A viral video of a mum getting a wig installed on her baby has caused a stir from Nigerians on social media.
In the video, which found its way to the internet and stirred reactions from social media, the little girl, who appears to be no more than one year old, is seen crying while her mum and a stylist try to install on her head a frontal wig.
The adults around her ignored the baby’s cry, which suggested that the wig made her uncomfortable, and continued to style the wig. After they successfully styled her hair, they put her down to pose for the camera.
Reacting to the video, many Nigerians lambasted the baby’s mother and the people who installed the wig. Trooping to the comment section, people urged parents to allow their ‘kids be kids’.

Nigerian businesswoman, Ehi Ogbebor, has thrown a jab at businessman, Wale Jana, following his post about someone stealing his business idea.
Wale Jana had hinted that he shared his idea about selling diffusers with someone, and the person stole the idea and started selling diffusers. Although he didn’t mention the name, he noted that the act is proof that the person lacks class.

The 26-year-old mum, identified as Wiyada Pontawee, and her photographer husband were said to have taken the toddler, Chawanakon Hancharoenpanna, and his brother to a house in Pattya, Thailand, for the Valentine’s day celebration.
It was gathered that other adult models were also present at the party which doubled as a photoshoot for the model mom and other guests.
Widaya, whose nickname is “Soda”, reportedly shares explicit pictures of herself on OnlyFans and other adult websites where people pay to view the contents.

A 54-year-old Man has reportedly poured acid on his 18-year-old lover and her mother for reporting him to the police after he leaked her sex tape.
The reason he leaked the young lady’s sex tapes is not known but his action got the lady and her mother upset and they lodged a complaint at the Koforidua Police Station where he was made to pay a sum of ?1,000 at Koforidua court A in Ghana for damages and another ?1,000 as charges.
This did not go down well with the Sugar-Daddy and he attacked the mother and daughter with acid shortly after they finished taking their baths.
The victims were then rushed to the hospital where they are receiving treatment. The suspect was arrested after he tried to escape after the attack.

His father heard him struggling in the water around 10pm and jumped into the pool to rescue him, and they also called emergency services.
When medics arrived the scene, they tried to perform CPR on the toddler but it was too late. He was later confirmed dead at the hospital.
Speaking on the sad incident, the distraught mom said: “I’m heartbroken. I don’t want to live anymore. I am praying to bring my son back to life.”
The toddler’s father, Pongrit Hancharoenpanna, told paramedics that he and his wife “were working” at the time of the accident.
He said: “I was working when it happened. Then I heard the sound from the water and saw my boy in the pool. He was choking, so I jumped in to help him but it was too late.”

A Nigerian mam who recently tied the knot with his heartthrob has revealed he spent less that N50,000 on his wedding ceremony.
Taking to Facebook, the man identified as Gborienemi, said his wife advised him not to lavish money on their wedding ceremony but instead invest it in his business.
According to him, he heeded his wife’s advice, so for their wedding they wore old clothes and had fewer than 10 guests.

A Zambian woman, identified as Rita Mwayanda, has called out popular Nigerian singer, Augustine Miles Kelechi a.k.a Tekno, for allegedly making her pregnant.
According to Mayanda, she fell pregnant because of her love for the singer’s music. She said when he released ‘Pana’ in 2016, she was so excited and had sex with a man she barely knew, which resulted to a pregnancy.
She further stated that she wouldn’t have gotten pregnant if it were not for the 29-year-old singer, and is now demanding for child support from him.

A young Nigerian man, Tijjani Abubakar, reportedly attempted suicide on Tuesday, February 15 after his beloved girlfriend broke up with him.
It was gathered that Tijjani, who hails from Nasarawa local government area in the state and sells mobile phones at Farm Centre, made an attempt on his life by trying to drink a poisonous substance after the lady he was planning to marry rejected him.
According to reports, the young man had been grooming the young girl for himself before she decided to call off their relationship.
Tijani was left devastated after his lover said she was no longer interested in the relationship. He was so broken that he tried to take his life. Thankfully, his friends and neighbors rallied around to rescue him from committing suicide.
In other news, popular Nigerian Rapper, Emeka Akumefule, known professionally as Blaqbonez, has taken to his social media page to reveal the negative predictions people had about him when he started rapping.

A popular Islamic cleric, Ahmad Guruntum, has asked men who like and share videos of ladies who dance or share inappropriate content online to fear Allah.
The cleric, while speaking to his followers, recently said God frowns at people who promote the publication of inappropriate content on social media via liking or sharing such content.
According to him, God hates such acts and will punish people who indulge in them. He noted that God can make the daughters of such men also start posting indecent content on social media.
“My advice to those people following girls showing off inappropriately on social media and to those following every inappropriate page on social media is to Fear Allah.
Allah takes whoever has a hand in proliferating something bad as a sin, just as who did the sin.

