Blac Chyna berates Rob Kardashian amid child support fight

Blac Chyna isn’t holding back about her feelings for her ex Rob Kardashian, as she slammed reports she gets $20,000 monthly as child support from him.

According to The Blast, Kardashian filed new court documents that stated he could no longer afford to pay child support for their daughter Dream Kardashian, which costs $20,000 per month. A source has confirmed that he did in fact file the papers.

The documents reportedly sent to The Blast say that his monthly salary went from $100,000 to $10,000 from the time of their split until now. Kardashian allegedly said in one part of the documents, “It has been an extraordinarily difficult time for me emotionally and I have no desire to continue participating in [Keeping Up With the Kardashians].”

Kardashian’s attorneys allegedly said in The Blast’s documents that Chyna should be paying Kardashian $2,864 per month, not vice versa. She purportedly makes $60,000 per month. However, he apparently was only paid for Keeping Up With the Kardashians episodes that he appeared in.

Today, Nigerian comedian, Jephthah Bowoto, popularly known and referred to as Akpororo and his wife Josephine celebrate their third wedding anniversary.

The established comedian who once revealed he didn’t date his wife before marriage took to his Instagram page to celebrate his wife for hitting this milestone with him.

Delta State governor promises Super Eagles

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State has reportedly promised to reward the Super Eagles stars with $25,000 for each goal scored against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa in Saturday’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying clash.

According to Complete Sports Nigeria, Okowa made the promise when he addressed the team after their first training session on Tuesday evening at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.

Okowa was pictured at the Super Eagles’ training base alongside the president of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Pelvin Pinnick and other top officials of the Delta State Sports Council.

Real reason why Eko Atlantic was not approved for Davido’s concert

Earlier today, we reported of how Afro pop star, Davido took to Twitter to reveal that he was denied approval to use Eko Atlantic as his December 27th concert venue.

He took to his Twitter account this morning to rant about it. He tweeted,

So my show this December at eko Atlantic Was not approved … I wonder why ? Hmmm ANYWAYS ANNOUNCING A NEW VENUE SOON!! ITS A DIRTY GAME BUT I CANT BE STOPPED!! ??????

I I WILL SUPPORT WHO I WANT TO SUPPORT AND WILL NOT SWITCH SIDES OVER A F-CKING VENUE !! ITS F-CK EM!

After a little digging as to why he was banned from using the venue, it was discovered his denial may not be unconnected with his support for his uncle, and PDP gubernatorial candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke.

The Eko Atlantic is a planned city of Lagos State, Nigeria, being constructed on land reclaimed from the Atlantic Ocean.

The location is becoming a favorite venue for musical concerts. This December, super star, Wizkid is holding a concert at the same venue.

In 2017, Davido was invited to perform at the Eko Atlantic Festival, put together by the Lagos state government. So the fact that he was disapproved to using the venue just might have to do with election primaries that happened months ago.

When his uncle, Senator Adeleke lost, Davido openly chastised the APC led government, accusing them of rigging the election.

The APC even mocked the singer by inviting him to perform at the inauguration ceremony of the new governor who beat his uncle at the elections.

Weeks later, Davido and his girlfriend, Chioma paid a visit to PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

His actions obviously didn’t sit well with the APC-led government, hence the decision to deny him access to the venue. All approvals for concerts at the Eko Atlantic goes through the Lagos state government, which is an APC led government.

Be that as it may, this insinuates that there is a silent battle between the APC and Davido.

300 level student expelled after he was caught with 80 wraps of Indian hemp in school

According to multiple reports, a 300-level student studying Economics at the Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo State has been expelled after he was caught with drugs.

Identified as Adenowo Emmanuel Oreoluwa, he was on Tuesday, 13th November 2018, caught with 80 wraps of Indian hemp along with other illicit drugs within the school premises.

Adenowo is also a musician with the stage name “Drauzie”. According to reports, he had earlier been caught doing drugs but was let off on a warning by the institution. He has now been expelled after getting caught again.

Lagos State approves use of hijab by Muslims female students

The Lagos state government has given a go ahead to Muslim female pupils to use hijab in public schools.

The development was announced in a circular by the state’s area unit of the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN).

A Lagos high court had in October 2014, ruled against the use of hijabs in schools, a judgement that was upturned by an appeal court in July 2016.

In a unanimous judgment, the appeal court noted that the ban was discriminatory against Muslim pupils in Lagos state.

Dissatisfied with the appellate court’s judgment, the state government took the case to the supreme court.

It subsequently placed a ban on the use of hijab in August 2018.

However, in a new circular, the state government asked that status quo be maintained in order to avoid contempt of court.

