Ever since news broke of Nigerian singer, Davido, going for the one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps program, Nigerians have steady followed the progress from his end.

American video vixen and model, Symba has narrated how a hotel cleaner in the Lekki area of Lagos State recently stole her panties including that of her friend.
This is happening amid rumours of female panties being utilized by internet fraudsters popularly known as ‘Yahoo Boys’ for money-making rituals.
According to the curvy Black American, she was smart enough to discover the missing panties and alerted the hotel authorities that in turn summoned the suspected cleaner.
“A few days ago I went to my friends hotel which is Villa Thirty Three in Lekki, my girlfriends are staying there and I was at the office for the whole day, so I decided to go by their place to shower. I showered and I ended up staying there. When I stayed there overnight.”
“The next morning now, somebody cleans up before I woke up. Somebody cleans the room. I showered and I leave, I’m gone for the whole day and its like 8pm now, the night after, and something keeps telling me, “go to Gizel’s room!!”, “go to Gizel’s room!!”, so I go upstairs now, and I knock on the door so I go and change in the bathroom. When I got to the bathroom, no panties” she said in a video message posted on line.
She asked her girlfriends about the missing panties but they had no satisfactory answers about the missing underwear. She recalled how a male cleaner was moving around her room suspiciously while he cleaned up the room. She later forwarded her complaints to the hotel management.
“I wanted to make a report on him (cleaner) cos I didn’t like the way he was moving. Like I was in the shower, he went downstairs to go get me a towel, he came back upstairs and gave me this long stare. He wasn’t just moving how a cleaner should move. So I went downstairs to speak to the management. Management comes and management is like. I’m management “I left my panties in the bathroom and after the cleaner cleaned, its missing,” she said.
Symba said she insisted to the management that her panties was missing and she has a video of the last location which wasn’t necessarily true. The cleaner was confronted about this and he admitted that he threw away the panties. She instructed the cleaner to go fetch her panties from the trash can no matter how long it would take him. In about 7 minutes, the hotel cleaner later returned with two panties in a plastic bag. The other panties belonged to her friend who didn’t take notice of her missing panties.
Symba said she has demanded a direct apology from the owners of the hotel which they have failed to do so far. Symba also urged ladies to be careful about how they place their panties around to prevent the theft of them especially in Nigeria where people sell panties for diabolic purposes.
From her account, it is evident that Symba has a vivid knowledge of panties being used for rituals in Nigeria. According to her narration, the act of ‘juju’ might bring the lady bad luck in the nearest future’.
Symba is a regular visitor in Nigeria where she has engaged in professional photoshoots and the attendance of high-profile social events in Lagos State.

The lead singer and pianist of the group made a strong remark after he watch Wizkid perform at the just concluded Global Citizen Festival in South Africa.

Political activist, Deji Adeyanju, who was rearraigned before a Wuse magistrate court on Tuesday December 4th, has been granted bail.
Adeyanju, who was arrested on November 28th while leading a protest in Abuja, was released on Monday December 3rd from the federal prison in Keffi after meeting his bail condition but was re-arrested by a police team waiting around the prison.
He was rearraigned in court by the police on Tuesday December 4th for Cyber Stalking, Inciting Disturbance, and Criminal Defamation.
This morning, the court granted him bail.
Founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, popularly known as Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, says he is dangerously rich, hence he has never received or shared any booty from any government in Nigeria.
Oyedepo made this comment while delivering his message at the Faith Tabernacle during the ongoing 20th Shiloh, an annual programme of the church. This year’s event is tagged “Dominion”.
Speaking on the topic, ‘Heralding the dominion era of the church,’ the clergyman boasted of God’s blessings on him and that he has a clear conscience.
“I don’t share any booty from any government. I have a clear conscience; I am dangerously wealthy. I am rich, whatever I want, comes. That’s what they call wealth,” the Bishop said.
Bishop Oyedepo warned those he called ‘political gladiators’ to understand that authority is now domiciled in the church, saying, “If the church says you are going nowhere, there is nothing you can do.”
The clergyman declared that the authority that enthroned the church was from heaven and not man-made.
“It is not something that we organise; it is by the hand of God. You can be upset, it won’t change anything,” he added.
The Bishop told the congregation, which included 4,512 delegates from 43 nations, that God would be confirming in these last days that heavens rules in the affairs of men.
Bishop Oyedepo noted that for anyone to dominate his world, he has to first dominate the issues of his life.
“Until one is rescued, he cannot rescue others. We must remove the beam in our eyes before we can remove the mote in other people’s eyes,” he urged.
The event, which will end with a thanksgiving service on Sunday, December 9, 2018, features prayers, special ministrations, instant testimonies and encounter nights.