Is it fair? You are not being fair to these girls that you are following’s father and mother. And liking those types of pages is amongst the proliferation of evil in the society.
The moment you like an inappropriate content on social media, you are directly promoting it and spreading it. Allah can punish you by making your daughter post indecent content like those girls you’re following and liking.” He said.
The advice of a Malaysian female minister to husbands to “gently” beat their “stubborn” wives to discipline them for “unruly” behavior has sparked outrage.
Speaking in a two-minute video which tagged ‘Mother’s Tips’, the deputy minister for women, family, and community development, Siti Zailah Mohd Yusoff, advised husbands to ‘discipline’ their ‘stubborn’ wives by speaking to them, but if they refuse to change their behavior, then they should sleep apart from them for three days, and if after that the woman refuses to change, they can gently hit her.
“However, if the wife still refuses to take the advice, or change her behaviour after the sleeping separation, then the husbands can try the physical touch approach, by striking her gently, to show his strictness and how much he wants her to change,’ Siti Zailah said.
Reacting to the video, social media users accused her of ‘normalizing’ domestic violence.
A coalition of women’s rights groups, the Joint Action Group for Gender Equality, accused Siti Zailah of ‘normalizing’ domestic violence and demanded she resigns from her position as deputy women’s minister.
“The deputy minister must step down for normalising domestic violence, which is a crime in Malaysia, as well as for perpetuating ideas and behaviours that are opposed to gender equality. There is often a stigma and fear attached to reporting domestic violence and this is made worse by statements such as those of Siti Zailah
“As a minister who is meant to uphold gender equality and the rights of women to protection and safety, this is abhorrent, denies women the right to equality, their right to dignity and to be free from degrading treatment”. A joint statement read.
The Oyo State Government has suspended a Senior Secondary School 2 student of Anglican Commercial Secondary School, Orita-Mefa, Ibadan, for one month for slapping a corps member.
The State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Rahman Abdu-Raheem, ordered the immediate suspension of the student during a visit to the the school on Tuesday, February 15.
Rahman Abdu-Raheem said the student on return from the suspension would apologise to the corps member and sign an undertaking.
The commissioner also urged the students to be of good behavior , while reiterating that the state government would not condone any act of indiscipline.
Speaking further, he warned that any student caught acting in uncivilized manners, henceforth, would be dismissed from schools in Oyo State. He also charged teachers to be more dedicated and punctual at work.
In other news, a woman who reportedly disguised as a lesson teacher in Rukpakulus, Eliozu, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, has allegedly abducted five children from the community.
It was gathered that the woman is presently at large and the police have begun a search action to find her.
According to reports, the children are from two families, aged between 18 months and four years.
Narrating how the children went missing, the mother of three of the victims, Rose Monday, said that her children were last seen after the mystery woman took them to buy notebooks. She added that their abductor was disguised as a teacher seeking to rent a makeshift structure in the area.
A young Nigerian man has come under heavy fire from Nigerians on social media after he shared photos of a lady who slept off on his shoulder on a bus.
The man identified as @Orezi__ had taken to the popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter, to share photos he took of a stranger he met on a bus who took a comfortable position on his shoulder and slept all through the journey.
“I don’t know this lady and she’s comfortably resting on my shoulder 🤗 she looks stressed 😥 rest your head baby girl 🥰🥰,” he captioned the photos.
While Orezi may have posted the photo for laughs, it did not go down well with netizens, who flocked to the comment and dragged him to filth.
The young man was criticized for taking the lady’s photos without her consent and even went as far as sharing them on social media.
“If I sleep on your shoulder and you take a picture of me and post on social media without my permission, I’m suing for defamation of character,” a Twitter user wrote.

Taking to his Instagram page on Tuesday, February 15, the Royal hair boss advised that people should learn to enjoy their own company as they are enough.
He also said that people who have experienced bad relationships or marriages and safely withdrew from it are lucky.
“A lot of people were so so emotional yesterday, truth is , you better stay single than be with a wrong person , you are enough for you !!! If you ever experienced bad relationship or marriage and safely withdraw from it , you are Lucky!!!! Some people didn’t /couldn’t make it out , they died while trying to try. This comes amid reports that he and his new wife, Sandra Iheuwa, have parted ways only a few months after their grand wedding. It can be recalled that he took to social media, weeks ago to announce his split from his wife, whom he said loves social media more than building her home.
Popular Nigerian Rapper, Emeka Akumefule, known professionally as Blaqbonez, has taken to his social media page to reveal the negative predictions people had about him when he started rapping.
Blaqbonez said he had an uncle who tried rapping at some point but lost his way, got hooked to drugs and later on ended in the village.
He added that when he started rapping himself, people predicted that he’d probably end up like his uncles but much to their disappointment, he’s proved them wrong.

I had an uncle that used to rap, didn’t happen for him, he then got hooked on drugs, from rehab to rehab till he ended up in the village, when i started rapping everyone thought I would end up like that but boy did it turn out soooo different I stay proving em wrong

Taking to Snapchat, the upcoming actress said she loves her simple life style because some of her colleagues are constantly depressed because they can’t afford the luxury lifestyle they have portrayed online.
According to her, it must be really tiring for those celebrities who believe they are in competition with others.

Her post infuriated a follower who in turn bashed her for complaining about the lifestyle of her colleagues. According to the follower, named Evelyn Bassey, Tolanibaj is simply pained because she can’t afford the luxury lifestyle her colleagues are enjoying.
