Bobrisky recently boasted of the property he possesses at just 26 years of age.

Sharing what could be dubbed as his ‘success story‘, he shared pictures of his house, closet, his jewelry boxes and all – he made sure he didn’t forget to acknowledge the hand behind his success.

Bobrisky admitted that he never could have achieved this much without his mystery bae by his side and if he hadn’t kept their relationship a secret for up to four years now, he could have lost him to other girls.

He went further to give details about his ‘bae’, saying the said person is a Nigerian billionaire who has three children…

He wrote,

The rest of the Big Brother Naija Housemates have unanimously chosen Nina as the new Head of House for the final week.

Unlike the usual way of going into the Arena and playing a game of chance that eventually makes one the HOH, Biggie asked the Housemates to choose from either a Housemates who’s had the least opportunity or the one who has the most experience in heading the House.

Cee-C, who’s never had the opportunity to be HOH missed out on the opportunity when they decided to vote on it – even though Miracle had put her name up, trying to be fair towards everyone, Alex disputed it and suggested it be put to a vote.

Alex’s reason for going against Cee-C was that she doesn’t ‘want drama’ in the house and surprisingly, Cee-C let the issue go to rest.

The Housemates joked about the Head of House duties saying it’s to change batteries but for someone who hasn’t experienced it, it would have been a chance.

However, the decision came and Nina graciously accepted the title and life in the House went back to how it was, where Alex and Tobi were laying down in the upstairs executive suite while Nina and Miracle on the other beds downstairs.

Cee-C on the other hand, who’s somehow been isolated from the rest, also went her separate way.

Honesty is rare in our society today, so when an act of honesty is seen, it hardly goes unappreciated.

A taxi driver returned a phone and envelope containing large amount of cash to its owner, one Martin Beck Nworah.

Mr. Norah took to Facebook to share his experience saying that the elderly driver has renewed his faith in people.

“This taxi driver renewed my faith in people once again. I forgot my phone and an envelope containing a big chunk of money in his taxi. After running around and finally locating him, he delivered the phone and envelope with everything intact.

When I tried to give him 5k to appreciate him because of the amount involved, he refused. I thought the money was small. So I apologized and increased it to 10k. He took out 1k from the money and returned 9k to me. He insisted I don’t need to pay him for doing the right thing.

I don’t know how else to appreciate him than to bring it here. If you’re good, don’t lose hope. There are so many other people who are trying their best too to redeem our humanity.

Big Brother Naija 2018 housemate and finalist, Alex yesterday during the live eviction show opened up on her relationship with fellow housemate Tobi.

Alex said her relationship with Tobi was based on understanding.

Reacting to a question from the show compere, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Alex revealed that Tobi understands her.

She said, “The friendship between I and Tobi have has been misinterpreted but it’s based on understanding.

“He understands me and I understand him.

“We are just cool friends.”

Is it safe to say Alex just Friendzoned Tobi ? EH

Tobi on his part also spoke about their relationship when asked if he will date Alex, Tobi told Big Brother host, Ebuka during Sunday Live show that he would date her if she agrees to.

He said “I would not lie, I would date Alex if she wants to.

Ever since Miracle entered into the BBnaija house, he has unarguably been the toast of the house and on everyone’s mouth.

It appears Miracle has all the luck in the house as he has once again emerged winner of the Big Brother Naija (Double Wahala) final wager challenge.

The lucky housemate, had earlier emerged winner of the season’s Payporte arena games challenge with a prize of N1 million.

The ‘captain or Pilot’ as he is fondly called by fans, also won the Pepsi Challenge carting away the sum of 1 million naira.

Miracle was again lucky to have won of N200,000 wager allowance after picking the box tagged number two.

Miracle won the cash in a contest with seven other housemates.

They were all instructed by Biggie to pick a box each labelled 1- 10.

BigBrother, who presented the wager challenge as the simplest of the season, presented housemates with 10 suitcases with gift items in each of the boxes.

Biggie said one of the suitcases contained a cash reward and instructed housemates not to pick the suitcase containing the cash reward.

He said if any of the housemates picked the suitcase containing the cash reward the housemate wins the cash reward but the house loses the wager.

Housemates were given two minutes to pick and open a box of their choice using the pin code 777.