Four men who specialized in adulterating Dettol disinfectants and Air Wick fragrance, have been arrested in Lagos.
The quartet were identified as Francis Ume, 32, Chidubem Achezie, 44, Peter Ume, 44 and Jacob Ejike, 41, were arrested at Okokomaiko in Ojo.
A truck loaded with cartons of Dettol antiseptic and Airwick air freshener, valued at over N7 million, were recovered from them.

TVC presenter, Morayo Afolabi-Brown has responded to clarify things after her stance on preventing child abuse went viral and earned her criticisms.
Morayo, while speaking on her breakfast show, Your View, said she doesn’t allow her husband to bathe their daughter due to the increasing rate at which fathers now sexually abuse their children. She, however, added that she trusts her husband completely but she wasn’t taking chances.
Her statement went viral and led to a debate. Some criticized her saying she has indirectly disrespected her husband and called him a paedophile, others reminded her that her daughter was her husband’s child too so he should be allowed to care for her. Some told her that if she wouldn’t let her husband bathe their daughter, then she shouldn’t be allowed to bathe their son.
But there were those who defended Morayo by pointing out that there are fathers who rape their daughters and those fathers are usually trusted by their wives which is why they were willing to leave the father alone with the daughter. They added that abusers usually seem innocent and no woman ever wants to believe that her husband is the type of man who would abuse their daughters, yet it happens all the time.
Morayo has now responded to set things straight, she started by saying:
My husband is not a pedophile, he’s a highly responsible, decent man. He can never do anything to hurt any of his children.
She proceeded to add that her statement isn’t about her husband specifically but about those women whose husbands abuse their daughters yet they bury their heads in the sand because they do not want to be associated with the stigma.
She added that children need to be taught boundaries and how to demand that their bodies and personal spaces be respected.
She explained:
Psychology has told us to teach children to respect their personal spaces and ensure that family members don’t come too close.
We need to define what is too close as a child.
So, I’m glad the conversation has started, I’m glad we’re talking about it. Let us understand that these are real life issues that are happening.

A lecturer in one the Universities in the Southeast ‘transformed’ into Spiderman to attend to his students.
The unnamed lecturer was spotted on Wednesday morning walking into his office in Spiderman costume.
It was gathered that some non-teaching staff present when the incident happened, were stunned to see a man dressed in Spiderman costume walking into the office complex. As they greeted the lecturer and called him his name, he ignored every greeting, pretending not to know anyone since he was not ‘human’. He opened his door, walked in and sat down, waiting for students whom he had told to await the arrival of ‘Spiderman’ to assist them.
It was revealed that the unnamed lecturer had told some students he was a strong member of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) currently on nationwide strike for the past one month.
According to sources, some of his M.Sc. students wanted to see him to have a final discussion with him before their Dissertation defence which would come up immediately after the ASUU strike was called off so they wanted to get ready before then since ASUU was having serious discussions with the Federal Government and the strike may end anytime.
In order not to break ASUU directives which required lecturers to stay away from academic work while the strike was on, the lecturer decided to ‘transform’ into spiderman, probably on a rescue mission, so he could attend to the students with his disguised alter ego and not the lecturer everybody knew
It was also gathered that though the unnamed lecturer ‘was’ spiderman, some students were positioned to lookout for ASUU strike compliance monitoring team in case they headed the lecturer’s way.

Rapper, Travis Scott’s cheating photo has eventually turned out to be a hoax after YouTuber admitted to creating and sharing the shonky imagery.
YouTuber, Christian Adam shared a video explaining the meticulous plot, which actually caused fans to question Scott’s faithfulness to the makeup empress.
However, the vast majority of publications which reported on the image, concluded the whole thing was an elaborate hoax well before today’s video.
Speaking after the photo went viral, Adam told viewers
“I feel so bad sometimes. Like, damn bruh, am I really messing up [Travis’] relationship?”
We might never know what impact the photo actually had on the relationship, but at least we have a video of a dude spray-painting his hair gold for internet clout.

