The President blessed the Friday of so many Nigerians after he made a statement about his wife’s position to him. (Read here), Nigerians couldn’t help the humour of the President saying the First Lady belongs to his Kitchen and his “Other room”.
Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, has now come out to speak on the matter saying PMB was only being humorous about his statement… See what he shared in a series of tweets below:
This beautiful and innocent looking self-proclaimed “Muscle Barbie” and Instagram fitness star, is Julia Vins, who has over 325,000 followers thanks to her ‘doll-like‘ facial features and an extraordinary, muscle-popping body.
At just 20, Julia has broken records at the World Powerlifting Congress, squatting 215kg, bench pressing 120kg and dead-lifting 190kg, all with a bow in her hair.
The pro-powerlifter said it has been far from easy to reject society’s expectations of her in Russia to become fully independent as an athlete so young.
Julia is grateful to her boyfriend of four years for getting her to where she is now through his training and support but not all men have been as encouraging or even agree with her profession.
Julia said:
“My boyfriend, is my coach and it is because of him that I have achieved significant success in power-lifting already.”

Following President Buhari’s controversial statements about his wife, Aisha Buhari, TV personality/entrepreneur Stephanie Coker is expressing her views on the matter. She took to Instagram the below:
I feel so privileged to be growing up in an era where women are presidents of countries, women are running conglomerates, women are effortlessly juggling child bearing whilst running billion dollar companies, discovering cures to treating diseases and so many other extraordinary things. No woman should be confined to a kitchen, living room or any “other room”. My country has progressed so much in encouraging young girls to pursue their dreams. To be hearing this in 2016 breaks me and I will speak against it till it is finished. #RespectAWomanAndBeRespected

Reacting to Aisha Buhari’s controversial BBC interview, former Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Rowland Owie today said if his wife went public to criticize him the way Aisha Buhari did to her husband, in her BBC Hausa interview, he would send her packing from his house.
In an interview with Vanguard, Owie said although what Aisha Buhari said was right, it could have been said in the bedroom when she had some private time with her husband.
“Aisha is right in criticism of President Buhari’s appointments, but the medium she adopted is very wrong. Such advice from a wife to a husband should be given at Bed time and not to the hearing of anybody. If a wife does that to me, the woman will return to her parent’s house within 24 hours of that statement. A Benin Parable says- Only one’s enemy that will advise one in the presence of The Oba in council.” he said
A real estate agent (names withheld) on Friday narrated how her Irish lover, James Turner, 64, deliberately infected her with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
According to the Nation newspaper, the woman who claimed she met Turner eight years ago in Jos, Plateau State, alleged that the man was also willfully infecting other Nigerian women with the virus.
She stated that she reported the Irish national to the police because she wanted him to be stopped from the wicked action.
According to her, they were live-in partners until she decided to investigate on the drugs he usually took only to find out it was anti-retroviral.
She said:
“I met James Turner eight years ago. He told me to move to his apartment. I started living with him. We were living like husband and wife. I later observed that he was falling sick.
“I even followed him to the hospital. He was complaining of internal heat and he was sweating profusely. The hospital subjected him to some medical tests. I did not know the result initially as he didn’t allow me hear what the doctor told him.
“Well, I later discovered that he was taking a particular kind of drug and he was not getting better. I ‘googled’ the drug and discovered that it was for HIV patients. I was shocked with the discovery.
“I confronted him but he denied that he has HIV positive. He told me that the drug was for the sore on his leg. I was not comfortable with the answer. I told him that if I must believe him, he should avail me with the doctor’s phone number, but he refused.
“While he was sleeping, I searched the phone and I saw the doctor’s number. I called him and he said I should come to the hospital. When I went to the hospital, the doctor told me that my boyfriend is HIV positive.
“My world crumbled, I fell down and started crying. I regretted ever meeting the man.
