A 36-year-old woman has been arrested after the body of her 16-year-old nephew was found in her backyard weeks after she reported him missing.

The teenage boy had gone to visit his aunt, identified as Andile Aalivirah, in Tsakane, Gauteng, this month when she allegedly beat him to death, buried his body, and declared him missing afterwards.
His aunt, who had lodged a case of a missing person at the police station, was arrested along with her 14-year-old son on Friday, April 1.
The woman’s son is said to have helped his mother beat Neo to death and bury him in the backyard.
Police exhumed the body from a large pit that the aunt allegedly hired people to dig under the guise of installing a water tank.
On Monday, April 4, the suspect is scheduled to appear in Tsakane Magistrate’s Court on allegations of murder, perjury, and subverting the ends of justice.

A Brazilian man, Arthur O Urso, who married nine wives at once to celebrate free love has revealed he plans to marry two more women and wants babies with all of them.

The model made headlines sometime ago when he discussed his controversial marriage to nine women. According to him, he decided to marry nine women in a collective wedding to celebrate “free love” and “protest against monogamy”.
Now, after facing a divorce from one of the women, the Urso says he hopes to find two more ladies to marry.
One of the wives named Agatha said the idea of polyamory isn’t appealing to her anymore so she intends to leave.
Speaking on Agatha’s decision to leave, Urso said, “She wanted to have me all to herself. It didn’t make sense – we have to share.”
“I was very sad about the separation and even more surprised by her excuse. She said that she was missing a monogamous relationship. My other wives thought her attitude was wrong and that she accepted the marriage for adventure and not for real feelings,” he added.
“I know I’ve lost a wife, but I’m not going to replace her at the moment.” he said
Now, with 8 wives, the Brazilian model hopes to marry two more women to bring his total of wives to 10.
In his words,
“I have a dream – my wish has always been to have 10 wives. I only have one daughter. But I want to have a child with each one of my wives. The love I feel for each of them is the same. I think it would be unfair to only have children with one or two of them.”

Nigerian supermodel, Faith Morey has highlighted some qualities she looks out for in a man and what would make him her “ideal man”.

Speaking in a recent interview with TheGuardian, the Rivers-born actress and fashion designer who is currently based in the US, said her ideal man must be good in bed, rich and should not feel threatened by her numerous achievements.
Her words,
“My ideal man must be able to love not just me but my little man. He must be smart, make me laugh, honest, actively support my career, emotionally mature, willing to put in work, be good in bed, rich, old enough, respect me and listen to me. He must celebrate my achievement and do not feel threatened. And he must be a manly man.”
A while ago, Faith Morey opined that many Nigerian men are married to lesbians and they do not even know it.
In a video she shared on her Insta-stories, she noted that these lesbians cheat on their husbands in their matrimonial home with their lesbian partners, whom they introduce to their man most of the time as their best friend.
Speaking further, Faith Morey said the innocent men are do not have a problem with such friendship because they are women, not knowing there’s more to it.
“How many married men in Nigeria are married to Lesbians without them knowing, and these lesbians are cheating under their roof. These partners can be their best friend, their supposed omg we’ve been girlfriends for 10 years, 5 years and of course the husband is like, oh, I’m cool with it because she’s a girl, not knowing that’s her lover”. She said.

Fans of the WAP star called her out after they noticed that she was absent at the event.
A fan tweeted, “My thing is, why hype us up if you know [you’re] not going from the jump? [Cardi B] needs to take her fans more seriously this is getting ridiculous, I’m sorry.”
Cardi B then replied, “When did I hype y’all up? Where and when did I ever hints? Like are you okay. I’m not going to award show if I don’t got a new song to perform Or my album ain’t out.”
Another fan wrote, “You literally could’ve said that, as fans that barely get fed WE WANT TO SEE YOU what do you expect, you could’ve said something period.”

Revered clergyman, Enoch Adeboye, has said that God has not told him yet whether an election will be held in Nigeria in 2023.

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, who stated this during a sermon in his church on Sunday, April 3, said God spoke to him about the 2019 elections more than a year to the election but the case has not been so with the 2023 election.
“I have never told you this is the fellow you should vote for. I have never said this is the party you should belong to and I will never say it. Because in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, every party is represented here. APC, PDP, APGA, Labour and other parties that you don’t even know their names.
Listen to me carefully and if you are going to quote me, quote me correctly. I am talking to those of you who are my children. Do you want to know the truth? And nothing but the truth? I am talking of myself now. As of now, as I am standing before you, I still don’t know whether or not there would be an election next year. Don’t say that Pastor Adeboye said there would be no election next year; that’s not what I said. Adeboye does not know yet, put the word ‘yet’.
How come you don’t know? Because my father has not talked to me about it yet. The last time we had an election, He (God) spoke to me about the election by June of the previous year and this is April. So, it is not late but He hasn’t told me yet.” He said.

The drama started after Tonto Dikeh shared a video of her ex-lover to describe her current mood. The video left fans speculating that they were back together, but Tonto Dikeh quickly dismissed the claims and referred to Kpokpogri as a “public dog”.

She also urged him to return her diamonds and other things the police couldn’t retrieve from him.
“Any where I see you wearing the @hermes slippers I bought you, you are going home bare foot… This is Abuja, contact pass contact. Power pass power, I open leg for you no mean say we be levels!!! In order for you to maintain peace in 2022, return my diamonds and other stuff the Nigerian Police cldnt retrieve from you because I have no proof to claim.. You never see anything”. She wrote.

