fixed within six months.
According to Punch Nigeria, the Minister of Power, Works and Housing, denied the claim at the Nextier Power Dialogue on Wednesday night in Abuja.
Fashola challenged participants at the dialogue and members of the public to produce any video evidence where he made such comment. He said;
“I have the video of what I said and where I said it and I think it was in 2014 in the run-off to the election and I was in Lekki, Lagos,”
He explained that the comment was made during the inauguration of the Lekki Independent Power Project when he was governor of Lagos State, adding that his statement had to do with the connection of residents of Lekki to the IPP within six months if the state government had received the approval to do so.
“You may disagree with me, but I challenge anybody who has an alternative set of facts. We have the video here and we can play what I said and you can listen to it. If you have a different version, bring it out. I challenge you!” the minister declared.

The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP) on Wednesday began an indefinite strike over non-implementation of the 2009 and 2017 agreement reached with the union by the federal government.
The polytechnic lecturers now join their university colleagues who have been on strike since November 4. The National President of ASUP, Usman Dutse, said the federal government had invited the union for dialogue on December 17 but the strike would continue till then.
Prior to the strike, the union had on October 2 issued a 21-day ultimatum to the government before it extended it to November. But even then, it did not commence the strike. Dutse said the strike had commenced, adding that there is total compliance by all chapters.
“We have zonal coordinators and a monitoring team, zone by zone, all over the country. Already from the report we are getting, we are satisfied with the level of compliance from all our zones but we are reviewing the day’s activity in a meeting now,” he said.
Dutse said the government has failed to implement and fulfill agreements it reached with the union as contained in the memorandum of understanding signed. The union went on strike over non-implementation of the NEEDS Assessment report of 2014, non-payment of salaries in state-owned institutions, non-payment of allowances, and the victimisation of union members, among others.
ASUP went on strike in November 2017, but when the federal government reached an agreement to implement the recommendations of the 2014 NEEDS assessment, the strike was suspended 15 days after. The agreement particularly highlighted the need for increased funding of polytechnics.
Rumour has it that a woman was apprehended while trying to behead her own daughter on Wednesday in Delta state.
According to Facebook user Isaac Omoyibo, the woman was allegedly caught in an uncompleted building while trying to behead her twelve years old daughter for reasons best known to her.

The alleged incident was said to have happened yesterday evening at No Tension Street, Off Kpateghe Road, Oghara Ethiope West Local Government area of the state.
Migos rapper, Offset has revealed he wants to spend Christmas with his estranged family, Cardi B and Kulture.
Though the pair might be separated, he still wants some Christmas love.
Sources close to the couple told TMZ, Offset wants to spend the holidays with Cardi and their little girl specifically, Xmas Eve and day as well as a few days leading up to that.
Offset reportedly knows how important spending Kulture’s first Christmas with his daughter will be, and wants to be there.
Sources close to Cardi revealed the “Bodak Yellow” rapper hasn’t yet made up her mind if she’ll allow Offset to celebrate the holidays with her as a family and the plans haven’t been discussed.
Offset wants Cardi back, plain and simple. He feels like his haters are standing in his way but he’s determined to win back her heart.
No word on whether they’ll rekindle their relationship and stave off a divorce, but sources say that people close to both of them think there’s a reasonable shot they can work it out.
Super Eagles star Oghenekaro Etebo has quit bachelorhood after performing the traditional wedding rites of his better-half, Bethel Ebhota, in a quiet ceremony in Warri, Delta State.
According to reports, Etebo’s immediate family members, friends and well-wishers were all in attendance at the couple exchanged marital vows at the bride’s residence.
Speaking moments after the rites, Etebo, who currently plies his trade with Stoke City revealed why he decided to marry Bethel.
“She has been there for me and she’s the mother of my son. We barely had time to do this and I felt it was necessary to get the marital rites done with before the year ends” Etebo told Completesports.
