“My Queen” – 2face Idibia gushes over Annie as he slams people attacking her on social media
Popular singer, 2face Idibia, has taken to social media to celebrate his wife, Annie Idibia, while slamming people attacking her on social media.
This comes after Annie was accused of leaving vile comment in the Instagram page of the singer’s son with Pero Adeniyi.
It can be recalled that a troll left nasty remark under the singer’s son’s Instagram post, telling him to advise his mother to stop being a homewrecker.

Following the incident, some netizens accused Annie of being the one behind the “fake page” used in trolling the teenage boy.
Well, 2face has now come out to defend his wife and lambasted those peddling that narrative. He also shared a photo of her on his official Instagram page and celebrated her.

Adebowale Omidina, one of the sons of a late comic actor, Babatunde Omidina, popularly known Baba Suwe, has said that his father did not recover from his ordeal in the hands of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency after he was accused of peddling drugs in 2011, which turned out to be false.
According to Adebowale, his father’s illness started after his drug-related ordeal with the agency.
In his words ;
“My father was a lovely person. Whenever I showed him his videos, he would start laughing and sometimes burst into tears and ask if it was him and if he would ever act again and I would console and assure him that he would act again, just to make him happy.
I can’t really say this was the cause of my father’s sickness, but since his matter with the NDLEA, my dad was not himself. He used to think about his wife and he used to think about us too because he still told me a few days ago that he was not sure if he would be with us for long and I told him that he would be with us.”

Tania alleged that the lady has stolen from other business owners in Abuja too and warned Abuja vendors to be on the lookout.
The businesswoman shared photos of the lady named Binta to Instagram and wrote ;
If you’re a store owner in Abuja please beware of this lady. . . My Bank and the bank she used to create the fake alert have both confirmed it wasn’t real. Where it was supposed to say her account name she wrote our own name there which she also misspelt. .
This means the transaction was never made and she had the intention of stealing the clothes from the beginning. After which she also gave us a fake number that never connected. The name she gave was Fatima which could also be false. It was an email receipt she generated and edited to make it look like she had done the transaction.

Family of late veteran actor, Baba Suwe announces burial date
The family of late veteran actor, Babatunde Omidina popularly known as Baba Suwe, have announced the date for his burial.
The family revealed that the body of the comic actor will be laid to rest on Thursday, November 25, 2021, in his compound at 26, Oluwatimiro Street, Ewu Elepe Bustop, Ijede Road, Ikorodu, Lagos. His grave has already been dug and photos surfaced online.
In a statement released on Tuesday on behalf of the family, Adesola Omidina, son of the late veteran actor, said Baba suwe’s final funeral ceremony will be announced later.
The statement reads,
“Burial Rite of Babatunde Omidina “Babasuwe” will commence at his residence (Elepe) @ Babasuwe’s House on
Thursday 11/25/21 @ 10am prompt. Age: 63 yearsThe final Funeral ceremony will be announced later! Survived by: Children, Grandchildren, Mother and family! Signed by: Adesola Omidina. (For the Omidina Family). 11/23/21”.
The veteran actor died on Monday, November 22 after a protracted illness.
It’s wrong to expect a man to apologize – Obasanjo’s wife tells women, says what to do instead
Aduke Obasanjo, the wife of ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo, has advised women not to expect their husbands to apologize to them.
Mrs Obasanjo reportedly said this at the 41st Adult Harvest Celebration of the Celestial Church of Christ International Headquarters, Ketu, Lagos, on Sunday, November 21.
It is said that she went to represent her husband at the occasion and used the opportunity to give marital advise. She warned women against involving third parties in their marriages.
Mrs Obasanjo also advised women, especially breadwinners, not to disrespect their husbands because they are the ones paying the bills, instead they should count it as a blessing.
“Women who shoulder the responsibilities of their husbands are only lucky to be blessed by God; it’s never enough for them to disrespect their husbands,” she said.
“Instead of expecting a man to say sorry, women should learn how to lead their husbands to the bedroom and touch them romantically. Whatever you do in the house will have an impact on the children and those children are the seed that will give us rest of mind. The rest of mind you give your husband is important.” she added.