The doctor advised that I should do test first to know my health status before complaining as I might not be infected. I did the test and it was positive. The doctor took my blood sample to another hospital for confirmation test and the result was positive. I was totally down even though I had no symptoms.
“Well, to kill anger and boredom, I followed some of my friends to a party. He kept calling me whether I was coming home, I became suspicious and lied to him that I won’t come back that night. I was shocked that when I arrived home, I caught him pants down, sleeping with my very good friend. I got angry and told him he was wicked.
“It was at that time that I knew he deliberately infected me with HIV as he started shouting down at me. He told me that I should go to hell, that he has infected many girls and that he was just beginning. He told me that I was a fool. He told me that he sent his wife home immediately he tested positive to HIV.
“He told me to hang myself. He said he’s over 60 years and that he has lived almost his life span, but that I was still 31 and no one would marry an HIV positive person. He told me to go and report anywhere I wished as I would be subjected to ridicule and stigmatisation.
“After listening to his humiliation,I attempted suicide, but I was rescued by my friend. I went back to the doctor, who invited him and advised him to set up a business for me, so that I would be able to raise money for anti-retroviral drugs. He promised to give me N2.5 million to set up business.
“Each time I reminded him of the money, he would start shouting me down. He would start boasting that I was not the only person that he has infected. He would tell me that he has just started, that he would finish Nigerians before he leaves the country.
“I decided that before he succeeds in finishing young Nigerian girls, I should expose him. That is the reason I reported him to the Police. I want the police to stop him as he has gone berserk infecting people and boasting about it.”
However, Turner denied the allegation, insisting it was the complainant who infected him with the virus.
The Irish national was very rebellious and attacked reporters who wanted to take his photograph. He also threw aside midgets and other recording devices that were placed before him for his side of the story.
According to him, he was not going to talk about the issue because the complainant wanted to extort him.
He said: “Bullshit! The girl and others love money. They want to extort me. I am HIV positive, I know, but she infected me. Ask her what happened in 2013 when she travelled to Kaduna. It was at that time that she got it and infected me. Let her get away. I told her that we should settle the matter, but she decided to embarrass me. I won’t take it.
“I don’t understand why she is bringing all these things up. I did not rape her. We were friends and we will remain friends. I repeat, she was the person who infected me with HIV.”
Briefing reporters on the issue, the command’s spokesperson, Dolapo Badmos, a Superintendent of Police (SP) confirmed that the suspect was arrested following a compliant by his lover.
Badmos said:
“On October 13, the Ikeja Division of the command got report from a lady that a friend of hers deliberately infected her with HIV. There seems to be counter allegations. We discovered that one of them infected the other and this is a crime under Section 24 of the Criminal Act. If there is a deliberate act, the law will take its full course.
Mr Oladele Adelakun, a 41-year-old motor parts dealer, has dragged his wife to court.
The man took his wife to the Akure Customary Court where he revealed that his wife’s misdemeanour lured him to alcoholism.
Vanguard reports that the man disclosed this while asking the court to put an end to his 16-year-old marriage with Mrs Kike Adelakun.
According to him, the respondent has been engaging in mischievous behaviours ranging from ritualism to promiscuity.
He said that he caught his wife twice in extra marital activities with a man named Felix which was settled by his pastor. The complainant said that he was taking alcohol to keep away from tension caused by the respondent.
He said that the respondent’s harsh treatment of their three children also caused their constant rift which made the respondent to rain curses on him and tore his clothes severally.
Responding, Kike Adelakun denied other allegations, but confessed that the she once had sexual relationship with Felix before her marriage to the complainant.
She said that the complainant packed out three times during the marriage without her notice, but she later found out that he actually went to his mistress house which led to a secret wedding.
The respondent said that her husband’s allegation of not having sexual intercourse with her in the last three years was a lie, citing different instances when the complainant would secretly come to her apartment to make love with her.
Ruling on the case, Chief Rotimi Olusanya, the court’s President, said that peace should be restored to the two parties and adjourned the case till Nov.2 for judgment.