It however said the hijab must be “short, smart, neat and in the same colour of the uniform (skirt).

“Since the case of the use of Hijab in Lagos State is still pending in the Supreme court of Nigeria, status quo be maintained, to avoid contempt of the court, that is students be allowed to wear Hijabs on school uniforms but same must be short, smart, neat and in the same colour of the uniform (skirt),” the circular read.

“Furthermore, schools management are advised to downplay comments and disciplinary actions on the use of smart Hijabs until the final determination of the case by Supreme Court.

“No student should be discriminated against in any form on the basis of religion.

“All principals and teachers must be sensitized to comply accordingly. You are enjoined to adhere strictly to these recommendations.”

Reacting to the development, MSSN, in a statement by Saheed Ashafa, its amir in Lagos, said the state government has towed the path of honour.

Ashafa said the circular would help to stop the “harassment and victimisation of female Muslim students for wearing hijab.”

“We are pleased with this development because the embarrassing way and manner that our members are being victimised, harassed, punished and denied entrance into their classrooms for wearing hijab would stop,” the statement read.

“We have constantly told the state government that while a case on the hijab is awaiting final verdict at the Supreme Court, no teacher has the right to punish female pupils for wearing hijab. The Appeal Court in the case clearly states that wearing hijab by students, whether within or outside the school premises was a fundamental Human Right entrenched in the constitution.

“It is important to notify you that we will not allow further lawlessness and flagrant disregard for rule of law to stay after this circular. The circular would also help to stop the abuse of rights which could have degenerated into crisis or violence that may lead to the disruption of activities in schools in our dear state.

“We commend this intervention aimed at calling teachers, principals and tutor general to order. This circular approving wearing of hijab by students on their school uniform within and outside school premises, will ensure peace and order in our schools and stability in the state’s education system.

“We hereby call on female muslim students to enjoy their rights without fear of molestation. While exhibiting their rights, they should remain law abiding and be good ambassadors of the religion of peace.”

Criminology graduate’ caught stealing in a bank in Port-Harcourt

A man was severely dealt with and arrested after he was caught stealing in a bank on Tuesday in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state.

According to reports, the suspect who gave his name as Ifeanyi Dike from Abia state, was apprehended while allegedly stealing from unsuspecting victim in GT bank located at GRA in the state’s capital.

It was reported that the suspect goes from bank to bank – disguising as a customer who wants to do a transaction before looking for victims to steal various properties from including cash.

After he was nabbed, he also claimed to be a graduate of Criminology at the University of Port-Harcourt (UNIPORT).

He was beaten severely as one of those who caught him revealed that this was the second time he was nabbed for the same offence.
He was later taken away to the police station after receiving some strokes.

Davido reveals why Eko Atlantic concert was not approved, to announce new venue soon

Popular Nigerian singer, Davido, has revealed why Eko Atlantic allegedly disapproved his show from taking place on its premises this December.

Davido informed fans on his Twitter page that the venue he planned on using, Eko Atlantic, is no longer his to use as it was not approved.

The tweet that followed the announcement explained the situation as the singer believes this is more political than logical.

He went further to state that he is in charge of his decision to support any political party and if a venue is what he has to lose for that, then it’s fine by him as details of a new venue will be released soon. He wrote;

Prince Charles pictured with his entire dynasty as he celebrates his 70th birthday

Prince Charles turn 70 today, and to celebrate, he’s pictured with his entire dynasty for the first time ever, including, two sons and their wives, three grandchildren, and another yet to be born.

The rare roayal photos were released moments ago to mark the future king’s milestone and according to the palace, the images were taken in the gardens of Clarence House in September.

To further celebrate, Prince Charles will attend two meetings at Clarence House and this afternoon will attend a tea party with his wife and 70 inspirational people also marking their 70th birthdays, at Spencer House in London.

Guests will include volunteers for a number of charities such as The Prince’s Trust, The Silver Line and Barnardo’s.

Later tonight, the Queen will host a private party at Buckingham Palace for more than 600 guests to celebrate her son’s milestone. In honour of the occasion, Charles has also guest edited a special edition of Country Life magazine. In it, William reveals the lengths his father has gone to in his passion for the natural world; inviting some of the creatures living in his garden into the house.

Speaking to the magazine, Prince William said his father’s passion for the environment was something he wanted his own children to inherit. ‘My father’s focus on the environment is something I’ve looked up to all of my life. His passion for the environment and the natural world is something I want to repeat in the way I raise George, Charlotte and Louis.’

Gate man arraigned for allegedly stealing wig worth N125,000

A 23-year-old gate man, Akpan Ekemini, who police accused of allegedly stealing wig, valued at N125, 000, belonging to his boss on Tuesday, appeared before an Ogudu Magistrates’ Court, Lagos.

