Veteran singer, Charly Boy’s lesbian daughter, Dewy Oputa has explained how she and her partner plan on having kids.
Dewy during an question and session on her Insta-stories, disclosed that she and her partner plan on fostering or adopting kids.
A curious fan had asked, “Do you have plans to have kids with your wife?” and in response she said, “We were considering fostering or adopting when that time comes”.
She however stated that she’s indifferent about birthing a child. “But as far as actually birthing a child, I’m still kind of indifferent about that right now”, she added.

Popular Nigerian singer, Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel better known as Mayorkun, has revealed why he didn’t feature his former record label boss, Davido, in his new album.
Mayorkun got signed to Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) in 2016 and worked closely with Davido for years. However, rumour has it that he quietly exited the record label recently and his contract was not renewed.
His newly released album ‘Back in Office’ also confirms that he is no longer with DMW because it was not promoted by the label and their logo is not on the album cover.
The self-acclaimed ‘Mayor of Lagos’ held a listening party for his new album recently and had a chat with media personality, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
When asked why Davido was not featured in the album, Mayorkun said;
“Most people don’t know how creating an album works; sometimes, it’s a groups of songs you’ve had way back and just compile together.
“The songs that we have together I don’t feel like it’s for this album but for a later time.
“I and Davido have songs together and it is not a situation that I took out his song for my album.”
The Listening party was attended by former and current DMW signees as well as Davido.
A lady has sparked a controversial debate on micro-blogging platform, Twitter with her comment on forgiving a cheating partner.
The lady who identifies herself as @Funmikolz on the platform averred that people who forgive their cheating partners, are also equally cheating.
According to Funmi, the only reason a person will forgive and get back together with a cheating partner as if nothing happened, is because they are also not loyal in the relationship.
“Anybody that forgives you for cheating is also cheating. You can disagree with me, but don’t come here insulting me. I’m not the one who said you should keep taking a cheat back”. she tweeted.

A young Nigerian man identified as Aliyu Na Idris, has put up himself up for sale in Kano state.
The 26-year-old an indigene of Kaduna state is said to have been roaming the streets of Kano carrying a placard announcing that ‘he’s up for sale’.
“This man is for sale for N20 million.” The placard reads.
Aliyu Na Idris in a chat with Daily Trust revealed he put himself up for sale due to financial difficulty, and has been on the street for five days looking for who will buy him.
According to him, he initially presented himself for sale in Kaduna, but moved to Kano after he couldn’t find a buyer.
“Even though many people have offered me various prices of N10m, N5m and N300,000 in Kano, I refused because the amount is less than what I expected.” He said.
The young man who is a tailor disclosed his business failed due to the financial crisis, and in the bid to make ends meet he decided to put himself up for sale at N20m.
Speaking on what he’ll do with the money if he eventually gets a buyer, he said,
“I will give my parents N10m; I will give N5m as tax to the state where I was bought, the person who helped in advertising me will be rewarded with N2m while the remaining N3m will be kept for me under the care of the person who buys me for my daily upkeep.”
Popular media personality, Toke Makinwa has advised people to stop giving advices on personal matters to their friends on social media.

An old video of Nigeria’s vice president, Yemi Osinbajo, dining with primary school pupils in a classroom has gotten Nigerians talking on social media.
It was gathered that the video was filmed at Alagbaka Estate Primary School in Akure, Ondo state, when the vice president went on a two-day visit for the launch of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) clinic.
Osinbajo reportedly visited the school and joined Primary 3B class while they were having English lesson. He is said to have read a comprehension passage to the pupils before sharing a meal with them. The vice president who was a former University lecturer stated that he enjoys teaching.
He further added that the purpose of the National homegrown school feeding program is to ensure students and pupils are well-fed every day.

Popular Nigerian Radio Personality, Tolu Oniru, otherwise known as Toolz, has advised actress Mercy Johnson-Okojie to sue the lady who wrongly accused her of storming her daughter’s school with thugs.
The actress had taken to her Instagram page to air her displeasure over the unjust act against her kid. She revealed that the teacher deliberately bullies her daughter, Purity for the mere reason that she hates her (Mercy Johnson) as a public figure.
A lady who then claimed to be in the educational institution gave a different narrative of the whole confrontation. According to this lady, Mercy’s approach is far different from what she narrated in her post.
However, some hours later the lady then apologized. @thenancychidera revealed that she was misinformed about the whole drama, noting that she based her judgement on what she heard without critically examining the issue

The Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSA) has sanctioned its officials who were involved in the unlawful treatment of an Uber Driver during the ENDSARS anniversary protest on Wednesday, October 20.
This is coming after the orderly room trial of the two Officers identified in the various videos on social media from the incident and the supervising Officers from at the venue.
The two officers and the Supervising Officers were charged with disreputable conduct as a result of the assault on a member of the public, the use of pepper spray which is not a standard-issue kit for officers of the Agency, and general unruly behaviours capable of breaching public peace all of which is in contempt of the Agency’s rules as contained in the LNSA Handbook Articles E (ii) & (iii), O (iv) and N (x) which covers conduct with the general public, negligence and general conduct on the job.
Following the panel seating that lasted over four hours the Officers were found guilty of the charges preferred against them.
The two erring Officers directly involved in the assault were publicly de-kitted and suspended from the Agency for the next 2 Months. They are also to be redeployed to another command of the Agency for behavioural evaluation and further reprimand.

The Uber driver who made the news after he assaulted by officials of the Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Corps (LNSC) and Nigeria Police Force during the first anniversary of the #EndSARS protest at the Lekki toll gate in the state on Wednesday, October 20, has demanded an N500 million compensation from the state government
In a letter written by his lawyer, Inibehe Effiong, the Cabbie known as Clement Adedotun also demanded that disciplinary measures be taken against the men who assaulted him and that they should be prosecuted in court in line with the Anti-Torture Act and the Criminal Law of Lagos State. He is also demanding a written apology from the state government.
Inihebe in a statement released said Adedotun’s vehicle has been returned but in a bad condition. The letter stated that the agents of the state government broke and damaged the front windscreen of his Toyota Corolla. The vehicle was in good condition before it was towed away on Wednesday, October 20. But upon reaching where the vehicle was taken to on Friday, 22nd October 2021, Adedotun said he saw the destruction done to his vehicle by agents of the state government.
Inibehe said the implication is that Adedotun cannot use the vehicle to earn a living until it is repaired.
CLement’s Lawyer said the Lagos State Government has 48 hours to give in to their demands or face legal action.