A man has done the unthinkable after stabbing his girlfriend of three years to death for returning his engagement ring and breaking up with him. The man identified as Rodney Harvey after executing the gruesome act, also killed himself by jumping to his death from her apartment.
The woman identified as Julia Martin had broken up with her boyfriend before the incident happened.
According to the ChicagoTribune, Martin, a 27-year-old from Detroit, tried to save her own life. She grabbed her phone and called police about 7 p.m. She asked them to send an ambulance for her. She told them the name of the man who stabbed her.
Then she called her dad.
“Not only did she call me, she texted me while she was going through all this,” her dad, Derrick Martin said Monday. “She was calling everybody, saying that she wanted help. She called another friend and she was panting over the phone, trying to get her breath. He thought it was a prank and he hung up on her. He feels so bad.”
Unfortunately, Martin doesn’t check his phone often and didn’t see the text message from his eldest daughter until much later. It read: “Call me ASAP.”
Julia Martin was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 7:37 p.m. from multiple sharp force injuries.
Harvey, 35, of the 2300 block of South Michigan Avenue, was pronounced dead at 7:18 p.m. at the same hospital. His death was ruled a suicide.
Martin was a Michigan State graduate and a human resources supervisor at a local architecture firm. She had never given her father any reason to worry that the man she spent so much of her life with was dangerous.
She recently told him that she had started dating again, her father said.
“There was no indication he was dangerous … I never would’ve thought that in a million years,” Derrick Martin said.
She did call her dad awhile back and ask that they connect and meet in person to talk. Just last weekend, he drove down from Detroit to spend time with his church-going, go-getter girl.
“She never went into that much detail about how bad it was, she was just telling me that they had broke it off and that she was planning on giving the ring back,” he recalled.
The pair went to a winery and enjoyed each other’s company, he said. “God works in mysterious ways,” Derrick Martin said. “He must’ve known it was going to be my last time to see her.”
Julia was the adventurous and ambitious type, her father said. Once she graduated college, she took a human resources job in Houston because she was always looking for ways to challenge herself, like recently obtaining a certificate in her field that led to a raise, her dad said.
“She was strictly into her career, always striving for greatness,” he said. “She was never satisfied being stuck in one position, she always tried to get higher and higher and higher.”
Julia Martin just received her passport for a New Year’s trip she was planning to Africa, her dad said. She traveled all over the country and hoped to one day live and work in New York City. After living far away in Houston, her family was happy she was living in Chicago, close by.
She had a little sister, Jasmin Martin, 22. Her mother died two years ago, of heart complications, after 20 years of marriage, Derrick Martin said. The day they buried his wife, Jasmin told her dad she was pregnant.
Derrick Martin also has recently buried his mother, father and brother. He’s having Julia’s body moved back to Detroit for burial. Now, Jasmin and her son, Cameron, are the only close family Derrick Martin has left.
“I just pray, I just ask God to give me strength,” he said. “It’s like he keeps taking people that’s close to me and I don’t know why. You can’t question God, you just figure there’s a plan. And you pray.”
The BBC has reported a reverberating interview given by the first lady, Aisha Buhari. The first lady was brutally honest, unequivocal and stunningly objective about her husband’s administration and the need for Buhari to focus on his legacy.
Aisha Buhari stated that: “Many people have been coming to tell him that things are not going the way they should. That when it comes to putting people in certain positions, most of these people that are occupying some agencies number (1) nobody knows them; number (2) they don’t know our party manifesto; they don’t know what we campaigned for…They don’t have a mission. They don’t have a vision.”
These are remarkably strong words from unusual quarters. Our patriarchal system dictates that a woman must support her husband even when he is heading to the abyss. Therefore, a woman’s opinions, if she is given the space to have any, can only be articulated in the private cocoons of the marital home. First ladies are expected to simply look beautiful, wear the latest fashions and take up a non-controversial cause. Therefore, Aisha’s comments must be a huge but refreshing shock.
