One of Nigerian superstar singer Davido’s domestic staff has taken to social media to express his joy after riding in the singer’s Lamborghini.

A video shared on social media by the young man, who is said to be Davido’s cook, shows him and the 30BG boss’ personal driver, Tunde, taking a ride in the luxury vehicle.

Although it is unclear what the two of them were doing or where they were headed, it appears they were sent on an errand.

The ecstatic cook can be heard expressing amazement at the interior design as he sits in the passenger seat, while Tunde occupies the driver’s seat.

As the driver speeds off, the other staff member, who still can’t believe he is actually in a Lamborghini, repeatedly exclaims, “In a Lambo way.”

In other news, Nigerian comedienne Gloria Oloruntobi, popularly known as Maraji, has opined that there is nothing wrong with Ekiti chef Dammy’s attempt to break Hilda Baci’s new record.

An undergraduate from Ekiti state, identified as Damilola Adeparusi, better known as Chef Dammy, recently completed a 120-hour cook-a-thon in an effort to surpass Hilda Baci’s record for the longest cooking time by an individual.

However, the attempt received mixed reactions, with the majority criticizing her for not waiting for some time before attempting to break Hilda’s record. The Guinness World Record confirmed Hilda as the record holder for the longest cooking time by an individual on Tuesday, June 13.

In a video shared on social media, Maraji addressed the criticism and defended Chef Dammy’s attempt, stating that there is nothing wrong with it as life itself is a competition.

She pointed out that in various creative fields, such as music and comedy, individuals do not wait for others to achieve success before pursuing their own dreams.

Maraji countered the critics who suggested that Chef Dammy should have collaborated with brands or followed specific protocols like Hilda Baci did. She argued that such expectations were unfounded and expressed disappointment that the majority of critics were women.

She also cited examples of people from the same country who have broken records within 24 hours after they were set.

Recall that Davido’s 3-year-old son and his partner, Chioma, drowned at his Banana Island mansion in October 2022.

There have been unconfirmed rumors that Davido has a child with London based makeup artist, Larissa Lorenco but he seemed to have confirmed it by sharing that he had another son called Dawson who Ifeanyi was older than.

He revealed this on an recent episode of ABtalks podcast while talking about his kids.

He also added that his daughter Hailey looked so much like his late mother and he named both Imade and Hailey after his mom.

During a recent interview with Omega, Davido revealed that he still sheds tears whenever he remembers his son’s death.

He noted that many people expected his latest album, ‘Timeless,’ to have a somber theme due to the loss of his son. However, he chose to focus on creating energetic and lively tracks instead.
