Hours after the Nigerian male Barbie confirmed that his “Bae” was actually a man , he came out to issue a public apology to Nigerian gay activist, Bisi Alimi and his gay fans for saying he supports Nigeria’s 14 year jail term anti-gay marriage law.
In an interview he had in the penultimate week, he had revealed he is not gay and in fact, to prove he really is not, he strongly seconded the Anti-gay law in Nigeria – his notion, caused the stir of his gay fans and the gay rights activist.
The male barbie has now come out to apologize because according to him, his friends also called him out.
The Nigerian gay rights activist, moments ago, shared the below on his Instagram page saying “living your authentic self will put a smile on your face.”
Living an authentic life is fulfilling. It might not make you rich or famous. It might not get you the ‘the best things’ in life. But it will get you one thing. One big thing. The pleasure of appreciating who you see when you look in the mirror.
Living your authentic self will put a smile on your face even when you are having a shitty day. It’s the best gift you can give you. Know thyself, love thyself
I love y’all always. ❤️ #authentic #realyou #gayman #blackgayman #acomplished #lovewins

In yet another tweet from Mr. Uchenna. – The Guy who previously said “No Nigerian Lady can buy an expensive gadget e.g. an iPhone with her hard-earned money” (Read Details + Comments He Got) He says all Nigerian women who calls their husband/boyfriend “Partners” are lame.
He insists a boyfriend/husband is your master, personal Lord and saviour! thus they should be worshiped.
A Kenyan Gospel Singer all the way from Nairobi shared photos of her sex self while on vacay with her hubby.
Apparently, many of her fans found it offensive and of course picked offense, saying that her photos were inappropraite considering the fact that she’s a gospel singer.
Her name is Veronicah Sande and she was bashed so bad that her husband even had to step in. According to him, the follower was among those that make Christianity look so boring they can’t win souls for God anymore.
That his wife is allowed to do whatever she wants, that he even bought her the sexy outfits she wears. Read their heated argument below and tell us what you think. Whether you agree with the follower vexing or not.
A Kenyan woman has done the unthinkable recently after she noticed she did not get pregnant during her honeymoon.
Tuko reports that the woman who is now bothered about the consequences of her action, confessed to a local daily, how she and her new husband had lots of unprotected sex during honeymoon. But with all the sex, she still didn’t get pregnant.
“We just decided to have a baby there and then. Two weeks later, we jetted back to Nairobi but I noticed something different. My periods had not stopped. I became worried and hid my emotions from my husband,” said the woman.
When she didn’t experience all the morning sickness symptoms of pregnancy, she ran to the doctor who confirmed to her that she was not pregnant. She then shifted all the blame about her childlessness to her husband but opted to keep her mouth shut about it.
“I knew it would lead to divorce so I decided to formulate a plan. I decided to do something completely forbidden in my village. I decided to go to a witch doctor,” narrated the woman. She lied to her husband that she was travelling home to see her mother only to divert and go to a wizard.
“I went straight to the witch’s house. I had been told that he’d been able to help another woman conceive before. His house was located in a bushy area and that is where all the magic happened,” added the woman.
She later gave birth to a healthy baby by who is said to be 3 years old today. “I have never told my husband who the father of the child is. Do you think I should let him know the truth?” concluded the woman.
The naira slumped to a new all-time low of 470 to the dollar on the parallel market on Wednesday, posting its biggest daily decline since the Central Bank of Nigeria adopted a flexible foreign exchange regime.
The local currency stood at 452 to the dollar at the close of trading on Tuesday, down from 445 against the greenback on Monday.
The naira closed flat at 312.99 against the dollar at the interbank market on Wednesday, according to data from FMDQ OTC Securities Exchange.
Traders and analysts said dollar liquidity remained a major challenge in the market amid surging demand pressure on the greenback by parents paying schools fees of their children studying overseas as well as travellers.
The President, Association of Bureau De Change Operators of Nigeria, Alhaji Aminu Gwadabe, told our correspondent, “The rate is N472 to the dollar as we await the kick-off of the distribution of dollars to the BDCs by Travelex on Friday.
“As we speak, no bank is dispensing dollars to the BDCs. The BDCs’ accounts were debited by some banks since Monday and they are not able to pay any of the BDCs so far debited by them. This is really sending a bad signal in the market.”
A currency analyst at Ecobank Nigeria, Mr. Kunle Ezun, said the parallel market was being used as a mirror of what the naira should be doing, adding, “For me, it may not really reflect naira’s performance. But basically, it is a demand and supply dynamics.”
According to him, the volatility in the parallel market will continue as long as the 41 items excluded from the official forex market remain banned.
“Around this time, a lot of people are paying school fees abroad and we see a lot of demand for forex for other sundry expenses or obligations. So, all of these will put pressure on the naira at the parallel market,” he added.