Aisha Buhari’s admonition is the definition of home-truth. It says a lot about the first family, and the Buhari administration. The first lady has done Nigeria a huge service by making it clear that things are not going well in the Buhari government. There are those who argue that Aisha is displeased with her husband’s appointments because she could not get “her own people” into the administration. I have no evidence at my disposal to confirm or refute that. However, those who think that Aisha is wrong to publicly criticize her husband should kindly ask themselves a few questions: How long have you known Buhari? What was your level of involvement in his campaign during the four presidential elections he contested? Do you know what it feels like to be married to Buhari for 27 years? Do you love Buhari more than his wife?
I can understand why the current governing elite may defend the administration’s appointments and performance. However, anyone who means well for Buhari and genuinely wants him to succeed must concede that he has elevated cronyism and nepotism to a whole new level in Nigeria. He continues to risk our country’s fragile unity by his lopsided appointments, non-systematic approach to governance and the lack of thoughtful, coherent, and sophisticated vision for our country. Aisha Buhari has just confirmed that those of us who are critical of President Buhari are not his enemies. We criticize him precisely because we mean well for him and our country.
Aisha Buhari recognizes that the Buhari family name is at stake. The president can write the Buhari name in immortality or simply have the name scorned for generations to come. The state of affairs in Nigeria at the moment is the worst that I have seen in my lifetime. The president’s arguably mediocre cabinet has been further undermined by a tiny clique at the presidency. This clique almost exclusively speaks Fulfulde. That in and of itself is not a problem. The problem is that the clique or “kitchen cabinet” is not made up of the best brains among the Fulfulde-speaking people of Nigeria. Consequently, the president is not drawing on the best brains in Nigeria. He is fighting with one hand tied to his back. This partly explains the routine and elementary blunders that have plagued his administration.
Aisha Buhari has kept a relatively low profile when juxtaposed with the last two first ladies. Many would recall the rather overbearing attitude of Patience Jonathan and the quest of Turai Yar’Adua to cling to power as her husband neared an unfortunate end. Aisha indicated in the interview that the president was aware of her concerns. The first lady stated that “if things continue like this up to 2019, I will not go out and campaign again and ask any woman to vote like I did before. I will never do it again.” I have argued in the last several months that President Buhari should concentrate on his current term and abandon any thoughts about running for a second term. It is worth reiterating that Buhari cannot win a second term in a free and fair atmosphere. I know that he now holds the levers of power and has engaged in favouritist purges that could help him hang on to power. However, unless he performs an economic miracle akin to the Wirtschaftswunder, or the German economic miracle, he stands to ruin what is left of his reputation.
The first lady’s candid assessment of her husband’s administration sends the right signals to the Nigerian society, particularly young girls and women. It redefines the supranational contours of the roles of a first lady. It also demonstrates that at least one person at the presidency has not lost touch with reality. The masses have a voice in Aso Rock who believes the president must focus on leaving a solid legacy.
Finally, I would like to congratulate President Mohammadu Buhari for the choice he made 27 years or so ago. You married a woman who is not content with merely enjoying the privileges of power. The interview granted by Aisha Buhari demonstrates that she expects that your years of running for office must not go to waste. Your government must fulfill its promise to the Nigerian people. I hope that it also means that the first couple has got a healthy, and mutually respectful relationship. We now have a contender for “Person of the Year”. Thank you, Aisha Buhari.

Disclosing the dirty details in her podcast ‘Loveline with Amber Rose,’ where she deemed herself the “queen” of mirror masturbation, she said that ‘Cranking For Cum’ was the main reason for her skin’s radiant glow.
“Masturbate in front of the mirror. I highly suggest it,” she persuaded her frisky followers.

“I just don’t give a s–t. I do what I want,” she stated emphatically.
A man has narrated on social media how a lady beat the hell out of a suspected thief who stole her phone at a bank in Ibadan.