Miracle picked the box labelled number 2.

Housemates lost the wager for the week while miracle got the N200,000 which was meant to be used as the house final week shopping allowance.

Miracle earlier wins fetched him a year supply of Pepsi products and an all-expense paid trip to Dubai for winning the Pepsi ‘Refresh The Mix’ challenge.

The reality TV show will come to a conclusion this Sunday, as fans are doubling their efforts to make sure their favorite housemate win the grandprize.

US President Donald Trump invites President Buhari to Washington on April 30th

Nigerian President Buhari will be the guest of US President Donald Trump on 30 April in Washington.

According to a statement by the White House, Donald Trump will discuss issues such as promoting economic growth and fighting terrorism with Buhari. “The relationship of the United States with Nigeria is deep and strong, and Nigeria’s economic growth, security, and leadership in Africa will advance our mutual prosperity,” the statement said.

Nigeria has been combating the terrorist organization Boko Haram since 2009. The State Department under Trump approved the sale of 12 high-technology attack planes and equipment worth $600 million to Nigeria last year after the Obama administration halted the sale because of accusations that Nigeria’s air force was bombing civilians.

The scheduled meeting will be the second between the two leaders. Last year September, the two leaders met on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, during a luncheon Trump held for a select group of African leaders.

The Nigerian leader who left Abuja for the U.K. On Monday, will attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Summit which begins in London on 18 April and ends on 20 April.

This will not be the first time the two leaders will be meeting, as they crossed path during a U.N General Assembly in September 2017.

20 year old commercial motorcyclist identified as Stephen Gyang has been arrested by the Plateau State Police Command for allegedly killing his girlfriend, Alice Samuel, and burying her remains in a shallow grave.

Punchng reports that Gyang killed the victim for wanting to force her pregnancy on him. The JSS2 dropout said he killed his girlfriend because she had initially said he was not responsible for the pregnancy.

She initially told me i was not responsible for the pregnancy – Stephen.

He said she recanted on the prompting of her mother, who wanted him to take responsibility for the pregnancy. The incident happened in Tahoss village, Plateau State.

According to the suspect: “I decided to bury her that night in a shallow grave that was to be used either for a pit toilet or well. After the incident, the spirit of Alice Samuel did not leave me.

She started disturbing me and I had to report to my brother who took the matter to my father. My father thereafter reported my predicament to the village chief.”

His friend and accomplice, 20-year-old Kelly James, who was an eyewitness, revealed that he begged Gyang not to kill the victim, but he refused. He claimed that the prime suspect threatened to kill him if he (James) did not assist him.

Meanwhile, The wife of the President, Aisha Buhari, has explained that she criticised her husband in an interview granted the BBC in 2016 out of her sense of justice, not that she intended to be confrontational.

Aisha made the clarification during an event where she was honoured as Vanguard Personality of the Year 2017.

The President’s wife, who was represented by one of her daughters, Halima, said Nigerians elected her husband based on the trust and confidence they have in him.

She says she stands by that and expects that the administration must serve Nigeria to the best of its ability.

Aisha said, “I wish to thank the management of Vanguard Media Limited for this unexpected award, in recognition of my humanitarian efforts towards improving the health and welfare of Nigerians particularly women, children and less privileged.

“One of the reasons adduced for honouring me was the interview I granted which some people saw as criticism to a government that I am part of.

“I need to state that my position was a result of my sense of justice and not confrontation or disrespect. I was brought up to stand by the truth and this is how I have always been.

Alex suffers nip slip

The live eviction show tonight saw housemate, Alex suffer a wardrobe malfunction after we got to see a sneak peek of her nip.ples when it subtly found its way outta her dress.

Whether it was deliberate or the low odds that it was by mistake, Alex suffered a nip slip while she was engaged in talks with Ebuka earlier this evening.

The lovely who has an unusual personality is one of the finalists of the Big Brother Naija: Double Wahala game which will meet its end in the following week.

In a related post, Alex during the live show had declared that there’s nothing more between Tobi and her and she doesn’t see their relationship going to the next level but Tobi, when he was asked the question akin to that of Alex, he said precisely that he would actually date Alex if given the chance.

