Former Big Brother Naija Housemate, Nina has finally set the record straight.. and she’s declared that she cannot be Miracle’s Girlfriend, but Collins.

During an interview with Dstv, following the Grand finale of the show on 22nd of April, which saw Miracle the winner, Nina says she’s going back to her boyfriend, Collins and won’t pursue any relationship whatsoever with Miracle.

Nina’s reason for not wanting to be Miracle’s girlfriend is that Collins has always been there for her. Even if Nina’s boyfriend, Collins doesn’t want her back, Nina says she still won’t date Miracle.

Nina maintains, however, that whatever emotions, relationship she had going on with BBNaija millionaire Miracle, remains same.

In her words:

“I am still going to say it now. Because Collins was there for me, So if I go back to Collins and probably he doesn’t want the relationship again, I already told Miracle, that we are not entering into any relationship.

But what we share, it’s not ending.. We are still the way we are. We are still Nina and Miracle, everything we have is still going to be there. Nothing is changing, but just that, He can’t be Nina’s Girlfriend. and I can’t be Miracle’s Boyfriend.

But then everything is just there. That was the plan.”

According to the singer, his father decided to surprise him at a show he had in Dallas, Texas.

Few weeks after Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim took to social media to criticize Miracle for being boring while in the house, she’s now congratulated him on his win.

Miracle emerged as Winner of Big Brother Naija season 3 Sunday night and ever since his win, different celebrities have been showering him with ‘accolades’.

One of these celebrities is actress, Juliet Ibrahim, who said she’s no hate but love for him – this comes just few weeks after she said she didn’t find the pilot entertaining.

According to Juliet Ibrahim, she said Miracle was boring in the house – well, his boring self did win the game and Juliet has decided to congratulate him.

After 4 miscarriages including 1 ectopic that led to removal of one of my tubes. After so much tears. After sleepless nights. After so much trauma and pain. I prayed, i fasted, i lost hope, i had hope, i told God to give me double blessings for my trouble. I told him to bless me with 2 identical healthy and handsome boys. I promised him that only him will take all the glory. Yes he listened and did it when i least expected. JULY 2017 that happens to be my beautiful princess Diana @kidmodeldiana birth month. HE blessed me with the fruit of the womb. August 2017, Scan showed me we have been blessed with identical twins…. Then i burst into tears, i knelt down nd THANKED HIM FOR ANSWERING MY PRAYERS. Two more Weeks to Go in the Camon Selfie King and Queen Contest: Modelling Contract and Camon X Smartphones up for Grabs.

The search is still on for Camon X selfie King and Queen in the ongoing Camon X Clear Selfie Contest. On the 9th of April, 2018, TECNO Mobile started a Selfie-based contest for its new device, the Camon X and X Pro.

The contest which is its second week is targeted at the young and trendy selfie lovers and will run for two more weeks before the final winner will be crowned. A modelling contract and Camon X smartphones are up for grabs.

Making his case during his Sermon on Sunday at his Auchi Headquarter Church, the fiery Apostle said “An IGBO President may just be the solutions to the problems of Jobs Creation & Economic Rejuvenation”.

He added that with the enormous vast prowess of the People of Eastern Nigeria they can turn very little to surplus. He also further stated that the IGBOs are the largest employers in the country with almost every IGBO man owning a business that is thriving.

After critics came for her over her reaction when Miracle was announced winner of the Big Brother Naija show Sunday night, Khloe has finally responded.

According to her, she lost a bet when Miracle was announced winner of the game show – she obviously had placed her bet on Cee-C and so hearing that Miracle had won made her desponding.

At the time, Khloe was all anxious when Ebuka went all silent – for effect – before announcing who the winner of the show was… and then he did announce the winner and Khloe was seen with a scornful look thereafter, meaning she obviously wasn’t pleased the pilot got to win.

Khloe was first disqualified from the Big Brother game then she was reinstated back into the house for a second chance but then, got evicted again last week alongside Anto and Lolu.