The prosecutor, Insp. Lucky Ihiehie, told the court that Ekemini committed the offence on November 9 at Ogudu GRA, Lagos.

The same date, he said, the complainant, Mrs Josephine Iniedu, reported the crime to the Ogudu Police Station.

The prosecutor alleged that the accused stole his boss’ human hair wig, valued at N125, 000; two bicycles, valued at N40, 500; a Blackberry phone, and a wall fan.

Ihiehie put the total value of stolen items at N216, 000.

Ihiehie alleged that during questioning, the accused admitted to the police that he stole the said items and sold same to one Ezekiel, a cook, for N7,000.

The offences, the prosecutor said, contravened the provisions of Sections 287 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State 2015 (Revised).

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Section 287 stipulates a seven-year jail term for stealing.

The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Magistrate E. Kubeinje, admitted the accused to bail in the sum of N100, 000 with two sureties in like sum.

Kubeinje ordered that the surety must be gainfully employed and present evidence of two years tax payment to the Lagos State Government.

She adjourned the case until December 19 for mention.

Gay man imprisoned for raping 9-year-old boy in Edo State

A 24-year-old suspected gay man identified as Osamudiamen Amayo, was, today, remanded in prison by an Egor Magistrate court sitting in Benin, Edo state, for allegedly defiling a 9-year-old boy.

According to reports, the incident happened around Medical Stores road, Benin City. Luck ran out on the suspect when the mother of the victim started noticing her son’s strange behaviour and rapid loss of weight.

Upon probing, the victim told his mother how Amayo had been raping him with threats to kill him and the mother if he discloses what happens between them to anybody.

The matter was reported to the Edo Civil Society Organisations, who got the suspect arrested and later charged to court. After his arraignment today, Amayo was remanded in prison and the case adjourned till the 6th of December, 2018.

A married woman, who was committing adultery with a lover was upset when she found out that her lover had been flirting with other women, so she allegedly cut off his penis.

According to her lover, Nayak, Patra(woman) invited him to her home to give him 10,000 INR (£107) for a bike she wanted to buy. But, while there Patra and a friend are said to have butchered Nayak’s manhood.

Nayak was rushed to hospital after horrified neighbours in Keonjhar, India, rang emergency services.

Nayak claims he was involved in an affair with Patra, a married woman, and she became jealous when she learned he was talking to other women on the phone.

He said:

They were also trying to kill me because they throttled me too. Somehow, I dragged myself away from the house and was seen by neighbours who immediately called the emergency services.

It’s unclear if the man’s penis has been reattached and, if so, whether he has regained full sensation.

A pastor in Rivers State nearly crushed his son to death after the little boy sneaked unnoticed under his car to pick a ball.

Pastor Alfred Akunchukwu, said he would have killed his own son, Nicholas if he hadn’t heard his voice and had moved his car.

Sharing photos of the lad beneath the vehicle, he wrote,

“How can I really thank this great God enough. I would have killed my own son {King NICOLAS} just now if I moved my car without hearing his voice. I didn’t know he got stuck under my car when he went to pick his yellow ball.

Depressed woman rescued in Kenya after she tried to kill her children and self over domestic abuse (Photos)

According to a post by a Facebook user, Mario Nderi, a Kenyan lady was rescued after she attempted to not only kill herself but also her twin children.

According to the post, her homicide and suicide attempt came after a session she had in the court – she had taken her husband to court over assault and lack of responsibility but his prosecution didn’t proceed and so she threatened to kill herself and children.

The post which was shared with photos, reads,

THE CLAWS OF DEPRESSION:
To whom this may concern,
The woman pictured below claims to have come from Kagumoini village in Ritho sublocation of Ng’enda Ward in Gatundu South constituency.
Sad: This woman a mother of twins (boy and a girl less than three years) has today been found behind Gatundu court trying to kill her twins by strangling them after what appeared like a deep depression caused by some trauma.
This woman (whose name is not yet known) is said to have taken her husband to court over assault and lack of responsibilities to the children. Whatever transpired inside the court is still unknown to the public. This woman only claims that the prosecution of her husband today in court did not proceed and she left the courts saying that she will kill her children and then take away her life.
Luckily, the public have managed to talk to the woman and saved the children who have been taken away by the people dealing with children welfare in Gatundu South.
People of Ritho sublocation, please if you know this woman, kindly get a solution for her before things become messy.
And to our people of Gatundu South especially women, please, stop dying in silence. Wake up and speak up….if your marriages are not working…WALK OUT!!