10-year-old squid game star, Reagan To, has said she’s yet to watch the Netflix hit because he parents won’t let her.
The young actress who voiced the terrifying Red Light, Green Light doll in Squid Game’s English language dub, and acted as daughter of the main character, in an interview with Morning show on Tuesday, revealed her parents wont let her watch the violent Netflix hit because she’s too young.
“I have not watched any of it,” she said.
According to her, she did manage hear her voice in one scene ‘right before the violence’ began, but her mother abruptly turned off the TV.
The scene in question, in which Reagan voices a giant doll overseeing a deadly children’s game, features the show’s highest body count as losing contestants are mercilessly gunned down.
Speaking further, she added that her parents also didn’t allow her 14-year-old brother see the movie.
“Even my brother – he’s 14 – my parents don’t even allow him to watch it,” she added.

In a video Pere shared on his Instastory, the trio put their blue passports on display and described themselves as ‘blue passport boys’.
They are said to be on their way to Dubai for the One Africa Music fest slated for Friday, November 26.
The reality show stars have all spent lengthy periods of time in the United States hence the reason for owning American passports.
Pere served in the United States military for six years before coming back to Nigeria to pursue acting and other careers.
Boma, a professional model and one-time footballer, lived in Brooklyn, New York city, before his appearance on the BBNaija show.
Michael, on his part, moved to the United States of America when he was a teenager. It was gathered that he had his high school and university education in America.

According to the singer, the fan who works at a shawarma store saw him randomly on Sunday, Nov 21, and started screaming and praising him.
He said he was captivated by the fan’s action and decided to bless him financially.
They apparently exchanged contacts after their first meeting as the fan sent him a message on WhatsApp revealing what he used the cash gift for.
In the chat, the young man disclosed that he bought his first studio equipment to help his career as an upcoming music producer.

There was no massacre at Lekki tollgate, the EndSARS panel report is riddled with discrepancies – Lai Mohammed
The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has reacted to the Lagos state #EndSARS panel report submitted to the state governor last Monday, Nov 18.
According to Mohammed, the report doesn’t prove that there was a massacre at Lekki tollgate because it was riddled with discrepancies.
The minister stated this while addressing a press conference in Abuja today, November 23. He added that the report can not relied upon and nothing can change his mind that a massacre happened at Lekki Toll Gate.
His words,
“Without mincing words, never in the history of any judicial panel in Nigeria has a report been so riddled with discrepancies and conclusions that are not backed up [with facts.
It was a phantom massacre. The report in circulation cannot be relied upon. The leakage of an unsigned report to the public is not enough.
There is absolutely nothing in the report, circulating, to change our mind that there was a massacre at the Lekki tollgate.”
Woman narrates how she was hypnotized and all her money collected at an ATM stand
A young Nigerian lady has raised alarm after she was hypnotized and all her money collected at an ATM stand in Oyo state.
According to her, she had gone to use the ATM when a man approached her asking if the other machines were working and dispensing cash, she revealed she answered him and that was the last she remembered till she found herself at home.
On getting home she realized all her money was gone and her ATM card was later found by the security men at the ‘mouth of the machine’.
Narrating the incident while warning Nigerians to be extra careful, she tweeted,

“Divorce is allowed in the bible” – Daddy Freeze says; quotes bible verses to back his stance
Media personality, Daddy Freeze has opined that divorce is scriptural and shared Bible verses to back up his claim.
The On Air Personality stated this while reacting to Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo’s post about marriage. Recall that the clergyman had in a Facebook post stated that the bible never said that people should marry who they love, but rather love who they marry.
Reacting to this, Daddy Freeze noted that the clergyman’s post might be suggesting that people in abusive relationships should stick to their partners.
He however insisted that the bible supports divorce and quoted Bible verses to back up his claim.
Sharing a screenshot of the post on his Instagram page, he wrote,
“This, although vague and prone to misinterpretation, makes sense and what he is saying is scriptural. It is however especially pertinent, to none that scripture is prone to rendering in individual cultural contexts. Therefore I consider it crucial to let people know that sometimes love is impossible and divorce should be encouraged, as It is perfectly scriptural to divorce if there is immorality.
This is also quite suggestive, as the emphasis of love leading to marriage is also, in my understanding, belittled. Let’s be careful with the kind of advice that we give people, because many are stuck in bad marriages.
In whatever scriptural or traditional context we pass a message, let it ring out loud and clear, that It’s not ok to take emotional or physical abuse, because you want to ‘love’ a spouse who is maltreating you. Love them and forgive them while you divorce them.”

