Controversial Nigerian clergyman, Apostle Johnson Suleman has replied Twitter influencer, Daniel Regha, after he called him out for not seeking justice for those killed during an assassination attempt on his life.

Recall that on October 21, 2022, unknown gunmen attacked the clergyman’s convoy in Edo state and opened fire at them, resulting in the death of seven persons including four policemen. Fortunately, the clergyman and his family escaped unhurt because they were in a bulletproof car.

At the time, Apostle Suleman claimed to know the mastermind behind the gruesome attack but refused to disclose their names. ICYMI, watch him speak here

Three months after the assassination attempt, Daniel Regha took to Twitter to call out the clergyman for not divulging the names of the criminals and failing to seek justice for the deceased.

“Apostle Suleman is yet to reveal the names of those who sent assassins after him; Seven people were sadly killed (RIP), but he’s not seeking justice for ’em. Why is he keeping silent about this? The authorities needs to bring him in for questioning, & update the general public,” Regha tweeted.

Reacting to the tweet, Apostle Suleman revealed that he has shared all the available information with the police, and they should be held culpable for their inaction.

He further berated Daniel Regha – known for giving his unfiltered opinion about celebrities on Twitter – for talking too much.

He wrote on Sunday, January 22, “Awon general public.
What can you do if you know them?..I have given detailed info to the police..I am responding to you cos of the lives that were lost whom I vow to fight http://for.so ask the police why they are silent.
You talk too much.no shades..”

However, Daniel Regha is insisting that the clergyman reveals the identity of those behind the attack.

A young woman’s thoughtful gesture towards her father has been met with conflicting views online.

The South African lady, a model, identified as Sisanda Nomusa Qwabe-Coutaud, recently took her father on an airplane for the first time and decided to post photos from the experience online.

The former Ms. SA Finalist 2022 shared photos of herself with her father aboard the aircraft via her Twitter handle and celebrated herself for finally ticking that off her bucket list.

However, the father’s appearance in the photos sparked concern from social media users, who noted that he looked unkempt.

Rather than being praised for her gesture, she was heavily chastised by netizens who questioned why she did not feel the need to give her father a makeover, including changing his clothes and getting a haircut, before taking him on the trip.

A Twitter user @Kolobe07 wrote, “With only R30 rands, he can get all that hair and beards removed. Yooh Nkosi yam 😲 yini isizathu🤔”.

@BetaManzy wrote, “If you love him that much pls change his cloth”.

Well, reacting to the backlash, Sisanda, who insisted that there was nothing wrong with her father’s appearance, explained that he’s a member of Shembe Nazareth Baptist Church and has never cut his hair for more than 20 years.

DSF has shared another one of her terrible experiences in an interview with media personality, Chude, detailing how she lost valuables while on a vacation to Zanzibar.

Big Brother Titans housemates Olivia and Sandra got into a heated argument on Sunday, January 22.

The drama started after Biggie, in a new twist, paired each housemate with an opposite gender and revealed each pair will now work as partners for the rest of the game and suffer joint consequences, i.e., when one housemate gets evicted, the other automatically suffers the same fate.

Juicy Jay was merged with Olivia, while Sandra got Theo as her partner, but for some reason, it made Sandra worried.

As Sandra was telling some of their colleagues that she wasn’t too comfortable with the pairing, Olivia came around and burst into laughter, despite an initial warning from Sandra not to laugh at her.

Olivia’s laughter triggered Sandra, and she flared up. The two then got into a heated altercation in which they called each other unprintable names.

After the fight, Miracle advised Sandra not to get into a such heated exchange while reminding her that whatever she does will also affect her partner, Theo.

Singer, Skiibii’s management breaks silence following Dorcas Fapson’s claim he stole from her

Nigerian singer Skiibii’s management has reacted after his ex-girlfriend, actress Dorcas Fapson, alleged that he stole from her during their vacation in Zanzibar.

