The New York rapper broke the news on her Instagram page by sharing e a photo from her maternity shoot with the caption ‘Kulture Kiari Cephus 07/10/18?? @offsetyrn‘.
Kiari Cephus is Offset’s full name. He and Cardi were (secretly) married back in October 2017. This past April, Cardi publicly revealed her pregnancy during her “Saturday Night Live” debut.
Shortly after, she performed at Coachella, but was then forced to cancel a handful of summer tour dates due to her pregnancy. In late July, Offset and the Migos will embark on a North American tour with Drake.
Last night, Africa’s Starboy, Wizkid, partied alongside Drake as the latter celebrated his chart-topping album ‘Scorpion’. The lavish party was held in London’s Annabel’s Club on Tuesday, July 10th.
Other stars who were at the party were Jessica Biel, Justin Timberlake, Giggs, Liam Payne and more.
For the event, Drake rocked a gray suit and a black T-shirt.

An HOT FM OAP during a talk show that had Yemi Alade as a guest, slammed Tiwa Savage with claims that the songstress and mother of one only shouts during her performances.

The Secretary to the State Government (SSG) in Delta, Mr. Festus Ovie Agas has been allegedly slapped by Mr. Tony Okowa, the younger brother to the State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa.
This has reporetdly resulted in a fresh controversy in the state.
According to a report by Daily Post, it was gathered that the governor’s younger brother was said to have stormed the office of the SSG last Thursday over untreated files.
Sources at the office said Tony Okowa, chairman Delta State Sports Commission had gone to the SSG’s office to demand why the SSG had not treated the files he considered to be very urgent.
But apparently angered by the SSG’s alleged responses that the files were not urgent to him, Okowa in the process allegedly closed in and slapped him.
Attempt by the Delta State Government to deny, and sweep the incident under the carpet failed as it has continued to generate reactions from critical stakeholders in the state, particularly those considered to be loyal to the SSG.
Eyewitnesses who did not want their names in the print told Daily Post that:
“Tony Okowa, stormed the office in anger. We were in the office when we heard him shouting on why his files were not treated with the urgency that it required. All attempts for the SSG to explain met a brick wall as both of them were shouting, the next thing we heard was slaps on the face of SSG. If not for our intervention, Tony Okowa would have used chairs and other objects to break his head. We were shocked when we started hearing the heated argument from the SSG’s office. Thank God we moved into the office”.
But the Executive Assistant to the Governor on Communications, Barr. Fred Oghenesivbe in a swift reaction, denied the incident, adding: “It is certainly not true that the SSG, Agas fought with Tony Okowa, that was a complete falsehood and a black propaganda”.
But Tony Okowa said:
“I went to see the SSG actually over some official matters, and he asked me to wait, but I over waited. Frankly speaking, I was not happy for waiting for so long, and didn’t get to fix the pressing official matter that took me to his office, I expressed my displeasure, and I left the SSG’s office, I expected a better reception, and attention which was not forthcoming, that is all I can say”.
Efforts to speak with the SSG, Mr Festus Ovie Agas proved abortive as repeated calls to him were not picked while SMS sent to his telephone line was also ignored.
A staff in his office who spoke to Daily Post on condition of anonymity said: “Tony Okowa slapped Oga, and he warned us not to say it to the press.”
Also speaking to Daily Post, the President General of the Urhobo Progress Union, (UPU), Chief Joe Omene said:
“slapping of Agas by the Governor’s younger brother, Tony Okowa confirmed my earlier claim that the Urhobos in Okowa’s government are nothing more than errand boys. This serves Agas right for betraying the Urhobo nation in 2015 election. Those who played major roles to undermine the Urhobo nation politically in 2015 will all meet their Waterloo.”
WhatsApp has announced the launch of a new feature globally that will highlight when a message has been forwarded and not composed by the sender.
The messaging application made the move public on Tuesday through its official blog following calls from various parts of the world, including India, to tackle the spread of fake news.
In the statement, the platform, owned by Facebook, said, “Starting today, WhatsApp will indicate which messages you receive, have been forwarded to you.
“This extra context will help make one-on-one and group chats easier to follow,” WhatsApp said in a blog.
“It also helps you determine if your friend or relative wrote the message they sent or if it originally came from someone else.
“To see this new forwarded label, you need to have the latest supported version of WhatsApp on your phone,” WhatsApp added.
Recently, while replying a notice by the Indian government to take immediate measures to prevent misuse of its platform, WhatsApp had said that it was testing a new label that highlights when a message has been forwarded.
“This could serve as an important signal for recipients to think twice before forwarding messages.
“Because it lets a user know if the content they received was written by the person they know or a potential rumour from someone else,” it had said.
In its blog, the instant messaging application added, “WhatsApp cares deeply about your safety.
“We encourage you to think before sharing messages that were forwarded. As a reminder, you can report spam or block a contact in one tap and can always reach out to WhatsApp directly for help.”
The company had last month also announced “unrestricted monetary awards” for research on spread of misinformation on its platform to address the problem.
A child has been caught trying to smuggle dozens of iPhone Xs with a total worth of at least £43,000 from Macau into mainland China.
The nine-year-old Hong Kong boy had 14 Apple smartphones wrapped around his torso and another 26 hidden in his backpack, according to Chinese customs.
The terrified child admitted that his mother had demanded him to carry the iPhones and meet her at the other side of the border in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province,Mailonline reports.
According to the Gongbei District customs in Zhuhai, officers noticed a boy travelling alone from Macau on July 4 through the green channel.
They stopped the child, known by his surname Li, for a check.
Officers were shocked to find that Li was carrying 40 iPhone Xs – on his body as well as in his bag. The latest iPhone X model sells 9,605 yuan (£1087) each at the Apple stores in China.
After being caught by the officers, the boy was apparently terrified.
The crying child refused to reveal the location where he was due to meet his mother, fearing that his mother would go to jail. His mother had previously been detained for smuggling.
Customs officers later managed to get in contact with the boy’s mother, Ms Li, after calming and comforting the child.
Ms Li reported to Gongbei district customs office to assist her son to complete the cross-border checkout.
Gongbei Custom stated the mother was previously detained for smuggling mobile phones through Lowu border between Hong Kong and China in April.
It remains unsure if the mother would face any charges.
Ekiti State governor, Ayodele Fayose has escaped death in the hands of security operatives who allegedly fired teargas at him.
It was arlier reported that security operatives blocked the government house, in Ado-Ekiti, capital of Ekiti state, a development which created tension among residents of the area who scuttled to safety.
It was gathered that the armed operatives fired gunshots and released teargas.
As a result of the incident, the governor lost consciousness momentarily after the policemen reportedly fired teargas into the government house where he is staying. He was taken to the state house clinic where doctors attended to him.
Lere Olayinka, Ekiti State Governor’s Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, took to his verified Twitter page to update the governor’s supporters and Nigerians on the latest incident.