Offa Robbery Update: Policemen allegedly took N400k bribe from robbers before the attack

It has been revealed that the 12 suspects currently being interrogated by Police operatives in Kwara State over the recent bank robbery in Offa were arrested through the tracking of mobile phones the robbers collected from victims.

Vanguard gathered that after the robbery operation, the suspects took away the handsets of the victims, which they later gave out to their girlfriends. It was gathered that the interrogation of the girlfriends with whom the phones were found, led to the arrest of the suspects in Ibadan, Lagos and Abeokuta.

Further checks revealed that the suspects had been in and out of jail several times and that they regrouped for that operation.

It also reliably gathered that the proprietor of the hotel where the bandits lodged a day before they struck, was said to have informed the Divisional Police Officer, DPO, in the town over the alleged discoveries of some incriminating materials on the bandits while they were checking into his hotel.

The DPO and Divisional Crime Officer, DCO, immediately sent some officers to the hotel. A source said instead of arresting the suspects, the police officers negotiated with the bandits, and “the bandits offered the officers N400,000.”

When the policemen returned to the station, they told the DPO and DCO that the bandits were Yahoo boys and not robbers as claimed by the hotel owner.

The source said: “It was not surprising that the robbers visited the police station the following day and killed about nine policemen in retaliation for collecting N400,000 from them.”

When arraigned before a magistrate court in Ilorin last week for alleged conspiracy in the attack, the proprietor of the hotel reportedly challenged the DPO and DCO to deny if he had not informed them about the bandits when they lodged in his hotel before the attacks on the banks.

Fresh details state that Davido’s sexual advances at S. African actress, Boity, was the cause of the fracas at his show in Zimbabwe.

According to H-Metro, Davido allegedly made sexual advances to the South African actress, Boity in a rather disrespectful manner. The actress who couldn’t condone his arrogance slapped him out of anger, leading to the brawl between the two.

But for the timely intervention of the police who savaged the situation, more negative reports would have been gathered as the lady reportedly manhandled the famous singer.

Eye witness report states that one of Davido’s members started threatening Boity in anger, telling her never to visit Nigeria. The eyewitness report read;

“Then Davido’s boy was like, I will kill you if you come to Nigeria, you are dead don’t even come.“In fact my dad is very powerful man, I will make sure you don’t even pass by the airport,”

In return the evidently aggravated Boity allegedly said:“I don’t care about Nigeria.”

Upon being called by press men, Davido claimed to have heard the rumour but was not at the scene of the incident.

The DMW Boss has also reacted to the whole drama.. He took to his Snapchat page saying she’s just seeking for attention.

Recall that Teddy A was evicted two weeks ago, few hours after his romantic partner, Bambam also got evicted.

An excited Dino and fan of the reality show shared a photo of himself with the BBNaija ex-housemates on his social media pages.

#BBNaija: See how ex-housemates reacted to Miracle’s victory

Ex-Housemates of the just-concluded Big Brother Naija 2018 have congratulated Miracle winning the TV reality show star prize of N25 million.

The housemates told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos that Miracle deserved to win and wished him well in his future endeavors.

Bitto said that Miracle deserved to win because of his unique personality and the leadership qualities he possessed and displayed among other housemates.

He wished him success and believed that he would judiciously use the money and fame to impact positive change on the society.

Similarly, Ahneeka, stated that Miracle was a gentleman and that it was not a surprise that he emerged winner of the reality show.

She congratulated the organizers of BBNaija for creating a platform that would help youths showcase their various talents that could catapult them to success in the society.

K. Brule also said the show had helped him to learn more about emotional intelligence while in the house.

He said he would put those things learnt to his advantage in advancing his goal in life.

The up-and-coming songwriter and artiste said, ” I celebrate Miracle and congratulate him for winning the grand prize.”

Rico Swavey, on his part, said that BBNaija had given him a chance to project his talent as a singer to the world thereby creating the opportunity for him to meet with big shots in the music industry.