As Ebuka engages the housemates, the following dialogue ensued:

Ebuka: Did you have a problem with Tobi and Alex getting closer?

Cee-C: Well I feel like Alex was throwing herself at all the guys in the house. Showing boobs and ass everywhere.

Then coming back to Africa with a 2 month old baby, a whole different world,different ways (thats when I really felt differences in culture as well), no family, no friends on my own.. Not to mention we literally didn’t have shit. Loool I get stories to share ! For real!

When I look back at my fast learning & adapting skills ,I feel like a damn warrior,no lie. I’m one brave ass mofo ?

Btw, This was 8 months of ultimate hotness ??I had toasters till the labor day& I ain’t even playing with cha??Good ol’ times when Ace was behaving himself ?”

After all said and done, the end is near for the Big Brother Naija: Double Wahala reality TV show and only five housemates are going head to head to emerge as the winner of the grand prize.

In light of this, the five housemates who are potential winners of the Big Brother show are Alex, Cee-C, Miracle, Nina and Tobi – two gentlemen and three ladies vying for the number one spot in the Big Brother Naija game.

The last eviction show earlier tonight saw Anto, Khloe and Lolu leave the big brother game leaving five housemates remaining in the Big Brother game and just one more week to go.

After their eviction, we saw the voting results and in the usual Fashion, Miracle topped the voting results with a whooping 44.33 percentage of votes, while Cee-C followed suit with a 27.88% votes, Lolu followed closely with 22.23% votes, Anto had 3.67% votes and Khloe came last with a 1.89% vote.

With the high percentage of votes on Miracle’s part, it’s obvious that the pilot has a high chance of winning the game but we’ll have to find come next week Sunday.

The Semi-Finals of the Big Brother Naija show went down today, 15th of April, and we saw Khloe, Anto and Lolu leave the show.

The voting results are in, and in the usual Fashion, Miracle topped the voting results with a whooping 44.33 percentage of votes, while Cee-C followed suit with a 27.88% votes, Lolu followed closely with 22.23% votes, Anto had 3.67% votes and Khloe came last with a 1.89% vote.

The Top 5 FINALISTS of the show are Miracle, Tobi, Alex, CeeC and Nina.

Recall Alex won the head of house last week, and she saved Tobi. Nina also who came 4th during a “Game of chance” was also saved.

The BBNaija Finals will go down next week, April 22nd 2018, and Davido & Tekno will be performing Live at the show.

Following over 20 weeks in the Big Brother house, eluding evictions and making their marks in the big brother house, Anto Khloe and Lolua have finally been evicted from the Big Brother house missing the chances of winning the Big Brother game.

It’s quite ironic as two out of them were the ones who were reinstated back into the Big Brother after their eviction from the show weeks ago.

Anto, Cee-C, Khloe, Lolu and Miracle were the housemates up for eviction in the penultimate week before the climax of the big brother game and tonight has seen Anto, Khloe and Lolu losing their chances of staying through to the finals.

We certainly hate to see them go and we certainly know that we’ll miss their stay in the house but everything must come to an end and someone has to win, it’s just quite sad that it’s not Anto, Khloe or Lolu.

With one week left in the Big brother game, it’s finally the time we’d see who’d emerge as the winner of this year’s season.

Alex, Tobi, Nina, Miracle and Cee-C have the chances of winning the game… so let’s wait another week and see what their fates will be…

Without mincing words or beating around the bush, controversial BBNaija house, Cee-C has thrown a direct jab at fellow housemate, Alex.

During the live show moments ago, Ebuka confronted both Alex and Tobi over their new found BFF relationship in the house and asked Alex specifically, if she feels the relationship could go the next level and she precisely objected and said no it won’t.

She explained that she feels that Tobi behaves the way he does towards her probably because he’s trying to spite Cee-C – recall that Tobi and Cee-C were sort of a thing during the first few weeks of the house but things didn’t go too well for both of them.

Tobi was also asked by Ebuka if he feels their relationship could be taken to the next level and he admitted that if there were the chance, he actually would.

Cee-C was then asked about the whole thingy between Tobi and Alex and according to her, she’s less concerned but is quite amused that Alex has that kinda notion towards her – she said she’s okay with it before she went on to say that she’s not surprised as Alex is the type who throws herself at the guys in the house, so it’s probably just the way it is with Tobi.

