Barely two weeks after the Presidency began the show of displaying pictures of the recuperating President Muhammadu Buhari in London with some other visiting Governors, Governor Ayodele Fayose has broken his silence on the assertion that the President is well enough to continue leading Nigeria.
The Ekiti state Governor, who in times past has been rigorously resonating in speech that President Buhari was not fit to lead the country and that he was on a life support, threatening to expose pictures of the sick President, went into silence after pictures of the President in ‘High spirit’ broke the internet.
In a recent interview he granted, Fayose has again insisted that the President was definitely on a life support as at the time he mentioned but got a miracle afterwards to escape it.
“What I said about the president is very clear. I said that the President at a point before these recent visits was incapacitated and has been on a life support. I stand by it. I stand by it. I have no regret for that statement. You would recall that I said the Handlers of the President should produce evidence to the contrary within 48 hours. After 4 weeks, they said they went to visit the president. Thank God the President is getting better now but there is no denying that what I said at the time was the truth.
”If you go by the statement of the governor of Ebonyi, he said the President’s recovery is a miracle, it is divine which means something had gone the other way round before becoming a miracle. I read in another piece that the President came up like Lazarus from the dead. Well, that is another person saying that. I stand by what I have said. Not in the wish that the President must die. Don’t forget, that the President owes it to us all to declare his state of health. The president’s life should be an open book that should be read by everybody”, he said

President Buhari has been abroad of treatment since 84 days ago and the date of his return is yet uncertain but it’s at the discretion of the London Doctors, as noted by the President himself.
A Rivers State High Court, has sentenced to death three persons in connection to the lynching of 4 students in Aluu Community in 2012.
The Court presided over by Justice Nyordee has also discharged and acquitted the remaining 4, TVC reports.
According to the Judge, the prosecution failed to prove it’s case of murder against the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th accused persons beyond every reasonable doubt.
He however found the 1st to 3rd defendants guilty of murder.
The police in Dome-Kwabenya, a suburb of Accra have arrested some four persons in connection with the killing of a popular slay queen, Lydia Ama Serwaa better known as DC Queen.
According to the police the four, all suspected to be fraud boys are James Opoku, Yussif Ahmed, Akwasi Adae as well as Muhammed Abdul-Sadeek who are currently in police custody assisting investigations.

According to the Lagos state police command on its Instagram page today, a shrine said to be used by members of the secret cult, Badoo in Ikorodu have been exposed.
One Alhaji Alaka Aboyomi, identified to be the owner of the Shrine, led the police team into the shrine located on a large expanse of land that is surrounded by thick bush.
About Four graves were found in the compound while another one that looked fresh was spotted on a corner in the compound.
Suspected members of the deadly cult group, Badoo has again been reported to have killed not less than four members of the same family.
As reported by PUNCH, cult killed a couple – Mr. and Mrs. Adejare – two of their children, while the third kid was said to be in a coma at the Ikorodu General Hospital.
The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday in Oke Ota community, Ibeshe. The children were reportedly aged between five and one. Two of them were identified as Siyin and Ajoke, all females.
The assailants were said to have cut the window net of the family’s apartment to enter the room where evil was perpertrated.
They were said to have subsequently smashed the victims’ heads with a stone and left the area unnoticed.
A resident, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the incident became known around 12pm when church members of the deceased checked on them on the way from church.
He said, “They had a special programme in their church today (Sunday). The members decided to check on them because they did not come to the church. They found the whole family in a pool of blood and raised the alarm. One of the three children was still breathing. He was rushed to the general hospital.
“There are burglar-proof bars on the windows in the house, except in the kitchen. They came through the kitchen. They tore the net and entered the house.
“We seem to have relaxed in securing the community because the attack subsided for some time. Even the police patrol has reduced.”
A community leader said the residents would intensify vigils in the neighbourhood, calling on the police to ensure regular patrol on streets.
He said, “We were happy that things were getting better before this incident. There is one little girl among them receiving treatment at a hospital. Her head was smashed.
“We only hear sirens of the police patrol from the main road. They don’t usually come into the inner parts of the community, where theBadoo members operate.”
The Lagos State police spokesperson, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, said the killings had no connection with the Badoo cult, adding that the location of the family’s residence was not accessible to vehicles.
He said, “The house is just a room and parlour with one open window and no visible form of security. A family of five were attacked. Three died on the spot, one died while receiving treatment at a hospital and the last member is alive and responding to treatment.
“No visible trace of violence or clues linked to the cult was found. No stone was found at the scene. A case of murder is being investigated by police detectives, which doesn’t fit in the modus operandi of the cult.”

A pregnant pepper seller, identified as Iyabo Taiwo, on Hassan Ogunlana Street, Ijaiye, Lagos State, has been traumatized after she was reportedly thrown into a police cell for reporting an assault on her.
She had lodged a complaint at the Meiran Police Station against a resident, identified simply as Simon, aka Best, who allegedly pushed her into a drainage channel.
PUNCH Metro learnt that the case was, however, turned against her because Simon was a relative of a senior officer at the station.
It was learnt that Simon had bought some red peppers from the woman last Monday and was supposed to collect N50 change.
It was gathered that Taiye went to visit her ailing husband at a hospital the following day and did not open shop.
The woman said hardly had she arrived at the shop on Wednesday with fresh stock when Simon came to collect the change.
She stated that she told him to come back for the change, but he suddenly resorted to force and started taking her goods.
The 30-year-old woman who spoke in Yoruba said:
“I explained to him that I had used all the money on me to buy peppers and begged him to give me little time to sell so that I will give him the change.
“But he dipped his hands into a basket to pack some peppers. So, I held his shirt. He freed himself from my grip and threw me into a gutter. I went to report at the Meiran Police Station and some policemen followed me to arrest him.
“On getting to the station, he spoke in English and Igbo with a police officer. Then, a policeman told me that some people beat him (Simon) and that I would be detained until they arrest those people. Simon was told to go.”
The woman said she spent over 24 hours in detention and was freed after members of a pepper sellers association she belonged to paid N4,500 to secure her bail.
She said:
“I was locked up inside a cell. They didn’t give me food. I was feeling pains all over my body. Members of my association later contributed N4,500 before I was released in the evening of the following day (Thursday).
“My pregnancy is over seven months now. I have gone to do a scan at a hospital to know the condition of my baby. The result will be out on Monday (today).
“The Commissioner of Police invited me and some policemen to his office in Ikeja on Friday. He was angry with them and told them to refund the N4,500. They asked me to come for the money on Monday (today).”
A resident, who begged for anonymity, said shortly after Taiye was released on Thursday, Simon allegedly mobilized some thugs to beat two men, Ope and Muri Waheed, who cautioned him for assaulting the woman.
In a CNN anchored quiz showed yesterday, a query on ‘which country has the country that the head of state has not set foot in the country for over two months’ was posed and the answer was indicated as Nigeria.

Apparently, Nigerian scammers are not learned enough to dust their trails. I keep telling those who care to listen, the true scammers and fraudsters have at least one Masters Degree in a duly accredited course of study from a renowned institution (not those ones that grew up knowing all the cyber cafes in the area).
Hushpuppi slipped up when he posted a screenshot of his credit notification received via mail. He exposed a detail he probably thought wouldnt mean much (dude, seriously – I thought you were smart).

The screenshot was obviously taken on his device in an attempt to make heads roll on social media I guess. But he probably forgot to cut that part off.

THe email was mapped to a single profile on Facebook….no suggestions or similar profiles at all. It got mapped directly to a single Facebook account: Jane Woodscrane
Little wonder why bros hushpuppi picked the “J” from the Jane and retained the “Woodscrane”.
The account has just a few pictures with the usual Facebook privacy thing turned on (very peculiar with Nigerian scammers tho). I want to believe this dude has more aces up his sleeves.
This could be his past or his latest parole……but one thing is so certain. This is a part of who Hushpuppi is.
I do social engineering for fun….so if he would like to bark at this, he should remember there is more where that came from unless he is a close friend to the CEO of Google and would put a call through to him to wipe off all his related records off the internet (plus dark web).

The devil almost succeeded in taking me out but “Mercy” said NO!!! The picture on the left doesn’t even do enough justice to how I looked. I was bed ridden for a month. Couldn’t eat, couldn’t talk, couldn’t even bath myself. I became a vegetable and I was uselessly helpless. My only option was to feed off Prayer and wait for God to do His thing. The wait was the hardest but today I celebrate God and I celebrate life!! My immune system was completely shut down n anything and everything attached me. Lord I felt every pain that could be felt in my body. One month felt like 10 years UNTIL GOD CAME THROUGH AND COMPLETELY HEALED ME. My recovery was faster than usual and didn’t make sense. That’s how I knew “THAT WAS YOU GOD”
To the few good people who were there for me at that time, God bless u. I will never forget!

Timi Dakolo, the talented Nigerian singer of ‘Iyawo Mi’ caught a bride in Abuja with his surprise performance in the wedding ceremony.
The bride had thought she was merely dancing to the rhythmic beat of ‘Iyawo Mi’ pllayed by the Disc Jockey as the bridegroom takes her down the aisle on July 29, 2017. To her great surprise, the crooner, Timi Dakolo appeared in person to grace the occasion.
The husband got it all well arranged behind his lover and that really did got the bride overwhelmed. It will linger in the memories of the lovebirds in times to come.
Timi Dakolo captioned on Instagram that it was worth an occasion for him.
A Nigerian Guy tried to scam a British Lady, but then, she used all manner of sarcasm on him.. and the funny thing is, he didn’t realize the Lady was toying with him all along.
The scammer used the name, “Stephen Masumbo”, and claims he is a Man of God based in Lagos.. He tried duping the British Lady to the sum of 900 usd.
He started off by flirting with her, declared his love for her.. and then eventually delved to ask for money for “flight ticket”, so he could fly from Africa down to Britain.

A 28 year old Biafran identified as Chima Mbata, has claimed he was healed of his illness immediately after he sighted Nnamdi Kanu.
Following the visit to Imo by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, some called it a blessing , while some said it caused them unexpected difficulties.
Vanguard spoke to a cross section of members of the various pro-Biafra groups that converged in Umuahia to name Nnamdi Kanu the leader and arrowhead of the agitation for Briafra Republic.
One of the supporters of Biafra struggle, introduced himself as Chima Mbata, age, 28, from Nkwerre Local Government Area, Imo state, said that he got healed of his two days headache after sighting Kanu from the crowd. Iheme said:
“I was in the House and my mother called me to come out and see Nnamdi Kanu, at Orlu road roundabout, I told her that I can’t come because I was not feeling fine. “But she insisted, then I managed to come out immediately I saw Kanu, I was healed. I become stronger and joined other young men in the struggle.”
Also, speaking to Vanguard, a sachet water seller, who preferred the name, Juliana Ugo, from Ebonyi state, said:
” I made up to 11, 500, I have never realised this type of money before as a pure water seller, to the extent that there was no where you can get pure water. “Some of us who still have it in their stock started selling it for N20 each while some sold a sachet for N30.”
Murder Incident reported in the early hours of Sunday 30th July 2017 where police operatives of the Lagos state command responded to a distress call at Oke Ota, Ibeshe, Ikorodu area of Lagos state.
Mobilizing to the scene where the police operatives found it extremely difficult to locate the house which was situated in a thick forest where it’s remotely impossible for anybody to identify a dwelling house in the area.
Eventually arriving at the scene on foot, the house where a family of five was attacked, which is just a room & parlour with one open window and no visible form of security, it was reported that 3 died on the spot, (1) died while receiving treatment at the hospital and the last member is alive and responding to treatment.
As investigation commenced no visible trace of violence or clues linked to the cultist group was found. No stone was found at the scene. A case of murder is being investigated by police detectives, which doesn’t fit in the modules of operadi of the cult group.
The Lagos state police command is using this opportunity to call on LCDA, CDA chairman, traditional rulers who may be aware of residents staying in isolated areas which are no longer safe to report/identify with the police in order to stop people from dwelling in insecure areas without proper social structures