A young man identified as Ibrahim Sikiru, has been arrested by operatives of the Ogun police command for allegedly killing his biological father, Mumuni Ibrahim.
The 27-year-old was arrested following a complaint lodged at the Onipanu divisional headquarters by one Abiodun Sunday, identified as a neighbour to the deceased.
The complainant reportedly told the police that the victim, who was a security guard, had returned home in the morning and met his son, sleeping.

According to reports, the deceased asked the son why he was still in bed at that hour of the day. The son was said to have become upset, as he grabbed a machete and attacked his father on different parts of the body.
The image maker of the command, Abimbola Oyeyemi, told journalists on Saturday in Abeokuta that following the report, the police moved to the scene where the suspect was arrested. He said the team equally rushed the victim to a general hospital for treatment but later passed on.
Oyeyemi said the police “strongly suspect” the son to be a cultist, saying he “had no reasonable explanation for his action when interrogated.”

Wizkid lost out on the grandest stage in World music last night and as one would expect, it elicited reactions from many Nigerians.

On Micro-blogging website, Twitter, some “Wizkid Haters” were licking their lips as they rejoiced that he didn’t win in any of the category he was nominated in while others felt he was robbed or cheated of the Grammy Award.
However, a surprise take is that from Davido’s Lawyer, Prince. According to Prince, the award belonged to ‘Essence’ because it was a Worldwide Anthem.
His tweet reads;
I don’t know much, and don’t speak much on these things, but we ALL KNOW that award belonged to ‘Essence’. They gave the world an ANTHEM.
I don’t know much, and don’t speak much on these things, but we ALL KNOW that award belonged to ‘Essence’. They gave the world an ANTHEM.

Nigerian rapper, MI Abaga has proposed to the love of his life and they are set to start a new chapter of their lives together very soon.

The rapper took to his Instagram page recently to share clips of his fiancé whose name is Eniola, and narrated how they met. According to his post, they met in Dec of 2020, after they were introduced by Audu Maikori.

They started chatting and their relationship eventually hit things off when they met in person — the rapper bent the knee to propose to her and now, they are planning their wedding.

He announced that the wedding will take place this year. A video collage documenting their adorable love story — their dates, proposal, and pre-wedding photos was shared by the rapper.
Watch as you scroll,
Not long after news made rounds of Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh posting a video of her ex-lover to describe her current mood and so many fans having the idea that they’re back together after the video, the duo have shown that there’s absolutely nothing between and as a matter of fact, they still hold animosity towards each other.

A couple of fans had wrongly speculated the reunion of the couple and had taken to the actress’s page to congratulate her on making peace with her ex and what not — exasperated by such messages, the actress quickly dismissed the idea and let people know that she only used her ex-lover’s video to describe her mood at the time. See here
Appalled by the thoughts that people were having of her getting back with Prince, the actress on Sunday afternoon yet again went on her page to tell them to perish the idea and in doing so, referred to her ex as one with a “Public dick” and a “street dog”.
She wrote,

Prince on the other hand, wouldn’t let her comments slide and took to his own social media space to out her as well. On his page, he wrote,

The actress as well, wasn’t going to take that sort of hit and let sleeping dogs lie… she hit back at him and said it’s his mother who is an “Ashawo”.
She wrote,

A Nigerian vlogger, in one of her live videos came for Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus regarding her incredible weight loss transformation.

The vlogger, popularly known as Yeye Kudi on Facebook, in one of her live sessions on the platform is heard saying the actress has to let other women in on how she was able to achieve her incredible weight loss.
Eniola Badmus has had tongues wagging on her page ever since she started continually sharing photos of her newly defined body on social media.
The fact that the actress was not only able to achieve an impressive body in a very short time but also gained a protruded backside in the process is what made her a topic of discussion in Yeye Kudi’s live session.
Yeye Kudi shared the video of the live session on her page — though it’s 2 hours long, you can hear her talk about the actress from the 40th minute mark.

A tourist got gruesomely impaled in the neck by a foot-long needlefish in a horrific attack while swimming off the coast of Thailand.

Noppadol Sringam was swimming with a couple of friends at the popular Ao Tan Khu beach, a popular tourist destination in the southeastern region, when he was impaled in his neck.
The accident is reported to have occurred on Thursday, March 31, at 1pm local time. Pictures released show him lying in a hospital bed with the fish still in his neck.
Witnesses of the gruesome attack revealed that they heard Noppadol desperately scream for help from the water before a brave passerby swam out and dragged him back to shore.

“Hello. Kindly post as anonymous.
This guy has been my only best friend for over 10years. We were accused of having a relationship but nope there was nothing like that between us. We were real friends.
Last year we met in Uk for a training as we always do, since we are in the same field.
Before the trip, I had issues with my husband that made us cold towards each other.
This time around my best friend and I were extremely close that we started talking about sxx and all that. Like joke we slept together! (A very short time)
Since then I have never been myself. The guy has feelings for me but I always took him as a brother. I feel so dirty, and I regretted sleeping with him.
I have decided to stop the friendship. I cut him off completely. The problem now is my conscience. I want to erase this part from my head. I get mad at myself anytime my mind goes on it. And it’s killing me
Please advise! Thank you”
