This is the water we are made to pay in Phase 5 in Chevron.
We pay 25l monthly that’s 300k a year for just water.
Asides from 450k for service charge and 120k for extra security.
This water they say is treated and purified, and recently cos of the diesel wahala in the country, they run water for like only 6 hours through out a whole 24 hours.
People living in lesser communities won’t even suffer this kind nonsense.

The Pastor of Chapel of Revelation Ministry, Elijah Emenendu, has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for allegedly sodomizing three brothers who were members of his Church.
According to Vanguard, the clergyman whose church is located in Ajeromi area of Ajegunle, lured the young boys with false claims and raped them on different occasions.
Emenendu reportedly started raping the eldest brother after prophesying that God wants him to stop doing internet fraud a.k.a Yahoo Yahoo.
From there, he taught him how to pleasure himself, and said he wants him to experience the power of God and that he would release it into him through anal sex. The sexual abuse reportedly left the victim bleeding and in severe pains.
The suspect reportedly had sex with him four times a week – twice a day, inserted a mop stick into his anus, and used a needle to prick his scrotum and navel. The victim who started living with the pastor last year, suffered several dehumanizing episodes.
According to Vanguard, the clergyman moved to the victim’s immediate younger brother, taught him how to masturbate as well.
Convincing him that something was wrong with the quality of his semen and penis, Emenendu sexually abused him, made him conduct oral sex on him and licked his anus.
As if that was not enough, he moved to their youngest sibling and had carnal knowledge of him too. He then made the siblings have sex with each other in his hotel room after a church service.

A lady has sparked a debate on Twitter after she shared her opinion about a child bearing the father’s last name.
The lady identified as devonleighs, in a thread stated that it’s weird for a woman to give a child she birthed the dad’s last name, especially when she doesn’t have his surname.
According to her, a child should bear the mother’s name because women and their kids are not a man’s property and they are the ones who carry the child and go through labour pains.
In her words,
“Giving the baby that YOU birthed, the dads last name when you don’t even have his last name will always be so weird to me. 1. Women & their kids are not a man’s property 2. We are the ones who are pregnant & give birth 3. Men are not more important than women 4. I refuse to have a different last name than my child should anything happen between me & my husband
I’m sure there’s some good dads who aren’t married out there, but yea women are the ones who go through pregnancy and childbirth so I’m a firm believer in giving your kid your last name if you’re single or hyphenating if you’re married”.

Media personality, Sony Irabor, has taken to social media to celebrate in style as he clocks 70 today, March 23.
The media icon shared beautiful family photos to mark his day and reflect on the last two years of his life.
The septuagenarian recounted how he suffered a stroke in the middle of a pandemic and how the situation affected their home.
“As I turn 70 ( three score and 10) today 23rd of March, I would like to reflect on the last two years of my life. Right in the middle of a pandemic I had a stroke! Dr Seyi Roberts, my friend and doctor described it as an Evolving stroke. Our home was turned upside down momentarily. When you have a great family you can rise faster against all travails. When I count my blessings, I count my wife, children and big sister.
I won’t lie, it has been very challenging especially as I also began to suffer from vertigo. However, I am grateful to God for making me see and mark this milestone. I thank Him for my journey to recovery. I was 17 when I left Benin for the proverbial greener pastures in Lagos. I always wanted to be a radio presenter having been inspired by Dele Olowu on Midwest Radio.
My dream of being on radio didn’t manifest until I was 22 when broadcasters like Patrick Oke & Jones Usen encouraged me to be the voice on NBC mail bag (now email). I was told I had a radio voice. I got my lucky break when at 24 I got auditioned for the role of an announcer at Radio Nigeria. While at RN I created Radioscope and later Radio Link (still running on Radio)
In 1981 I was drafted to the Radio NigeriaTraining School to train Announcers (which I still do to date). I didn’t even realize I could become a trainer. In 1979 I bagged the much Coveted Radio Nigeria Best Announcer of the year. This was so surreal. I have since then received several other awards to the glory of God. I am the host of Radio and TV Talk Show, Soni Irabor Live which was inspired by the late Larry King whom i met in washington DC in july 1986 .
I retired from Radio Nigeria at the age of 48 in 2000 to set up my businesses in Advertising, Broadcast training, broadcast media establishments and PR & Media services. I am passionate about broadcast quality and standards although so much has changed.” He wrote in part.

I thought I would release my book on the occasion of my birthday but it hasn’t happened quite like that but it will happen.
Let me leave you with three major lessons having a stroke taught me;
When a child falls, he looks forward but when an adult falls, he looks back …I got the opportunity to look back and reflect on my life… I gained many useful insights on moving forward better and stronger.
Be there for your family and friends so that in your days of need they will be there for you too. Although a handful of friends and family knew of my illness I realised how blessed I am.
When life happens to you, see it as an opportunity for a growth mindset, to let you face the challenges and a time to catch your breath.
