An old video of Nigeria’s vice president, Yemi Osinbajo, dining with primary school pupils in a classroom has gotten Nigerians talking on social media.
It was gathered that the video was filmed at Alagbaka Estate Primary School in Akure, Ondo state, when the vice president went on a two-day visit for the launch of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) clinic.
Osinbajo reportedly visited the school and joined Primary 3B class while they were having English lesson. He is said to have read a comprehension passage to the pupils before sharing a meal with them. The vice president who was a former University lecturer stated that he enjoys teaching.
He further added that the purpose of the National homegrown school feeding program is to ensure students and pupils are well-fed every day.

Popular Nigerian Radio Personality, Tolu Oniru, otherwise known as Toolz, has advised actress Mercy Johnson-Okojie to sue the lady who wrongly accused her of storming her daughter’s school with thugs.
The actress had taken to her Instagram page to air her displeasure over the unjust act against her kid. She revealed that the teacher deliberately bullies her daughter, Purity for the mere reason that she hates her (Mercy Johnson) as a public figure.
A lady who then claimed to be in the educational institution gave a different narrative of the whole confrontation. According to this lady, Mercy’s approach is far different from what she narrated in her post.
However, some hours later the lady then apologized. @thenancychidera revealed that she was misinformed about the whole drama, noting that she based her judgement on what she heard without critically examining the issue

The Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSA) has sanctioned its officials who were involved in the unlawful treatment of an Uber Driver during the ENDSARS anniversary protest on Wednesday, October 20.
This is coming after the orderly room trial of the two Officers identified in the various videos on social media from the incident and the supervising Officers from at the venue.
The two officers and the Supervising Officers were charged with disreputable conduct as a result of the assault on a member of the public, the use of pepper spray which is not a standard-issue kit for officers of the Agency, and general unruly behaviours capable of breaching public peace all of which is in contempt of the Agency’s rules as contained in the LNSA Handbook Articles E (ii) & (iii), O (iv) and N (x) which covers conduct with the general public, negligence and general conduct on the job.
Following the panel seating that lasted over four hours the Officers were found guilty of the charges preferred against them.
The two erring Officers directly involved in the assault were publicly de-kitted and suspended from the Agency for the next 2 Months. They are also to be redeployed to another command of the Agency for behavioural evaluation and further reprimand.

The Uber driver who made the news after he assaulted by officials of the Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Corps (LNSC) and Nigeria Police Force during the first anniversary of the #EndSARS protest at the Lekki toll gate in the state on Wednesday, October 20, has demanded an N500 million compensation from the state government
In a letter written by his lawyer, Inibehe Effiong, the Cabbie known as Clement Adedotun also demanded that disciplinary measures be taken against the men who assaulted him and that they should be prosecuted in court in line with the Anti-Torture Act and the Criminal Law of Lagos State. He is also demanding a written apology from the state government.
Inihebe in a statement released said Adedotun’s vehicle has been returned but in a bad condition. The letter stated that the agents of the state government broke and damaged the front windscreen of his Toyota Corolla. The vehicle was in good condition before it was towed away on Wednesday, October 20. But upon reaching where the vehicle was taken to on Friday, 22nd October 2021, Adedotun said he saw the destruction done to his vehicle by agents of the state government.
Inibehe said the implication is that Adedotun cannot use the vehicle to earn a living until it is repaired.
CLement’s Lawyer said the Lagos State Government has 48 hours to give in to their demands or face legal action.

Nigerian singer, Reekado Banks seem to have thrown a subtle shade at Grammy award winner and self styled African giant, Burna Boy in his new song.
After a long silence, Reekado recently released a new track titled, Ozumba Mbadiwe, to celebrate the protesters who lost their lives during the EndSARS protest in October 2020. Although fans speculates that the lyrics of the song is a shade at his colleague, Burna Boy.

A Nigerian couple, Louis and Lucy Agada, are being celebrated online as they welcome a set of quadruplets after eleven years of waiting.
The couple got married in April 2010 and have been believing God for the fruit of the womb since then. Thankfully, Lucy gave birth to quadruplets – two boys and two girls on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
Family, friends and well wishers have taken to Facebook to congratulate the couple on the arrival of their bundles of joy.

A crew member has died and another injured after American actor, Alec Baldwin accidentally fired a prop gun on a movie set.
The deceased, Halyna Hutchins was shot while working on the set of Baldwin’s new film, Rust, as director of photography. The 42-year-old was flown to the hospital by helicopter but didn’t make it, she was pronounced dead by medical personnel at University of New Mexico Hospital.
According to the Santa Fe County sheriff, the director of the Rust movie Joel Souza, 48, had also been injured when the stunt gun was fired.
He was transported via ambulance to Christus St Vincent Regional Medical Center and was treated for his injuries, before being discharged.

Shortly after the tape hit the internet, a PR expert, Issac Mayowa hinted that Tiwa Savage might lose her endorsement deals over the sextape scandal.
Well, in a new development, an online blogger has claimed that the ‘Somebody’s son’ hitmaker has lost four endorsement deals with Cadbury, Pampers, Glo. However, the information has not been confirmed.
Actress, Georgina Onuoha has now taken to her Instagram page to advise Tiwa Savage to issue a public apology because she is a global brand.
In the lengthy post she shared, Georgina wrote,
“Sad if this is true.
Personally as Georgina, I pray Tiwa pulls through this. She is immensely talented and gifted.
She has the world stage on her laps.
She did not commit a crime, she is the victim but damn my
colleagues did her a disservice with their “A Queen I stand” rhetoric. We all should learn to weigh issues critically before our support becomes an indictment of the person we are trying to support.
She took the initial step of going public about her being blackmailed. Which was proactive and smart of her. My ill-informed colleagues did her a disservice.
The narrative should have been, “Say No to Blackmailers who breached her privacy. Instead, their ignorance came off as celebratory of her mistakes.
They did Tiwa bad.
I’m still praying for her to get us a grammy soon.
She will rise from this.

I hope she pulls through this, learns her lessons, apologizes for this mistake.
If I were on her PR team, I would suggest a public apology, most of you will say it’s not needed, as her bla bla bla did not leak the tape. Still, if you understand PR, you will appreciate that an apology is necessary to her family-oriented fans, she apologies for letting such happen to even get to the media whilst also playing the victim because she is still the victim and then move on.
Do you know that with all the popularity Kim K has that some brands will never use her as their ambassador?
You might say she doesn’t need it but trust me her team wishes those brands will contact her.
