Reality TV star, Neo Akpofure has revealed why his estranged partners find it difficult to move on following a breakup.

In a recent interview, the Big Brother Naija star, who was in a relationship with colleague Vee until their breakup in 2021, revealed that all of his estranged lovers want to rekindle a relationship with him.

Speaking during the interview with media personality Toke Makinwa, where he shared intriguing facts about himself, Neo said he’s one of those men whose ex-lovers regret losing.

He stated that, as a result, his former lovers, including fellow reality TV star Vee, are all yearning to have a relationship with him once again.

According to him, he takes relationships and dating seriously, and he is not the kind of person a woman would be happy to be done with.

“I feel like for every girl I have been with I always tell myself that ‘look I am not doing it for….. I am trying to be in a relationship with you and when it ends, it feels like thank God I am done with that. I feel like my exes want to come back because I try to make myself so invested and committed that when she leaves, as would remember me”. He said.

Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye otherwise known as Mr. P, recently turned down a lady who wanted to test the authenticity of his jewelry at a show.

A video serving rounds online captures the moment the content creator approached the singer and requested for permission to test his diamond chain.

The singer, who felt offended by the request, asked if he looked like someone who wears fake jewelry, considering his celebrity status and class.

To escape from the rather ’embarrassing’ situation, he added that he was rushing to perform on stage and refused to allow her test his jewelry.

“Do I look like somebody who wears fake?,” he asked as he walked away.

Controversial Nigerian singer, Portable has taken to social media to lament bitterly after he was sprayed fake money at a show.

He went to perform at a show in Sagamu, Ogun State, on Saturday, February 18, when fun-seekers sprayed him ‘money’ during his performance.

However, the ‘Zazuh’ star, who is accustomed to being sprayed money at events, received a rude shock when he got back to his hotel and discovered that the money were all fake.

In the video, he showed off the ‘fake money,’ which appeared to have been printed by the club, possibly due to the naira scarcity crisis.

Speaking in the video, the singer, who spoke in Yoruba, said,

“It will never be well with you all. The country is scattered. So you guys have started printing money. Don’t worry. Me too I will start buy machine that will be used to print money. I went for a show in Sagamu yesterday. They did not spray original money. See the money they sprayed Super star. I don’t know this one o. They have started printing moiney in their house. Popular Nigerian dancer and singer, Korra Obidi has again got netizens talking over a new photo of herself she shared on social media.

The mother of two, who has severally received backlash over her choice of outfits in the majority of photos and videos she shares online, raised eyebrows over a raunchy picture she recently shared online.

A group of angry residents recently confronted a POS vendor for requesting an outrageous amount on cash withdrawal amidst scarcity of new Naira notes.

In a viral video, a man can be seen ranting after discovering that they would have to pay N4,000 to receive N10,000.

Customers who wanted to withdraw money but were put off by the exorbitant cost swarmed a POS operator and informed her she would not be allowed to operate.

She, on the other hand, stated that she was merely following orders from her boss and that she did not make the N4k charge on her own.

Her explanations did not appease the enraged men and they decided to remove the lady’s POS umbrella and table, forcing her to leave.

The man who confronted her could be heard repeatedly expressing his outrage at the extent of exploitation individuals had to face in the country.

Popular businessman, Olakunle Churchill has replied to his ex-wife, Tonto Dikeh, and debunked her accusations that he was broke and did not care for his son.

The mother of one took to her Instagram page to share a video of the unexpected visit, in which she evidently looked flustered.

In the video, the billionaire businessman, who came in the company of his wife Regina, chided Yvonne for not staying in touch with him after their previous meeting.

He then gave her his phone number and inquired about her well-being and where she would be staying for the duration of the filming.

Humbled by the visit, Yvonne posted a video of her conversation with the business mogul and appreciated Regina for orchestrating it. She also said she was surprised that Ned Nwoko came to visit her specifically.

The 39-year-old actress captioned the post,

“@regina.daniels this was indeed a surprise. Indeed was humbled to know he came specifically to see me.
Thanks to you and your family for the warm embrace.”

Reacting, Regina Daniels wrote in the comment section, “Ooooh mami…. I’m so happy to be filming with you ….. I love you always

Nigerian billionaire businessman, Emeka Okonkwo, famously known as E-money, is celebrating his birthday today, February 18.

He took to his Instagram page to release royalty-themed photos of himself to mark his new age, and expressed gratitude to God for blessing him.

The young billionaire, who is the CEO of Five Star Group and Emy Cargo Limited, used captivating hashtags to declare that he is too loaded to be stranded, and that it is too late for him to fail.

Popular Nollywood actress, Ini Edo, has shared her thoughts on body enhancements and cosmetic surgeries among women.

In a recent interview with Pulse Nigeria, the Shanty Town star, who is rumoured to have had cosmetic surgery to modify her body, discussed cosmetic enhancement and people who body shame women who enhance their bodies.

When asked what she felt about women getting their bodies altered and having cosmetic procedures done, as well as what she had to say about those who body shame women who have these procedures done, she said,

“I mean, I just feel like anybody who sits around judging people, nobody has a right to tell anybody how to live their lives or who to be or who not to be. It’s not your place. You don’t have that right.

And so for me, I say to people who do that, I’m like, you first of all have to be able to dictate the pace of your life to be able to dictate somebody else’s pace. It makes no sense that you have no control over your own life and you’re trying to think that it’s okay to have control over somebody else’s life, it doesn’t make any sense. And I say to women, you be your own person.

You make your own choices and live with the consequences of your choices, of your actions. So it’s not anybody’s place to dictate to a woman how she should look. If she should be fat, if she should be slim, if she should be thick.