The drama was epic that people gathered to watch the show unfold. Read the story below.
So it happened that I was in the banking hall this morning in Ibadan and suddenly heard this thunderous sound. Looking back I saw this fair skinned lady slapping and head-butting this young man that looked very innocent.
“What did I do, what did I do?”, the young man kept asking, maintaining his innocence.
The lady who was already crying and screaming gave him a hot slap again, he staggered and lost his innocence saying “is it because I helped you, is it because I helped you to charge your phones and didn’t see you again”. The bank management intervened, trying to separate them, but the lady won’t let go. She kept head butting the young man, screaming and crying. I’m like wow, this lady is strong.
Eventually, she lost grip after being assured the man can’t escape and finally proceed to shed light on what transpired between them as we wait with bated breath.
According to her, she was trying to charge her phones (an iPhone, iPad and a blackberry) as a bosswoman, while in the church but met Mr Innocent there also charging, she was going to attend to someone and gave him the gadgets to plug and charge for her. But to her surprised on getting back Mr Innocent had disappeared, no where to be found.
She said she told the church what happened and the pastor chastised her for her actions, trusting Mr innocent she doesn’t know from Adam with all the expensive gadgets.
And to add salt to injury, Mr innocent has been making contacts with her phone contacts on Whatsapp, disguising as her, asking them for money and duping them, tarnishing her image. Hence the heavy slaps and head-butts she rained on him to teach him a lesson for all the pains he’s put her through since the development.
Asked if there was any tracking device on any of the gadgets on how she knew Mr Innocent was at that branch of the bank at the moment, she said she only came with her dad to report fraudulent activities on her bank account as it seemed Mr innocent was also transferring funds from her account to via mobile banking on one of the phones.
She went on her knees, praising and thanking God for helping her to see him today, she also started dancing shoki to my surprise when the police came and handcuffed Mr Innocent who already lost his innocence at the time.
A woman identified as Happiness Clement has shared a touching story of love and endurance with many on Facebook.
She shared the story of a man and woman who have been dating her boyfriend (with marriage preparations on the way) for the past 12 years.
The girl has given many an idea what true love should be all about as they get set to marry.
Clement wrote:
“Never look down on your relationship. Because you feel the guy is not worth dating you or he’s poor or don’t have a car or big houses, all you have to do is believe in a better tomorrow. All that matters is the word LOVE.”
Her post has elicited many responses from people.
“Thank God the guy is able to stick with the lady when things got better. When money comes before some guys will realize u are not their class or before they ll suddenly realize their mother doesn’t like u or they have accidentally impregnated another girl and they are forced to marry her or it is now that the pastor thinks they are not meant for each other. But when they were hustling they were meant for each other!” someone commented.
Another added:
“Well I just pray for God to give me man I can willingly pound yam for because most guys this days deserve Indomie without egg. Talking from experience my ex is a graduate but had no job. I was with him for some month but he’s just relax and feel money will fall from heaven. Am a gal I have needs will I be working with Eco Bank and Zenith bank paying me? Even as we broke up he hasn’t gotten a job till date. So, what will be will be. Money is not everything but I would rather cry inside my range Rover.”
Suleiman Hashimu, who trekked from Lagos to Abuja to celebrate the victory of Pres. Buhari in 2015 general elections, is set to embark on another trek for the president.
Hashimu, however, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday that this time around, he would not use his legs but vehicles in touring the 36 states and FCT. He said he wants to showcase the achievement of the president so far.
His words: “I will be embarking on another trek for President Muhammadu Buhari. This time, my trip is with a vehicle, not my usual trekking. I would tour the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
This is to showcase achievement recorded by this administration so that they will appreciate the achievements recorded so far. President Buhari has achieved a lot in security and anti-corruption crusade. People that are untouchable in this country are answerable to the law of the land.
Another big achievement recorded on Thursday was the rescue of the 21 of the over 200 kidnapped Chibok school girls. This is no doubt a great achievement. I will like to tell Nigerians to continue to support President Muhammadu Buhari to achieve all the promises he made during his campaign for the presidency.”
Nigeria’s first lady has openly questioned her husband’s work and said she may not support him if he runs again — comments that President Muhammadu Buhari laughed off, saying, “I don’t know which party my wife belongs to, but she belongs to my kitchen and my living room and the other room,” AP reports.
His comments to reporters in Germany promoted German Chancellor Angela Merkel, standing at his side, to give him a short glare and then laugh. .
In an interview with the BBC Hausa-language service broadcast Friday, Aisha Buhari said her husband did not know many top government appointees, and she accused them of not sharing the vision of APC.
In his comments to reporters, Buhari also said he hopes his wife will remember that he ran for president three times before succeeding on the fourth effort.
“So I claim superior knowledge over her and the rest of the opposition, because in the end I have succeeded. It’s not easy to satisfy the whole Nigerian opposition parties or to participate in the government.”

According to Lailasblog, 23-year-old Jessica is based in Abuja. She was arrested for blackmailing a married lover of hers, after secretly recording him while still naked, after they had a good time in a hotel. .
She threatened to send the video to the man’s wife unless he paid her N185k. The man obliged and paid. She then proceeded to make another demand of N50k. That was when the man got the police involved and Jessica was nabbed.
Five infants of about 14-month-old have been rescued at Iyana-Ipaja roundabout, Lagos from beggars who used them to solicit alms. Many of the kids were engaged directly for begging by their biological mothers while others were ‘rented’.
The beggars usually move from one location to the other, calling on passers-by and motorists they come across to assist them, using babies or kids in their hands to elicit sympathy. One of the women, who was arrested with two identical twins, Mrs. Abosede Ayuba, claimed that she lost her husband when she gave birth to the twins.
She said: “I used to work before but I stopped working when I did not have strength to work. As I speak, I don’t have a cup of ‘Gaari’ at home to give them.”
On her part, Shakira Olatunde, 35, claimed her husband absconded when she gave birth to her child. She said: “I was selling rice and beans but when Customs seized my goods I became helpless.
When I was selling sachet water, the Kick Against Indiscipline (KAI) officials arrested me.” The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youth and Social Development, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola, said the women and their infants were apprehended during routine rescue operations by the ministry.
Muri-Okunola, who reaffirmed government’s commitment to enforce the Child Right Law, said one of the women was caught without her children as they escaped arrest on sighting the rescue team.
He said: “It is very sad that most of the beggars are not the biological parents of the children they use for begging.
It is our responsibility as government to protect the dignity of children being used as tools for begging which is a punishable offence.”
Muri-Okunola added that government would not relent in dealing with beggars as some of the beggars were known for aiding and abetting criminal acts such as kidnapping and robbery among others.
This, Muri-Okunola said, would help government in its means of protecting and securing the lives and property of the citizenry as well as protect the dignity of the child.

Lieutenant Tim McMillan is a police officer in Garden City, Georgia, just outside Savannah, and he detailed the meeting he had while on the job.
‘I pulled a car over last night for texting and driving. When I went to talk to the driver, I found a young black male, who was looking at me like he was absolutely terrified with his hands up,’ Lt McMillian said.
‘He said, “What do you want me to do officer?” His voice was quivering. He was genuinely scared.
‘I just looked at him for a moment, because what I was seeing made me sad. I said, “I just don’t want you to get hurt.”
The officer continues with his story, saying the young man then asked if he needed to get out of the car.
‘I said, “No, I don’t want you to text and drive. I don’t want you to get in a wreck. I want your mom to always have her baby boy.
I want you to grow up and be somebody. I don’t even want to write you a ticket. Just please pay attention, and put the phone down. I just don’t want you to get hurt.”
‘I truly don’t even care who’s fault it is that young man was so scared to have a police officer at his window.