Noting that the naira had been relatively stable in the official market, Ezun said, “But the parallel market will always respond to liquidity, which is not available. The parallel market will help you to assess the level of liquidity in the market.
“So, if liquidity is high, we will see it in the parallel market. But as we speak today, there is no liquidity in the market, and that is why we keep seeing that volatility in the parallel market.”
The Ecobank analyst said the naira might hit 500 against the dollar in the coming days.
He explained, “The only way out is when there is dollar inflow into the market, and this is one of the reasons the CBN says it is not willing to cut the Monetary Policy Rate now. The idea is that why you are still trying to woo foreign investors into your fixed-income market, you should continue to be able to assure them of returns on their investment.
“What the CBN can do is to use monetary policy to keep encouraging inflows into the market.”
Obsession is a psychological disease that could prompt human beings to take very irrational decision.

Fuckboys need not apply. For the most part, I’d agree with that whole “age is just a number” saying … except where dating is involved. And particularly if you’re dating a girl in her late twenties.
In fact, if you’re used to dating fresher meat, you’re probably in for a rude awakening. As in, you’ll need to up your game, and be prepared to be called on your bullishit If you’re falling for a girl in her late 20s, here are a few things you should know.
1. She doesn’t need you. She’s used to doing it all herself. She’s got a trick for opening jars that are stuck, a step stool for changing that ceiling light, and she’s gotten pretty damn good at putting together furniture that comes in 1,000 pieces from Ikea. She’s used to not asking for help, so she won’t.
If you want to lend her a hand, don’t ask her. Just reach up and change that light bulb when you see her coming through with the step stool.
After embattled actress Ibinabo Fiberesima faced the challenges of five years imprisonment over the death of one Dr. Giwa Suraj, she has bounced back to Nollywood.
She is presently on set a new movie where she is playing an Alhaja.
The appeal filed by e. Fiberesima was sentenced to five years imprisonment by Justice Deborah Oluwayemi over reckless driving that caused the death of one Dr. Giwa Suraj who was a staff of one of Lagos State’s hospitals, in an auto accident along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos. Dissatisfied, the actress filed an amended appeal through her lawyer, Nnaemeka Amaechina urging the court to set aside the five year sentence and restore the decision of the Magistrate Court.
Six persons have been reported dead and two unconscious this morning in a hotel known as 50-50 located around Uyo street close to First Bank in Umuahia, Abia State capital.
According to Abia Facts Newspaper, the hotel is a brothel and the girls living there have had experience of mysterious slaps some weeks back that initially left one person unconscious.
This incident of strange slaps made all the occupant of the brothel to leave, only for the owner to recruit news ladies from other cities.
Unfortunately, 3 prostitutes and their customers are today not alive to tell the story of what happened overnight that left them dead. All the six corpses have been deposited at the morgue as at press time and the two unconscious body taken to the hospital.
The Nigerian Police also cordoned off the hotel, as a mammoth crowd gathered around the hotel in hopes of unraveling this mystery.
One of the nation’s pioneer disc jockeys, Michael Adedoyin, popularly known as DJ Midas passed away on Tuesday September 27, 2016 of a brief undisclosed illness.
Midas, whose contemporaries are such deejays as DJ Jimmy Jatt and Humility, joined Silverbird’s Rhythm FM in 1998 as a pioneer and regular DJ host and ended up spending most of his career there.
He is regarded as one of Nigeria’s pioneer disc jockeys, who helped in developing the profession and raising its profile in an era when the craft was poorly recognized within the country.
DJ Midas was 45 years of age.
Siverbird Rhythm confirmed the death, with a statement released on their official website.
“We are sad to announce the passing away of a friend, former colleague and one of the baddest DJs in Nigeria, Michael Adedoyin aka DJ Midas,” the statement reads.
“DJ Midas as he is fondly called by his fans and loved ones was one of the pioneers of Disc jockeying in Nigeria. He was adored by many due to his jovial nature as well as his skills on the turntable.
“After working for many years at Silverbird’s Rhythm 93.7FM, he went on to continue his career as a DJ, still delivering top notch entertainment to his many adoring fans. Our prayers are with his family at this time even as they mourn his death.”
As we countdown the days to the country celebrating her 56th Independence, we wanted to be sure of how well you know your country by challenging with some historical facts!
Did you know the National flag once had a blaring red sun in between the Green colours and on the white?! I bet you didn’t!
The national flag is an adaptation of the winning entry from Taiwo Akinkunmi in a competition held in 1959. The original submission had a red radiating sun badge in the center triptych of one white horizontal with a green horizontal on each side. After the badge was removed by the judges, the flag has remained unchanged.
