Music executive and singer, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has splurged N68 million on four designer television sets.

The 30BG boss, who moved to his Banana Island mansion in January 2022, furnished his house with the television sets from Bang and Olufsen.

According to Davido’s personal logistics manager, each set costs N17 million, for a total spending of N68 million on four TV sets.

Nigerian final year medical student dies two weeks after evacuation from Ukraine

Uzaifa Halilu Modachi, one of the 40 students evacuated from Ukraine to Nigeria as a result of the country’s ongoing war with Russia, has died.

Modachi who returned to Nigeria two weeks ago was said to have been preparing for his final-year medical examination at the Zaporizhzhia State Medical University in Ukraine before the war with Russia began.

The bereaved father, Habibu Modachi, who is a serving member of the Sokoto State House of Assembly, said the deceased has since been buried in Sokoto state. He also added that his late son was in Ukraine for three years without returning home for vacation.

“Alhamdu Lilah, God gives and take away life, and that’s how he wanted it to happen, there is no doubt about it.

Had it been he died in Ukraine so many things would be said about him, that he was either killed by the Russian bombardment or had an accident or even accidentally shot and killed by the Ukrainian Army.

We are grateful to God for having him die before us, we also thank the Nigerian government particularly Sokoto state for taking a hasty decision to evacuate them before the full escalation of the War in Ukraine.” the distraught father said.

Nancy, who is known for being a drama-free, non-controversial celebrity, was accused by popular Instagram blog Gistlover of having an amorous relationship with a married man and allegedly succeeded in pushing his wife away from his home.

Gistlover further alleged that it was the said married man that sponsored Nancy’s trip to Istanbul.

Police arrest mother and son for sexual exploitation of a 15-year-old girin Ekiti

Operatives of the Ekiti State Police command have Ekarrested a mother and son for allegedly abducting and sexually exploiting a 15-year-old girl.

The suspects identified as Mrs Ademiloye Felicia and her son, Adewumi, were arrested on March 15, 2022, three years after they allegedly abducted the minor.

According to a statement from the command’s spokesperson, ASP Abutu Sunday, the victim went missing sometime in March, 2019, and all efforts made by the Police and her family members to know her whereabout proved abortive.

The Statement reads in part; “However, on 15/3/2022, that is about three three years later, the victim’s mother received a credible information about her daughter’s whereabout. She then alerted the police who then swung into action and traced the missing girl to the house of one Mrs Ademiloye Felicia.

The victim was immediately rescued while Mrs Ademiloye Felicia and her son, Adewumi Ademiloye were subsequently arrested for further investigation.

Investigation revealed that the victim was lured by Adewumi Ademiloye into his mother’s house on that fateful day and dragged.

The victim revealed that after consuming the dr#gs given to her by Adewumi Ademiloye, she could not remember to go back home. She stated that she is now a dr#g addict due to the amount of drugs consumed within this period of three years.

The victim disclosed that Adewumi Ademiloye had series of sexual intercourse with her and has given her to different men on many occasions each time he does not have money. These men had sex with her and paid Adewumi Ademiloye an amount ranging from N10,000) to N20,000.

Further investigation revealed that the victim is about 8months pregnant but has not been registered in any Heath Care Center or visited any hospital for Antenatal Care.

During interrogation, Adewumi Ademiloye confessed to the commission of the crime and will be charged to court alongside his mother for conspiracy to commit abduction, rape and child exploitation.”

Lagos state announces diversion of traffic ahead of President Buhari’s visit today

On his arrival in Lagos, President Buhari is expected to commission the newly built International terminal of the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos.

Commissioner for Transportation, Dr Frederic Oladeinde on Monday, announced the diversion of traffic with the provision of alternative routes for motorists for the visit of the President.

He explained that the expected movement of VIPs and traffic management of the event called for the plan for the alternative routes.

The Commissioner added that motorists can go through the Third Mainland Bridge inwards Gbagada to connect Ikorodu/Maryland to reach the Airports as an alternate route.

Oladeinde assured that officers of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority would be stationed along the alternative routes to help motorists navigate their movement to ensure the free flow of traffic.

A viral video showed a mother publicly performing a deliverance on her son from the spirit of stubbornness.

In the video that was filmed and shared on social media by a passerby who witnessed the scene, the woman is seen holding a cane in one hand while grabbing the boy’s shirt with her other hand.

Taking to her Instagram page, Maureen disclosed that her nanny had quit without giving her prior notice, leaving her with no other option but to do the house chores herself while she awaits a replacement.

She noted that the tedious task of cleaning the house made her very dizzy and tired, and she asked people who clean their homes every day how they cope.

“I’m cleaning my house and I’m seeing double. This is not the baby girl life I dreamt of. How can my Nanny quit on me without any notice. Y’all that sweep and mop, did u die when u finished cos Eez as if I want to die”, she wrote.

Meanwhile, the businesswoman, has slammed judgmental people who always have an opinion about other people’s life.

She shared her sentiment about such people in a cryptic post she shared on her Instastory on Wednesday, January 26.

According to the brand influencer, judgemental people aren’t good either yet they spend time judging people and pointing out their flaws like they are God.

She further asserted that no one will make heaven if Jesus Christ returns today.

Controversial Nigerian businesswoman, Sandra Iheuwa has taken to her social media page to show off her bare baby bump.

The heavily pregnant entrepreneur who tied the knot with her husband, Steve Thompson, few months ago but is currently enmeshed in a marital crisis, shared photos and a video of her protruded belly.

She went on to ask her followers if they have ever seen a sexy pregnant woman.

Sandra is currently in the U.S awaiting the arrival of her bundle of joy.

She wrote,

I thank God for all my struggles, trials and tribulations I’ve been through….God can’t give me more than I can bear. Nigerian socialite, Pretty Mike, has averred that women with surgically enhanced bodies are in better and happier relationships than people With natural bodies.

Pretty Mike, who stirred up a debate with this assertion, noted that women who enhance their bodies surgically understand that men are interested in what they see first, and they take full advantage of that.

Speaking further, he urged people who still have a thing or two against body enhancement surgeries to have an open mind as the world is changing fast.

In his words,