Blame the media, blame bad cops, blame protestors, or Colin Kaepernick if you want.
It doesn’t matter to me who’s to blame. I just wish somebody would fix it.”

Before you call yourself a real man naturally it is when you can win your partner 3-4 rounds of sex & at least 20minutes before ejaculation as real men does.
Some health challenges today such as low sperm count, weak erection, prostate enlargement, male infertility, fibroids, block fallopian tube, hypertension, diabetes and mouth odour has grown so widely in our generation now a days due to lack of proper care by not consulting an expert on that particular conditions.
Sex is the sauce of life, the ultimate physical ecstasy. It makes the world go round, it enlivens the senses. Instills well being and fulfill unexpressed wishes.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has said the Federal Government would not rest on its oars until it secures the release of the remaining Chibok schoolgirls believed to still be under the captivity of Boko Haram.
He also insisted that for the 21 girls released on Thursday to the government no swap deal was struck contrary to insinuation that government exchanged four Boko Haram members in its detention facility to secure the release of the girls.
The VP received the 21 Chibok girls on Thursday night where they are being recuperated at the Department of State Services (DSS) medical centre located along Airport Road, Abuja.
He visited the health facility in company of the Director General of the DSS, Lawal Daura; Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Muhammed; Minister of Women Affairs; Aisha Alhassan; Minister of State for Budget and National Planning, Ahmed Zanaib, among others.
Osinbajo also debunked speculations that the Red Cross Society aided government in securing the release of the girls, saying all what the renowned international humanitarian organisation did was to provide medical assistance to the girls at the point when they were released to government.
He revealed separately that the Swiss government aided the negotiations and that only one out of the 21 girls had a baby.
He also disclosed that the parents of the girls would be free to visit the girls as from Friday, October 14.
“There was no swap of any kind. Even when we started negotiations, we said we will consider all options available to us. Absolutely, there was no exchange of any kind this time.
“But we must be sensitive to the fact that the government wants these girls back and alive, again, we must balance it against the security and safety of the country,” the VP said.
Yet again, top Nigerian RnB singer, rapper and EME boss, Banky W has responded to those who have been on his neck for him to get married.
The singer has however, said he would never be under pressure to marry.
While speaking in a programme on Metro fm, he explained why he’s not in a hurry to marry, he insisted that marriage is not meant for every single person.
According to him, the process of finding a woman whom one would love and connect with may lead to a delay in marriage.
“The same people who would pressurize you to get married are the people who would criticize you when you fail. ‘Oprah Wilson changed the world but she never got married. It is not the destiny of every single person to get married,” he snapped.
On whether he’s planning to dump music for any other profession, he said;

Prominent Nollywood comic actor, Osita Iheme, known for his classic role name, Pawpaw, in an interview with Punch says he doesn’t believe he has to meet Miss Right before he makes up his mind about settling down.
Unlike his comic half, Aki (Chinedu Ikedieze), Osita is still a bachelor, when asked why he has not followed Aki’s example, the comic actor looks confused and he is speechless for awhile.
Then he speaks:
“Marriage is not something that anybody should rush into. I will get married at the right time. When it’s time for me to get married, you will know. You will be informed.”
The actor dismisses the rumour that he is still waiting for the proverbial Miss Right, saying;
“There is no Miss Right anywhere. I don’t believe that I should meet Miss Right before I make up my mind about marriage. Besides, there is no wife for anybody. Once you get somebody attached to you, she will become your wife.”
Despite the popularity that he enjoys among millions of movie fans across Nigeria, even beyond the country’s borders, Osita says that he has been publicly embarrassed by the same fans and admirers on some occasions.
Recalling a particular incident, which occurred somewhere in neighbouring Benin Republic, he says;
“An excited fan removed my cap and gave me a knock on my head. He said he had been seeing me in the movies and only wanted to confirm if I was really the one. Although I felt quite embarrassed by his behaviour, I let the incident pass because I could see that he acted out of excitement.”