The designer of the national flag was Michael Taiwo Akinkunmi, a twenty-three-year-old student. He was studying at Norwich Technical College in England when he saw an advertisement in a newspaper that submissions were being accepted for the design of a new National flag. In 1959 Akinkunmi’s design was chosen as the winner and, with adaptations, was first officially used on October 1, 1960, Nigeria’s Independence Day
See before and after photo of Taiwo Akinkunmi below:
Shimon Peres, one of Israel’s defining political figures who shared a Nobel Prize for forging a peace deal between Israelis and Palestinians, has died at the age of 93, two weeks after suffering a stroke.
Described as a constant force for generations in Israeli politics, Peres had twice served as prime minister of Israel and later as the country’s ninth president.
It is believed that he is one of the last of a generation of Israeli politicians who were present at the forging of the new nation in 1948.
He suffered a massive stroke about two weeks ago and had been on a respirator in an Israeli hospital near Tel Aviv. Though his conditions improved , it became worse on Tuesday leading to his eventual departure in the early hours of today.
His son Chemi led tributes to “one of the founding fathers of the state of Israel” who “worked tirelessly” for it.
In more than six decades of political life his defining achievement was as one of the key architects of the Oslo peace accords, for which he was jointly awarded the Nobel peace prize in 1994 with the then Israeli prime minister, Yitzhak Rabin, and Yasser Arafat, the chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organisation.
Those peace agreements – signed in Washington in 1993 and Taba, Egypt in 1995, – foresaw the creation of a Palestinian state, and were named after the Norwegian capital where the two sides launched eight months of secret negotiations in which Peres played a key role.
With Peres’s death the last of that trio is now gone.
This hapless teenager, didn’t get the best of parenting from her parents as her mom spent less time with her to give motherly advises and support but she rather forsook her child and went on fervently preaching the gospel.
While on one hand, it’s her religious obligation to spread the word of truth, but it is also on the other hand, a biblical instruction to cater for the affairs of your children and not leave them hanging to themselves.
The user who shared the news says the mother who “goes around spreading the gospel” is living in denial.

Have you ever wondered what causes that popping sound when you crack your knuckles?
Ever wondered why do people even crack their knuckles in the first place? You’d find this article very educating.
If you’re a knuckle-cracker, you know how it goes:
Sometimes you just don’t feel right until you pull, bend, or push your fingers until they pop and you’re flooded with satisfaction.
On the other hand, if you’re not prone to cracking your knuckles, the urge might seem bizarre or even a little gross.
What causes that popping sound?
For decades, scientists have been trying to figure out what goes on physically to elicit that signature popping noise. A recent study in PLOS ONE has cracked, so to speak, the code behind this weird bodily function, revealing that the sound happens as a result of an air bubble that forms when a joint is pulled apart.
The process is technically called “tribonucleation,” or the quick separation of two surfaces followed by a cavity formation, say the researchers in the study.
A team of University of Alberta researchers had a study participant place his fingers into a tubular finger trap one at a time. A cable attached to the finger’s tip then slowly pulled until a knuckle cracked.
The cracks were caught on MRI video so researchers could investigate what was going on, and each happened in the space of one frame (a.k.a. in 310 milliseconds).
While research from 1971 suggested the popping sound was due to the collapse of pre-existing bubbles in joints’ synovial fluid, this finding confirms a 1947 study that found it’s actually the creation of bubbles in the synovial fluid that causes the noise.
Think of synovial fluid as the lubricant that exists between two joints. It’s necessary for proper joint and bone movement and comfort.
The joint separates, a dark bubble appears in the intervening fluid, and then everything settles back into place.
Although the joint looks like it’s back to normal, it has to undergo a refractory period before it can crack again.
“The fluid takes time to refill and create the same dynamics it had before,” says Michael Suk, M.D., chairman of the department of orthopedic surgery at Geisinger Health System. “It’s like pouring oil through a very small hole in an hourglass—it takes time for it to fill up again.”
Why do people even crack their knuckles in the first place?
“There’s both a mental and physical component,” says Suk. “From a mental standpoint, it’s almost a nervous habit for some people, much like drumming their fingers or biting their nails. I think to some degree, there’s a feeling associated with doing it as a mental stress reliever.”
Meanwhile, “from a physical standpoint, I think what this study shows is as you create space in the knuckle, you’re decompressing the joint,” says Suk. “In many cases, that can result in greater fluid movement in the joint itself, so your finger feels less constrained.”
Are some people just not capable of doing it?
Although it seems like some people can crack their knuckles without an issue and others can’t no matter what, that’s likely not the case. “If we understand joints to be what they are, everyone has the potential to crack their knuckles,” says Suk.
“The difference is that some people have a lower threshold of pressure for separating them, but others require much more force to create the separation.” Don’t take that as license to apply a ton of pressure just to hear the pop, though.