Rico said that he was happy over Miracle’s win and wished him success in future.

Lolu lauded the organisers of BBNaija for creating a platform where youths could discover their true nature, improve on their weaknesses and showcase their talents to the society at large.

However, BBNaija 2017 participant, Uriel, told NAN that she was impressed with the way and manner the participants conducted themselves while in the house.

Uriel said “I wish them success in future.”

The police in Lagos state has arrested Taiwo Oyelabi, 50, living in Community Road, Badore, Iba, for sexually abusing and impregnating his daughter, aged 21.

The suspect who works as security guard, is currently in the police custody while his pregnant daughter has been taken to the hospital for proper medical attention.

When interrogated, Taiwo who spoke in pidgin said

One of the scariest moments of my life. I started my journey back to Lagos from Ilorin at 4:00am. An hour into the journey, I arrived at Ogbomosho on a narrow road. All of a sudden, a trailer coming on high speed with full headlight swarved towards me. My heart skipped several beats! I thought that’s it! Trying to avoid getting hit, I drove off the small road and boom! My tyre was gone. It took me a while to get myself together, came out to check the damage. It was dark, no streetlights. I was scared! My mind went blank. I thought of the worst. Summoned enough courage to get out of my car for the 2nd time to ask travelers for assistance. None stopped! Some slowed down but where to scared to stop as it was still dark. Finally! A trailer stopped and reluctantly decided to help. It would take 3 hours to take the tyre off. Eventually, it was removed. These 2 men saved me! Abbey to the Left said he’s conscience wouldn’t have allowed him to drive off! I guess my job on this earth isn’t completed yet. Thank you to everyone to checked up on me. Special thank you to @peterucomedy1 for making sure the tyre was replaced. Simple things can be avoided. Their is an ongoing (well it has been spotted for years) road construction that can be completed. When simple contracts are awarded, please let’s get them done. Stop using Government funds to fund your lifestyles. How can one of the Richest countries in Africa not have good roads, or simple amenities like Streetlights? All these money y’all eating, cannot be taken to your grave when you’re no more. To those in power, please do the needful. Make Nigeria a better Country. Cynthia Obi-Uchendu the beautiful wife of big brother Naija Show Host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has taken to her social media to congratulate him on a job well done.

The fashion entrepreneur praised her husband for killing his hosting gig as well as for keeping his head high despite the false rumours about his “relationship” with some of the housemates.

Sickle cell patient on oxygen, dies after power outage in Lagos

A sickle cell patient, Aderinsola Adebola Elizabeth lost her life due to power outage at Epe General Hospital where she was reportedly surviving on oxygen.

The sad news was shared by her sister on Instagram . Adebolanle revealed that after the power outage the hospital gave the excuses of ‘no fuel’.

She wrote;

…facing the reality of life is one hard thing to deal with! I know so many people see me looking all good and smiley for the gram! It is not always easy to hide the pains but I have been a fighter, I haven’t been fighting alone!

Side by side I fought the battle of life with you Sis! Over 3 decades ago we were brought to this life with the Sickle Cell anemia!

M not even going to mention how we faced rejection from our father! But I know things didn’t remain the same after we lost our mom 1997! Since then we realized she has actually been covering a big space … side by side we face terrible Crisis, life-threatening pain! Let’s go for “ Sickle Cells Forum” that is ur anthem every Sat! But I hate to accept the fact that I am one!

But as I said you are a fighter! I had never been serious planning any wedding like I was with yours! Just so u know D.A I wouldn’t even bring out my camera to take pics if I know I would be wishing you a RIP with it! If I ever get mental stable I guess God has a plan! Nothing feels the same for me …

I know you are in Good hands, I was not just expecting you to leave this knife in my heart! I had said you are very wicked .. say a lot of B.S in annoyance when i heard about your death but I forgive you! Not sure I would forgive my self for not raising the funds for bone marrow transplant as soon as I thought! My World has crashed once again! Now you left me with 3 kids to raise! Just know they r in save hands!