Dorcas Fapson, who has severally dragged Skiibbii online since their split, implied in a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo that the rapper stole 10,000 dollars and other valuables from her after she sponsored their vacation to Zanzibar.

She said during the vacation she remembered having a drink with Skiibi, and next she found herself in bed. She said that when she awoke, she discovered that her phone, laptop, 10,000 dollars, and other valuables were missing.

She revealed she suspected him when she noticed him wearing the same wristwatch he claimed was stolen with her valuables.

She revealed that her also warned her against sharing the incident online and convinced her to lie to her father about what had happened.

DSF took to her Snapchat after the interview went viral to further drag Skiibii into filth, sharing photos of the items he allegedly stole from her.

Reacting to the allegations against the singer, Skiibii’s management confirmed in a press statement that the pair had indeed gone on a vacation to Zanzibar, which was Dorcas’s birthday gift to Skiibii. However, contrary to DSF’s claim, the entire villa was robbed, and the case was handled by the police.

The statement also clarified that the stolen laptop was DSF’s old PC and that Skiibii had bought a new one for her before the trip.

The stolen rose-gold wristwatch seen on Skiibii after returning to Nigeria was revealed to be a replacement silver watch of the same brand.

“The matter was reported to the Tanzanian police immediately on 22nd June 2022 and statements of all the victims were taken, including that of Skiibi and his estranged lover.

Skiibii and his estranged girlfriend no longer felt safe in the said villa, accordingly, Skiibii booked and paid for a new villa for the rest of their vacation.

Upon their return to Lagos, Skiibii bought a new iphone for his estranged lover to replace her stolen phone. Prior to the trip, Skiibii had gotten his estranged lover a new MacBook pro laptop, which she did not travel with and as such, it was her old laptop that was stolen.” The statement read in part.

Big Brother Titans housemate, Jenni O, has disclosed that she currently owns a 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 250 but desires a better car.

According to her, she presently drives a Mercedes Benz but hopes to buy a 2023 Range Rover Sport. She said she plans to gift her mother the Mercedes Benz after acquiring a new one.

Former Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar, has made new damning claims against popular clergyman, Apostle Suleman Johnson.

The squabble between Halima Abubakar and Apostle Suleman Johnson, the Founder of Omega Fire Ministries International, recently took a new turn as the preacher formally took the matter to court.

The preacher, through his legal representatives, filed a N1 billion lawsuit against Halima Abubakar, who has repeatedly claimed she had an affair with him years ago, over defamation of his character.

Following the lawsuit, Halima Abubakar, during an Instagram live session with popular comedian Princess, stood by her claim that she was romantically involved with Apostle Suleman, whom she fondly referred to as Johnson.

According to her, they dated for six years and allegedly had a total of three abortions together.

“Yes, I was once pregnant for him,” she said.

When asked why she did not keep the pregnancy, she said,

“When I lost the baby, he was crying, you would think it’s real because he was shedding tears that I lost his child. It’s crazy. I got pregnant three times for him. The last one got me bleeding…I had to take tablets to stop it…”

Speaking on how long it took the bleeding to stop, she replied, “for four years, I actually just came out since I have been in a long spiritual battle…the blood just stopped rushing, you won’t believe it.”

Halima Abubakar’s friend later joined the live session and corroborated her claims.

Halima Abubakar’s friend revealed that she knew the actress with “Johnson,” whom they thought was an oil and gas businessman based on how he introduced himself but who never for once mentioned himself as a pastor.

The man, identified as Oistien van Mowo, explained that his wife had formed the habit of visiting her mother all the time because they live in the same city.

According to him, whenever he travels out of town for the weekend, his wife usually grabs the opportunity to visit her parents.

A Nigerian lady has gone online to call out her father for allegedly sexually molesting and physically abusing her for years.

In a lengthy post shared on Twitter, the lady with handle @justsotired__ relayed the bad experiences she suffered at her father’s hand, and disclosed that he started molesting her at an early age.

She said when she reported him to the police at age 14, her father turned the police against her and she was locked up in a cell for a week.