“There have been some reports that people can tear or stretch tendons based on how they crack their knuckles,”says Suk. “Some people pull, while others bend their fingers. Depending on how forcefully you do so, you can injure your hand.”
Makeup artist Mamza Beauty, has come out to defend First lady, Mrs Aisha Buhari, following criticisms laid on her after the First Lady’s decision to fly her to the US for the just concluded UN General Assembly.
Sharing more photos from the session, the Abuja-based makeup artist said that Mrs Buhari’s efforts towards eradicating child malnutrition, hunger, and other social issues through her pet project, Future Assured, should be commended instead.
She wrote:
“Read…for those who CARE to be enlightened about her trip….Getting Her Excellency(Wife of the President of Nigeria) ready for the 71st United Nations General Assembly(I am deeply honored);
where she is advocating for support to push forward the Child nutrition project which would CREATE JOBS for our youths, SOLVE MALNOURISHMENT , HUNGER issues and help BOOST our nations’ GDP. Food for malnourished and hunger stricken children are deployed from donors to help alleviate poverty and solve the problem of malnourishment, but before the food reaches Nigeria some of the children die from starvation. So Mrs Buhari is pushing to solve this predicament for the Nigerian child amongst other programs by pushing for the set up of a food factory (Nutritional plant) in Nigeria, which would produce healthy and nutritious ready to use therapeutic food (RUTF)for babies and toddlers ‘AT NO COST’. Some neighboring countries in Africa (Niger) have a factory set up to produce their own food, empowered by the UN…so @aishambuhari asks “WHY NOT NIGERIA”? . It is easy to judge from the sidelines when u don’t really know what is going on…”
One doesn’t simply forget the estrangement of this couple few years back mehn! But it looks as if there’s no love lost between the both of them as the singer shared this photo with the caption:
“It’s always a pleasure seeing u my dear friend. Empee”.
Reality TV star, Khloe Kardashian believes in honesty in relationships except when the truth ‘could really hurt someone you’re dating.‘
She took to her website to give out advice on when one is allowed to lie in relationships…
‘Honesty is always the best policy when it comes to relationships,’ ‘But there are some scenarios when telling the truth could really hurt someone you’re dating.’These are my rules for whether or not you should tell a white lie to your man.’
In regards to questions on How Many People You’ve Slept With, Khloe said:
‘I don’t ask this question but I would expect him to tell me if I’m in a room with someone he used to hook up with…
‘I’m not going to lie about this one, I just don’t think it’s a necessary conversation.’
And If You’ve Hooked Up With One Of His Friends, she warned:
‘Say something! That’s definitely going to come out!!’
Khloe does admit that one can lie a little to spare someone’s feelings regarding something like his outfit.

A man claims that God told him to start digging a hole in the jungle 18 years ago, and he hasn’t stopped since then – Santiago Sanchez, 69, says he regards it as the Lord’s work and he devotes every waking hour to the project.
The pensioner heads to the tunnel in the city of Berlin, in the western El Salvador department of Usulutan, at around 3 AM. And every time he emerges he is carrying around 90 pounds of rock, stones and debris, following what God told him.
During an interview with Univision journalist Ernesto Rivas, Sanchez explained:
What I am doing is a spiritual revelation from God.” “Only I am allowed to go to the end, because I am God’s tunnel digger. Nobody else is allowed to go there.”
The journalist who went into the tunnel to have a look confessed that by the time he got halfway, was struggling to breathe and had to leave quickly.
Despite his conviction that he is following God’s orders, he has many critics and many more who laugh at what he is doing.
His wife, named Isabel Ventura, said that “there are people who say that he is crazy” but he answers that “no one knows what God is going to demand from you.”
Because nobody else other than Santiago has ever been to the end, he is the only one who knows how far it actually goes but after 18 years, it is believed to be some way.
Rwanda event organisers and music promoters left Nigerian legend 2face Idibia disgraced after they made him perform to an empty hall filled with empty seats at a poorly organised, flopped concert in Kigali.
Less than 50 people showed up for Nigerian 2face Idibia’s concert at Kigali Serena Hotel.
The ‘African Queen’ star, came on stage at about 11:30p.m, which was after several hours of dialogue between his management and the organisers of the show. He immediately apologized to the few who made it to the show, promising to deliver “unique” performances.
“Hello Kigali. I know you’re very few bu t we don’t want to talk about whatever happened. I am going to do a unique show for you who managed to come”, he said.
The RnB and afrobeat superstar had been brought in by Belinda Umurerwa, under her events company, Kigali Entertainment Promoters, but what happened on the day left behind many lessons for show organisers.
According to Rwandans, the show which would have been a success failed due to the organizers inability to adequately promote the show.