You would prolly be alive if your first love didn’t let you down” … if I had raised money for bone marrow transplant” …. if the management of Epe General hospital did their Job, you were trying to survive with an oxygen gas mask! #BBNaija: Imo State government to host Miracle and Nina

The Imo State Government has declared that they’re all set to reward Big Brother Naija winner, Miracle and former housemate, Nina who are both indigenes of the state.

The Chief of Staff, Hon. Uche Nwosu made the huge announcement through his Official Twitter account @Honuchenwosu writing,

“My special gift awaits Miracle and Nina.

1. For making our great state Imo proud,
2. For promoting the free education of the rescue mission government while in #BBnaija house. #Bbnaijafinale

He also shared another tweet,

“I’ll also discuss with Governor Rochas Okorocha @GovernorRochas to see that @OfficialNinaIvy and @Miracle860 gets honoured by the Imo State Government.

The most talked about and controversial housemate in the just-concluded Big Brother Naija 2018 reality show, Cee-C has revealed why she always blamed other housemates a lot while the show lasted.

Cee-C, who emerge the first runner-up, said she blamed others while having “issues” with them because “I’m me”.

She said this while responding to a question from the host of the show, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, shortly before the grand finale on Sunday.

In Cee-C’s words,

“I’m me and I have to blame others when having issues with people.”

The final voting polls of the last week in the Big Brother Naija house…

Nina came least with votes as we saw be the first to leave the Big Brother house out of the remaining five housemates – she came in with a total percent of 4.18% while Alex followed her with 7.07%.

The top three of the game were Tobi, Cee-C and Miracle – with Tobi having the total of 22.53% votes and Cee-C following with 28.04% and Miracle emerging as the winner of the game show with 38.18%.

Gombe state governor, Ibrahim Dankwambo, has joined other Nigerians to congratulate #BBNaija winner, Miracle Ikechukwu, for winning the 2018 Big Brother Naija show.

The Governor is also asking how Nigerian youths can be made to vote during elections just the way they voted during BBNaija.

He tweeted ;

I just heard 30million people voted in Big Brother finals and about 170million voted in all. Interested in ideas of how we can get the youths interested in our electoral process just like they are interested in #BBNaija. Ideas please.

18 year old African player dies

A Malawian footballer, Abel Mwakilama died on Friday of suspected cerebral malaria in Portugal, where he had only recently joined a lower-league team. He was 18. Mwakilama’s manager, Venancio Patrick, said it’s thought that the player contracted cerebral malaria while back in Malawi for an under-20 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Swaziland three weeks ago.

Patrick said that the Malawi under-20 striker complained of a headache and was taken to the hospital in Portugal where he was told he had cerebral malaria. Patrick and the Football Association of Malawi said Mwakilama died on Friday in the hospital in Porto.

“It is so shocking, so sad. We are devastated,” Football Association of Malawi general secretary Alfred Gunda said.

At age 17, Mwakilama scored 37 goals for Malawian club Chitipa United to help it gain promotion to the country’s top flight in 2017.

Abel joined Portuguese team Sporting Clube de Esmoriz and had scored seven goals in five games. His Malawi under-20 team was due to play the second leg of its qualifier against Swaziland on Sunday.

Exactly 12 years ago, against all unimaginable odds, As an undergraduate Medical Student, She agreed to March to the Altar with me to say ‘I DO. ‘ She did not say ‘I DO’ to PROPERTY. Living in a rented one room sharing latrine toilet with over ten other co-tenants want an appealing abode for a lady. She did not say ‘I DO’ to FASHION. I had no good clothes then saved some worn out clothes including the cut and joined Suit that was ‘wearing’ me on the wedding day.

I actually got that suit from my neighbor tailor on the very wedding day. Things were that bad… Very difficult. She didn’t say ‘ I DO’ to Academic Qualifications. I was a secondary school dropout struggling to enter the University. SHE SAID I DO TO PROPHECY.