Nollywood actor, Kenneth Okonkwo has questioned why humans and animals have to fight for right of way in the country’s capital, FCT.
The actor in an Instagram post shared a video of himself walking between a cattle herd, and wondered why people and cows should be struggling for the road.
According to him, Nigeria needs to adopt the modern system of ranching and animal husbandry to reduce the tension between people and animals.
Sharing the video, Kenneth Okonkwo wrote,
“This is why ranching is both desirable and inevitable. How can humans and animals be struggling for a right of way in the Federal Capital City of Abuja. In a video he shared online, the reality show star said he was somewhere else in the apartment when he heard a loud noise from the kitchen.
Upon inspection, he discovered that the POP had fallen off from the ceiling, leaving a mess on the floor.
Fortunately for him, he wasn’t in the kitchen when the accident happened.

If I see someone doing good, I appreciate them; I am not saying it is a bad thing. I just want to ask people why someone like me that people know, who cried out; why did they not help the person that they know? It is the people that they do not know or can see their faces that they are helping out with N250m. Let’s all think; will we call that wickedness or ignorance?”, he said in part.
However, in a new video shared on his official Instagram page, the veteran singer claim that his previous was misunderstood and his ‘frenemies’ took advantage of it.
He stated that he’s not against Davido donating to orphanages and preached that entertainers should let love reign among them.

Deji Adeyanju who in July 2021 condemned the businessman for the grand funeral ceremony he held for his late mum, took to his Twitter handle to react. According to him, he had warned Obi Cubana to be careful but people mistook his warnings for jealousy.

Tania Omotayo threatens to expose lady who paid with fake alert after buying goods from her store
Popular businesswoman, Tania Omotayo has threatened to release CCTV footage of a lady who bought goods from her store with fake alert.
The fashion entrepreneur, in a post she shared on her Insta-stories, urged the lady to reach out to pay off her debt, or she would be exposed.
According to Tania Omotayo, the lady had gone to her store in Abuja, bought goods worth 59,000 naira but the bank later confirmed the alert was fake. It was discovered that she sent a make-believe alert to deceive the attendants that she had paid.
She revealed that CCTV captured the lady’s face and threatened to post the video in few hours if the she doesn’t reach out to pay up.
In her words,
“To the lady that went to our store in Abuja and bought clothes worth N59,000 the bank has confirmed the alert was fake. Kindly reach to us to pay debt or we will be posting CCTV footage tomorrow and your face is clearly showing. Please do the needful to avoid being embarrassed”.

“Nowhere does the bible say marry who you love” – Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo sparks debate
Popular Nigerian clergyman, Kingsley Okonkwo has sparked debate with his comment on the bible’s prescription on marriage.
In a post he shared on social media, the Lagos-based pastor noted that the bible never said that people should marry who they love, but rather love who they marry.
“Nowhere does the Bible say Marry Who You Love, it says Love Who You Marry.” He wrote.
His post has however stirred tons of diverse reactions online. While some agreed with the clergyman, others, who concluded that the pastor meant that people should get married to anyone then grow their love, said it would increase broken marriages.
Reacting to the pastor’s post, a Facebook user wrote, “This is the reason marriages of these days end easily. How will u marry someone u don’t love and expecting to love him or her after marriage, is it not medicine after death. Marry who you love biko”.
Another user wrote, “I think the bible is trying to remind us to always love who we married.. Cos for me I cant marry and love later”.

Elder sister of lady killed a month to her wedding in the Ikoyi building collapse, passes on
The elder sister of Onyinye Enekwe, the newly employed lady who was killed in the Ikoyi building collapse on Monday, November 1, has reportedly passed away.
It can be recalled that Onyinye, whose wedding was slated for next month, only just got employed to work as a personal assistant, few days before the tragic incident occurred.
In a heartbreaking new development, it was gathered that her elder sister, Amaka, has also passed away barely three weeks after Onyinye’s demise.
According to a friend of the deceased’s family who shared this online, Amaka died after a brief illness.
The Facebook user, Blessed Nasa Eriamah, wrote,
“Exactly 3 weeks after the death of your younger sister at the Ikoyi building collapse, you followed her. Loosing 2 daughters in a space of 3 weeks is a pain to terrible for a mother to bear.
When we visited you on Monday you were recovering only to hear of your death today😭😭😭. Amaka why did you follow your sister??😭😭😭. Your mother is trying to be strong, she is trying to hide her pain by singing praises to GOD and laughing when we visited today but she is loosing it.
Amaka! Amaka! Amaka! Please wake up! the death of Onyinye is enough, you can’t allow your mother to bury 2 children in a day, it is too much for her.😭😭😭 Please wake up.”