And especially in this kind of industry where we are in, I remember there was a time when people used to say to me, “oh you added so much weight, you should lose weight”, you know, people begin to put all those crazy ideas in your head and if you as a woman, you allow it, it forms an expression. Some people fall into places where they start to doubt themselves and their self confidence begins to dwindle because of the constant negatives that you’re hearing.

But you need to grow to a point where you realize that it is your body, it is your life, nobody else has the right to tell you do this or don’t do this. It is your right to say this is what I want to look like, this is how I want to look. Do whatever works for you as long as you’re able to live with the consequences of your actions, it is entirely your prerogative!.”

Big Brother Naija star Chinonso Opara, popularly known as KimOprah, has said that people often condemn her for being beautiful.

The former beauty queen who stated this in an interview with a media personality, Hawa Magaji, said people criticise her for weird reasons, one of which is being good-looking.

“People criticise me for the weirdest reason. How can you drag me for being beautiful? Sometimes, people also pit celebs against one another, creating animosity for no reason.” She said.

KimOprah also revealed that she broke down after her participation on the Big Brother Naija realitiy show.

Her words,

“My life has been one of grace and blessings, because some things happen and one wonders why. I really broke down after Big Brother. I have never shared this story. I was really broken, because with pageantry, I did not get anywhere. I thought BBN would be different because it was out of my comfort zone. My people advised me to try it because I had been in Lagos for about a year hosting events. I recall that I used to tell Denrele Edun to give me some of the gigs that were below his pay grade.”

“Growing up with a strong independent woman helped me business wise, and in life generally. It taught me not to wait on anyone. If one has to do something, one has to do it by oneself. I don’t wait around for people to do something for me; I just do it myself.” She added.

Controversial Nigerian street-hop artiste, Habeeb Okikiola also known as Portable, has taken to a filling station to perform for a crowd of youths.

Following months of fuel scarcity, residents across the country flock to gas stations on a regular basis to fill up their cars and generators.

Portable, who was in Oyo state to shut down the town, stopped at a fueling station and put on an impromptu music session for the folks there.

A viral video shows the Zazuu star mounting a diesel pump and giving an amazing performance.

He clutched a microphone in his hand and performed his distinctive dancing routines, much to the delight and relief of the waiting throng.

Before Portable’s performance, no Nigerian artist had ever performed in a gas station. He previously set a similar record when he became the first person to perform a concert on the water in Rivers state.

Nigerian actress, Uche Ogbodo has voiced concern over her male friends’ choice to stop communicating with her after she married.

She wondered whether the guys decided to desert her because they were jealous because she had chosen to be permanently committed to another man.

Taking to her Instagram page, Uche shared a long video with her concerns and queried other women if the men wanted her to live as a spinster for the rest of her life so that they could be there as a shoulder to cry on.

Ogbodo threatened to reveal some of her male friends who abandoned her and claimed that they did not send celebratory messages or well wishes when she married.

The actress claimed there was never any relationship between her and any of them, but even those she would have considered friends with her have stopped communicating with her.

She revealed that she does not care about their reasons because what she presently does is better.

Sharing her thoughts with fellow actress, Mercy Johnson on the most recent episode of ‘Mercy’s Menu,’ Shaffy indicated that she prefers companionship and would like to settle down with a partner but not in the traditional marriage setting.

She said;

“I am a one man kind of woman and I believe there is a lot of women here to fill a home.
That is why when I meet people or go on a date, they are women.
I want to settle with someone at the end of the day, I don’t want to be 55 and then go out or have a birthday party and then come home and be all alone, I don’t want that.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, President of LoveWorld Incorporated has shared the vision he got from the Holy Spirit about three presidential candidates as the 2023 election draws near.

At a recent ministration, the cleric said the Spirit addressed one of the candidates as a “Jackal”.

Oyakhilome stated that when he examined the dictionary for the meaning of “jackal”, he noticed it meant a “trickster, swindler, one that acts on behalf of another for the purpose of deceit”.

All Or Nothing Hits Cinemas This Weekend

After months of post-production, ’All or Nothing’, A Kingsview Original Production, will start showing in the cinemas this weekend.

Produced by Peekaboo Production and directed by xxxxxxx, the movie is a creative portrayal of the effects of gambling and a gambler’s desire for redemption.

It follows the life of Lucky, a chronic gambler who just got born again and must do all he can to repay the debt he owes a street mafia or risk losing his life and that of his girlfriend.

An unemployed graduate and a chronic gambler, Lucky gets invited to church by a woman he saved from street touts and at the church he gets born again, determined to live a holy life. But his addiction to gambling takes over when he receives news that his mother is sick and needs urgent medical attention.

Afraid he’ll lose his mother if he doesn’t send money home; Lucky borrows money from a street mafia and fails to pay it back. The street mafia captures Lucky but cancels the debt after Lucky’s pastor intercedes.

A few months later, the street mafia shows up at Lucky’s doorstep with a bag and instructs him to keep the bag safe. He warns Lucky not to open the bag.

Lucky gives in to his urges, opens the bag and discovers a stash of cash. The next couple of days see Lucky breaking every new principle he now stands for as makes amends for his wrongs while trying to save those he loves who are now victims of his actions.

Producer of the film, Darlington Abuda says that ‘All or Nothing’ is a succinct approach to the gambling pandemic and how it takes a toll on the families and loved ones of addicts.

“This is an issue that is not given much thought in our countries today, but the numbers don’t lie. A look at the data on gambling addicts in Nigeria should give anyone reason to worry.

The movie also taps into one of Kingview’s core value of keeping viewers entertained while addressing societal issues,” he said.

Distributed by Silverbird Distribution, the movie stars the likes of IK Ogbonna, Abayomi Alvin, Chinenye Nnebe, Senator Comedian, Vikta Godvoice, Uzodinma Esther and a host of others.