She then went on to shade Alex, saying she always displays her endowment and putting it in the faces of the guys, indirectly dubbing a th*t – we don’t know what the outcome of this shade will be but we certainly see another feud brewing between the both of them.

Fingers are crossed… arms are folded, let’s wait and see….

A twitter user identified as Jeffery has taken to the micro-blogging site to slam a housemate of the ongoing reality TV show, Nina.

Jeffery cited Nina and her Igbo roots, claiming that Igbo girls are the best at being infidel.

Jeffery via his twitter handle @Villageparrot wrote; “Nina is an encapsulation of what Igbo girls are: unfaithful. No tribe beats Igbo girls at cheating. It’s a hobby. #BBNaija”

Recall that Nina had a boyfriend named collins, before she got into the big brother naija house, that did not stop her from engaging in a romantic relationship with her fellow housemate – Miracle.

Nina was also recently dragged online after she tried to set Miracle apart from her Boyfriend, She had said; “Collins is my Boyfriend, Miracle is my everything.”

A Popular Delta-based Disc Jockey, identified as DJ Bullet, is dead.

According to reports, DJ Bullet whose real name is Ugwumgbor Emmanuel was electrocuted, last night, in Jesse town. He was said to be addressing an electrical fault without wearing hand gloves when power was suddenly restored and killed him.

Emmanuel before his death, was a 400-level undergraduate student of Unec and he dropped his second mixtape in January 2018.

May his soup Rest in Peace.

One of the contenders in the On-going Big Brother Naija show, Omololu Shomuyiwa, fondly called Lolu has reportedly suffered an uncontrollable boner in the house.

This was seen when one of the cameras in the house captured the moment as Lolu made to walk away from his bed owing to the uncomfortable situation as the well endowed housemate had his egg plant live on camera.

Some fans are showing him their support especially as Lolu who has been in the house for a period of three months is one of the housemates that has since abstained from sex.

Though Lolu had a one minute kiss with Anto after she returned to the house, upset that he had led her on informing her of his girlfriend outside the house, Lolu has maintained being a gentle man.

Africa is a large continent, blessed with many tribes and cultures, from the zulu’s, to the xhosas, to the himbas, to the Igbos, Hausas and Yorubas, the diverse black continent can rightly boast of about three thousand African Tribes.

A tribe in Uganda has come under the radar, due to its way of preparing its women for marriage differs completely from other African tribes.

In many African cultures, aunties provide counselling to their young nieces as they age from adolescence to adulthood. When it comes to marriage, these aunties prepare their nieces for the challenges that lie ahead.

The question now is ‘How much influence should aunties have on their nieces?

Well, for the Banyankole people in Southwestern Uganda, the aunt does more than the above, especially during the marriage.

When a couple wants to get married, the primary responsibility of the bride’s aunt is to carry out a sexual check on both her niece and her nephew-in-law. Essentially, the aunt does this by having sex with the groom to check his potency and virility.

She also has to “test” if the bride is still a virgin before they are allowed to consummate their marriage.

In other traditions, the aunt is said to go as far as listening in or watching as the bride and groom have sex in order to prove the couple’s potency.

Inasmuch as this practice may sound weird, it shows how the people of Banyankole hold virginity in high esteem.

As soon as a Banyankole girl is eight, she goes through a lot of restrictions to prepare her for marriage.

When other children her age in other cultures are out having fun and playing, a girl in this part of Uganda is mostly kept indoors, where she is fed beef and millet porridge and forced to drink milk in large quantities so that she becomes fat.

Being fat is synonymous with beauty among the Banyankoles.

When she starts developing breasts, she is also asked by her parents to abstain from sexual activities.

It is the duty of a Banyankole father to find a wife for his son as he pays the bridewealth as well. This consists of some cows, goats and pots of beer, depending on how rich a person is.

Once the bride price is paid, the marriage preparations begin. On the wedding day, there is a lot of feasting at the bride’s home, where the father is expected to slaughter a bull.

At the bridegroom’s home, there is another feast where the marriage is consummated. This is after the bride’s aunt has “tested” her niece’s purity and slept with the groom to also check his potency.