A Turkish wedding photographer, Onur Albayrak has attained the status of a hero this week after the photographer admitted to beating up a client when he learned that the man’s bride-to-be was only 15 years old.
Albayrak had been hired to photograph the July 5th wedding at Turgut Özal Nature Park in the eastern Turkish province of Malatya. On the day of the wedding, when he noticed that the bride-to-be didn’t look like an adult, he asked the groom her age and learned that she was only 15.
Albayrak said ;
“The groom had come to my studio some two weeks ago and was alone,” I saw the bride for the first time at the wedding. She’s a child, and I felt her fear because she was trembling.”
“I can’t take pictures of a child bride,” Albayrak reportedly told the client, who angrily argued that Albayrak was bound by their contract to shoot the wedding.
The argument soon turned physical when the groom attacked him as he was attempting to leave, Albayrak says. The photographer ended up breaking the client’s nose in the fight, according to local reports.
Albayrak confirmed the reports in a Facebook post, which has been met with widespread approval, attracting thousands of Likes and hundreds of overwhelmingly positive comments.

The Ghost of the Ondo State ex-deputy governor’s daughter, Khadijat Oluboyo who was killed by her boyfriend has reportedly led the boy that discovered her grave to where she was buried in her ex-boyfriend’s room.
The name of her boyfriend has been given as Adeyemi Alao.
Reports allege that she was murdered for ritual purposes.
Alao is now a suspect who has been taken into police custody.
However, it was Khadijat’s ghost that alerted authorities and the family to her decomposing body underneath the bed.
Vanguard quotes a neighbor as saying that it was the ghost of Khadijat that appeared to Mutiu; the younger brother of Adeyemi, in their father’s house.
The ghost subsequently led Mutiu to Adeyemi’s room where the suspect was frantically trying to conceal the corpse.
The suspect was said to be residing at the boys’ quarter in his father’s compound at the time of the murder.
Reports say he was trying to evacuate Khadijat’s decomposing corpse from under his bed when his brother, Mutiu, found him out.
Vanguard quotes the neighbor as saying:
”it was when the ghost appeared to Mutiu that he went to his brother’s room and discovered that he was trying to evacuate the decomposing body from his room”.
The late Khadijat has been described as a reserved person who rarely spoke with neighbors.
Khadijat was a final year student of the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko.

The family of 17-year-old Blessing Udoye has condemned the alleged wedding between her and a man they called, ‘stranger’; which was officiated by a pastor of Fishers of Men Charismatic Church, Isiokpo, Imo State.
The family alleged that the pastor ordered Blessing not to notify her family members of the wedding until after the marriage.
PUNCH Metro learnt that the wedding took place at the church’s auditorium on Sunday without any of her family members in attendance.
Blessing’s brother, Raphael Udoye, who spoke to our correspondent on the telephone, said he got information about the wedding two weeks ago through his sister’s friend, adding that he discarded it.
He added that when another friend accused him of not inviting him for Blessing’s wedding and produced the invitation card, he decided to ask his sister about it.
He said, “When I got home, I called my sister (Blessing) and asked her about the alleged wedding and she said if I wanted to know I should come to her church for details.
“I was shocked because this is the girl I paid her Senior School Certificate Examination fee.
“She did not get good grades and I am still trying to persuade her to sit for another exam when it is time or learn a trade. I did not know what she wants is to get married to a stranger.
“I called my other siblings to ask if they were aware of any wedding, but they all denied knowledge of it.
“When my father got back, I asked him and he was shocked and angry that he summoned my sister to the sitting room where he asked her about the wedding.
“She said it was her pastor that said she should not inform her family members, adding that she met the man at one their church’s retreat in Benin.”
Raphael, who claimed that investigation showed that the pastor had planned the wedding for about six months ago, said his father visited the pastor and confronted him.
He added that the pastor, who did not feel remorseful for his act, said the church had fixed the wedding date and it could not be changed.
The Imo State indigene, who noted that Blessing left home days before the wedding, said her phone number had been switched off and her whereabouts was unknown.
Raphael, who described the wedding as a taboo, said the family did not accept the husband as their in-law.
He added that the family wanted Blessing to go back to school or learn a trade.
He said,
“I don’t want my sister to get married now, I want her to go back to school; she is still young.
“But if she wants to get married, her husband should come in a rightful manner and ask for her hand in marriage.”

The Managing Director of Ecobank Nigeria, Charles Kie has announced his resignation from the bank.
His resignation has received mixed feelings as some people suggest that there is more that meets the eye with the sudden move.
According to Mr. Kie:
