Man Kills Girlfriend And Sleeps With Her Corpse, Says She Never Allowed Him To Have Sex With Her While She Was Alive.
A 35-year-old man, Sunday Ushie, on Monday confessed to killing his purported ‘girlfriend’, identified as Nnena Samuel, and went ahead to have sex with the corpse, Punch reports.
The incident happened on January 26, 2017 in Adijinkpor village in Ikom Local Government Area of Cross River State.
Ushie, a cocoa farmer in Akparabong, confessed to the crime, saying that she never gave him the opportunity to have sex with her while alive.
He said that he invited her to his house and killed her with knife before having sex with the corpse. The farmer, who said he was regretting his action, blamed the incident on the devil.
He said,
“It is the work of the devil. I do not know how. I am the one that killed her. I killed her with knife. She was my girlfriend and I knew her for just two months before this incident happened. I slept with her corpse after killing her.
It was strange sleeping with a dead corpse. I never had sex with her when she was alive because she never gave me that opportunity. I was always giving her money but she didn’t allow us to have sex.”
The suspect had invited the deceased mother-of-two out in the night of January 26 and took her to his apartment. He was said to have killed the woman when she refused to allow him have sex with her.
Tonto Dikeh Confirms She Has Left Her Husband; Says He Has Never Called To Check Up On Their Son,
Tonto Dikeh in a reply to a concerned fan’s open letter has revealed that she and her husband, Churchill Olakunle are no longer together and he has not called to check up on her and their son since she left.
She also said she blocked his access to her for the sake of her emotional stability. Read what she wrote below:

Senegalese national and Liverpool player, Sadio Mane’s family house was attacked after he missed a penalty that got his country off the African Cup of Nations.
Sadio’s home in Malika near the capital city of Dakar, was attacked after he missed a crucial penalty as Senegal crashed out in the quarter-final of the competition against Cameroon.
His Uncle’s £25,000 car was vandalised during the attack.
Mirror reports that a source said; “They turned their fury on his car and completely trashed it.
“Mane’s uncle and his family have reported these persons to the police.
“We just hope they will get the punishment they deserve.”
However this did not affect the player, as he put up an excellent performance against Tottenham on Saturday.
Expired Malaria Drugs Killed Eric Arubayi.
Following the report of the West African idol 2nd runner up, Eric Arubayi’s death after a brief illness, his brother, Derrick Arubayi, has revealed the cause of his death.
Derrick who spoke to a vanguard reporter, disclosed that the late singer took expired malaria drugs which led to his death.
He is quoted as saying:
“He had malaria and typhoid, which was untreated. It later became worse after he took a medication that had expired and this triggered his liver ailment and afterwards, every other thing just followed at a fast pace before his death.
“The only thing that we had to say is that he lived for Christ. We just want the world to know that the name Eric Odafe Arubayi was for a reason beyond the West Africa Idol show. For that reason, God would make manifest even beyond his glorious ascension.”
Angry Mortuary Workers Storm Cementry, Seize Corpse Over Unsettled Bills.
There was drama at a cemetery in Ghana, when a mortuary attendant with the Tema General Hospital stormed the graveyard to seize a dead body over an unsettled balance of GH¢40 (nearly N3,000).
According to reports online, it was gathered that the relations were supposed to pay him for services he rendered.
According to eyewitnesses, the mortuary worker in the company of a colleague, stormed the cemetery while the body was being interred, seized the coffin, opened it, picked out the dressed corpse and started heading back to the mortuary.
The conduct of the mortuary men shocked mourners who had gathered at the graveside to pay their last respect to the deceased – Meanwhile, family elders in the company of some friends managed to save the situation which paved the way for the deceased to be buried.

Some Policemen from the Azikoro Police Station, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, detained a female meat hawker and forced her to pay N8000 after meat sellers in the area reported her to the them.

“Police Corruption : Police officers in Azikoro Police Station in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State detained a female meat hawker and collected Eight thousand Naira illegally from her. According to the lady, Mrs Joy Isaac, that some meat sellers in the area gang up and reported her to Police at the Azikoro Division for an offence yet to be mentioned and at the end they collected the afore said amount and released her. Meanwhile her daily meat sales worth thousands of Naira is being declared unsellable, uneatable, spoiled, and indeed a waste. Bayelsa State Commissioner of Police, please take Action now to save the image of the Police. The incident happened today, the 12th of February, 2017.”

A man was trapped in the gutter with his motorcycle, after a horrible truck accident which claimed one of his legs – according to eyewitnesses, the terrible incident which happened in Sokoto road along Kano round-about, Zaria, Kaduna state, made residents of the area to mobilize themselves to save Bukhari Ahmed, who was badly injured.
Man Who Told Wife He Was Travelling To Umuahia Found Dead In A Hotel Room In Aba.
The commercial city of Aba, has witnessed yet another death that has caused controversy. In a new shocking report on Daily Sun, a middle aged man who has been identified as Peter Ibekwe, was found dead in a hotel room in Aba.
The businessman who resides in Ogbor Hill area of the city, allegedly lied to his wife that he was going on a business trip to Umuahia, but was found dead in a hotel located at Club 25 road, Abayi Aba in Osisioma Local Government Area of Abia State.
The deceased, who was found dead by cleaners who forced their way into the room, was said to have checked into the hotel room by 7:30pm the previous day.
According to a source, the sum of #200,000 was also found intact in the room, as policemen from Abayi division stormed the hotel to conduct a search.
“It was after initial efforts failed that some workers of the hotel forced the door open only to see the lifeless body of Mr. Ibekwe. The hotel management informed the police about the incident. The man’s relations were equally contacted before his body was taken from the hotel to the mortuary”, the source said.
Though there’s no official statement from the Police, however, a Senior Police officer who confirmed the incident, said an autopsy will be carried out, after which the result will be made public.

After going through all I could lay my hands on, I’m further convinced that the people who President Jonathan entrusted with authority in different sectors of the economy and government did him in.
And they did this smoothly & strategically. The crop of people I’m talking about, were those one who were more concerned with their goals to enrich themselves, so they were going about doing everything they could to amass wealth.
Then there was this other group who were building their political dreams will turning GEJ’s administration to a nightmare. They tactically made sure they alienated all those who had superior reason and better advice, away from him.

Some leaders of PDP, were there. They told GEJ to forget them. Good riddance! one of them said. The devil is in the detail. If governors who fund the party machinery cross carpet, it exposes your party.
When they take their reps and senators, it endangers your President. So, 3 weeks after that meeting, there was mass defections. That was when PDP rushed to court to stop them.
Another instance, this time it was a phone call, when I was in Abeokuta. Baba had just come back from a UN envoy trip. He told GEJ, to think very well & beyond the 16/19 elections of Gov’s Forum. That if 19 govs voted Amaechi, then you have enemies in your camp.
Baba said accept the result, deal with it later because the world was watching. For wia? The advisers, said call his bluff.
Now, it is clear, they were all fighting for themselves. Not GEJ. They all enriched themselves to the detriment of his administration. Bet he is shocked at some revelations.