She further disclosed that she had to drop out of university because her father insisted that she meets him in a hotel for sex before he would pay her school fees.

The aggrieved lady went on to call out her mother for not protecting her amid all the woes, and accused her of being jealous of her and her younger sibling.

Big Brother Naija star Bamike Olawunmi Adenibuyan, popularly known as BamBam, has recounted her traumatic childhood experience.

The reality TV star and mother of two, in a quite touching video she shared online, disclosed that she was sexually abused as a child by her nanny.

She said the abuse happened from the age of 2 until she was 8, and she couldn’t confide in her parents because the nanny threatened her.

According to her, the abuse left her with trauma that she still has to deal with now that she is married.

She explained that the nanny used to make her suck her breasts and masturbate with her fists.

Speaking further, BamBam revealed that she was raped a few times by men she dated in the past.

The actor disclosed that they remain friends to this day since it was a personal choice he made to keep in touch with people he has dated.

Denrele said;

“I was jilted on Valentine’s Day. At about 3 am in the morning, the person told me that she could not love me back the way I loved her. I replied that I could still love her, but I would let her go. I always remain friends with all the people I have been involved with (romantically) over the years.”

He also mentioned his sense of style in clothing and lamented the fact that despite the length of time he has spent working in the industry, people still criticize him for it.

“I have been haunted so much by people saying I don’t dress the way one is supposed to dress. Even when I comb my hair and wear proper suits, people compare me to other media personalities.
Authenticity, for me, is about living my life on my terms, and being as original as possible in my mode of expression, in line with my beliefs,” he said.

300-level Industrial Design student commits suicide in FUTA, Ondo state

A 300-level student of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), Ondo State, Oluwapelumi Joseph Olona has committed suicide.

The industrial design student hanged himself in his room at an off-campus guesthouse in the Aule district of Akure city using buckets.

His body was found in the early hours of Saturday, January 21, after his close friends forced his room door open.

According to sources, his friends were uneasy when he failed to answer his phone calls and refused to open the door despite repeated knocks at his door.

“Upon gaining entry, his body was discovered hanging with the buckets used to aid his legs.” the source revealed.

Although the reason for his action was not yet known, students in the area where he resided suggested that it may be related to his struggles with depression and money problems.

The event was verified in a statement by Jesunifemi Asoore, president of the students’ union, FUTASU.

“It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the death of our colleague and friend, Olona Joseph Oluwapelumi, popular known as Tart Angle. who passed away on Sat 21st Jan
2023.
According to the report, His death was confirmed in the early hour of Saturday 21st of January 2023. The deceased, identified as Olona Joseph a 300L student from the department of Industrial Design was reported to have committed suicide by hanging himself in the early hour of today.

I know we are all saddened by his death, and we’re sending our condolences to his family and friends. Death can be difficult for us to understand, especially when it is sudden. Many of us may be confronted with a variety of emotions, which might include shock, sadness and confusion. We want to assure you that we, the Students Union Government, care about you and the feelings that you may be experiencing.” he wrote.

Spokesperson of the State Police Command,Funmi Odunlami, also confirmed the death in a statement.

“His body had been taken to the morgue, and investigation has started to unravel the reasons behind his action, but it was a case of suicide,” he said.

A gentleman seized the opportunity of the stop sign of a traffic light on a busy road in Ibadan, Oyo state as he felt the seconds required to make drivers halt, was enough for him to ask his partner to spend the rest of her life with him.

A video that captures the adorable moment is stealthily going viral on social media and in it, the young man and his partner are seen crossing the road and halfway to the other side, the gentleman pulls back his partner and goes down on one knee just so he could ask her to marry him.

Nigerian singer, Daniel ‘Buju’ Benson, known professionally as BNXN, has declared himself as an underrated artiste.

Veteran Nollywood actress, Eucharia Anunobi has said that anyone who laments about the state of Nigeria and is yet to get their permanent voter’s card is an antichrist.