Head of states, President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Abuja from Poland where he attended the Climate Change Conference, Channels TV reports.
The President who left Abuja on Saturday for Poland joined 29 heads of government for the conference.
At the opening session of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP24) in Katowice, President Buhari delivered a national statement highlighting Nigeria’s commitment to addressing the menace by implementing the goals set out in its nationally determined contributions.
While stating that no country in the world can confront climate change alone, he called on UN-member countries to rededicate themselves to the task of rebuilding and restoring a healthy environment for future generations.
The President warned that the challenges of climate change which include rising temperatures, desertification, floods, low agricultural yields and drying up of water bodies were enormous and evident to all.
He pointed out the case of the receding Lake Chad, noting that the effects of climate change were felt more on the vulnerable communities who lacked the capacity and technology to properly address such challenges.
He, however, reaffirmed that Nigeria remains committed to saving the lake, which he described as a source of livelihood to 40 million people, from extinction.
On the sidelines of the conference, the President also met with Nigerians resident in the country, during which he addressed reports that he had been cloned when he was ill.
He dismissed the reports, saying some people had wished him dead, but rather, he is strong and will be marking his 76th birthday soon.

A Nigerian man has on a popular Nigerian forum, lament on how his girlfriend has not been giving him the attention that he seeks.

A new report by TMZ shows the leaked texts allegedly sent by Offset to Summer Bunni which suggest he was trying to arrange a threeway with her and rapper, Cuban Doll.
The texts appear to have been sent on June 28, a couple weeks before Cardi B gave birth to their daughter, Kulture. Screenshots of the texts leaked a few hours before Cardi B announced on Tuesday night that she and Offset were calling it quits.
Sources revealed that the leak was carried out by an unnamed woman who had some kind of fall out with rapper, Cuban.
So far, neither Cardi nor Offset have addressed the cheating allegations, but as reported, he commented on Cardi’s video announcing their split with “Y’all won.”
The recommended amount of sleep for adults is six to eight hours a night. Sleeping more than those hours is associated with an increased risk of death and cardiovascular diseases, says a global study published Wednesday in the European Heart Journal.
Looking at data from 21 countries, across seven regions, the research team found that people sleeping more than the recommended upper limit of eight hours increased their risk of major cardiovascular events, like stroke or heart failure, as well as death by up to 41%.
But a possible reason for this could be that people have underlying conditions causing them to sleep longer, which in turn could raise the risk of cardiovascular disease or mortality, explain the authors of the study.
The team, led by Chuangshi Wang, a Ph.D. student at McMaster and Peking Union Medical College in China, also identified a rising risk among daytime nappers.
“Daytime napping was associated with increased risks of major cardiovascular events and deaths in those with [more than] six hours of nighttime sleep but not in those sleeping [less than] 6 hours a night,” Wang said.
In those who underslept, “a daytime nap seemed to compensate for the lack of sleep at night and to mitigate the risks,” Wang explained.

A man has been arrested for killing his pregnant girlfriend in Rivers State – he was also reported to have buried her body in his one-room apartment following the murder.
The man identified as Prince Owabie from Rumueperikom community in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of the State was arrested by the Police on Tuesday.
The incident occurred around Wimpy Junction, by Ikwerre Road in Port Harcourt on Sunday, but the suspect was arrested on Tuesday, by policemen following a tip-off.
It was gathered that the suspect popularly called J-Boy, had confessed to some of his friends about his deed and they alerted the police who moved in and arrested the suspect.
As at the time of filing the report, the body of the slain pregnant lady has not been exhumed from the suspect’s apartment.
Meanwhile, J-Boy has been moved to the State Criminal Investigative and Intelligence Department (SCIID).
A Nigerian man has revealed that he’s in love with IK Ogbonna’s estranged wife, Sonia Morales, and as such he proposed marriage to the delectable mother of one.
Taking to his Instagram page, he wrote; “I love you and I wanna get married to you, I’m serious”.

Singer Small Doctor who was over the weekend arrested for ‘illegal possession’ of firearms has revealed that he has a license to carry a gun, thus saying that his arrest by the Lagos State police was a case of misunderstanding.
Recall the singer was arrested a few days ago for ‘illegal possession’ of firearms and for allegedly threatening to shoot a police officer.
The singer was arraigned earlier on Tuesday at the Ebute Metta Magistrate court along with the other occupants in his car and was subsequently released.
Chief Magistrate, Mrs. A.O. Komolafe, who granted bail to the musicians, also bounded them for one year “not to engage, recruit, instigate or incite any member of the Shogunle community and Lagos State by extension, to cause breach of public peace or disturb peace within or outside the community.”
Small Doctor wrote;
“It was a case of misunderstanding and everything is settled. My fans need to know that I will not get involved in any illegality. The younger ones look up to me for hope and I will never let them down”
Small Doctor insisted that he had licence to carry a gun, saying that he was stunned when he later read that he was in possession of illegal firearms,
“as I said earlier, I cannot be involved in any illegal activity. There is no way I will hold a firearm without having a licence” he added.
