A Nigerian businesswoman has taken to her Facebook page to share a quite unpleasant ordeal she experienced with a driver she booked to take her home.

Awele Ejiofor, who is a mother of two children, in her post, narrated how she’d ordered a ride on an e-hailing app from Lekki to Ajah and gave the name of her driver as one Mr. Samson. She shared that in course of their journey, she started feeling sleepy and after trying so hard to fight the sleep, she eventually gave in and dozed off.

According to her, when she woke up, she saw the driver with his penis in his hand, masturbating, while driving with the other hand.

She narrated that to be safe, she waited till they got to a busy bus stop and she asked him to pull over before confronting him.

She says the driver tried to deny it but she had already taken a picture. The businesswoman said the incident left her shaken and she intends to send a mail to his company to report his conduct.

She gave her narration as thus,

A young boy in a viral Comedy Skit has lamented bitterly after he won a bet for the first time but wont be able to cash the money because of his age.

The young boy who seem heartbroken by the policy revealed he’s been playing sport bet since 2019 and has been unlucky, until recently when luck shined on him and finally he had his first win.

According to him, he won N50,000 but the betting company has refused to pay him because he’s not up to 18 years.

The aggrieved boy lamented that all the time he had been losing money, there was no age policy restricting him from playing, but now that he finally won, the bet company is using his age to deprive him of his win.

“I’ve been playing Bet since 2019 and I’ve never win, I now won today, I won N50,000 today they are now telling me I’m not up to 18. When I was loosing they didn’t know”, he said.

Actress, Nike Hamzah has come out to debunk claims of offering sex to actor, Odunlade Adekola, in exchange for movie roles.

This comes after an Instagram blogger called out the actor and “king of memes” of demanding for sex from actresses before casting them in his movies.

In reaction to this, Odunlade Adekola shared a video where he dismissed the allegations as false. He also challenged any actress whom he has ever demanded for sex from to come forward and speak their truth. So far, none of his alleged “victims” has come forward. Watch his video here.

Apparently, an upcoming actress, Nike Hamzah, was dragged into the whole saga as it was alleged that she is Odunlade Adekola’s latest catch.

Well, Nike in a video she shared on her Instagram page has debunked the rumour, while declaring that she has never slept with the actor and would never sleep with him.

According to her, she has worked really hard to build her brand as an actress and wouldn’t want anyone to destroy her hardwork.

BBNaija season 6 housemate, Angel was singing a ‘remixed’ version of “Koroba”, a song by Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage, and her fellow housemate, Whitemoney, wasn’t too pleased.

When the song was released in 2020, Tiwa Savage came under heavy backlash as some netizens claimed she was promoting prostitution with the song.

However, the singer came out to dismiss the claims, saying she was not glorifying prostitution but pointing out the double standards involved in judging politicians and ladies dating them.

According to her, such ladies are tagged “prostitutes” whereas the politicians are not crucified, hence the line “money we you no work for.”

Moving back to the BBNaija house, Angel and Queen were singing the song passionately while cleaning the lounge. However, Angel added that she would eat the politician’s money like palliative.

Whitemoney, who was in the kitchen at the time, appeared to be irritated by the song as he had a look of disdain on his face.

A Cross River based NGO, Basic Rights Counsel Initiative (BRCI), has shared the transformation story of an 11-year-old girl named Esther, who was rescued 6 months ago.

The NGO, in a statement shared on their official Facebook page, revealed that the minor was accused of witchcraft by her grandmother and thrown out of her home.

Fortunately, she was found almost lifeless by a volunteer who took her to a hospital where she spent six straight months. She also suffered a traumatic brain injury which has affected her ability to speak clearly.

Meanwhile, she has been enrolled in a school for children with special needs pending when a suitable foster care family is found for her.

Sharing old photos of Esther when she was in the hospital and a new photo, BRCI wrote,

“Little Esther is an 11-year-old child that was accused of witchcraft by her sick grandmother and forced out of her home. She was found almost lifeless by a volunteer by a major road in Calabar. She spent six straight months in the hospital and most times on oxygen,”

“Thanks to Comrade Asu Okang for his generous contribution to her treatment. When she recovered, the doctors informed us that she suffered a traumatic brain injury which has affected her ability to speak clearly. All efforts to get blood relatives to foster her failed. While we have also not given up in our efforts to recruit a foster care family for her, we had recently developed a comprehensive care plan for her.”

Man narrates how his aunt was imprisoned in US and deported after relative she brought to the US lied to immigration about her

A man has taken to Twitter to share the heartbreaking biography of his late aunt who suffered multiple tragedies after her ‘kind’ act to a relative backfired.

According to Twitter user @Mr_Blavo, his aunt named Barbara brought a distant cousin from Ghana to the US to assist her after the birth of her second child.

The cousin named Ama was to stay for 6 months as indicated by her visa, however few days to her visa expiration date, she allegedly ran away from the house and went to the immigration office to “lie” that she was forcefully brought to the US to work as Barbara’s slave.

Ama laid hefty allegations on Barbara and she was brought before a court where she was sentenced to 5 years in jail and was deported to Ghana after serving her jail term.

While in jail, she developed several ailments and had to undergo 2 open head surgeries because she also had a brain tumor. She eventually died on August 19th, 2021 in Ghana and was buried on Friday, September 10.

As for Ama, she was granted a residency permit in the US and her husband and kids were also brought to the US following claims that they might face persecution if they remain in Ghana.

According to @Blavo, Ama also had a tragic ending as she and her husband are both blind and she suffered a stroke that has left her paralyzed in the States.

Singer, I-fee Ajayi shares his horrible encounter with a VIO officer in Abuja (Video)

Nigerian singer, I-fee Ajayi has accused a female Vehicle Inspection Officer (VIO) of assaulting him and his family in Abuja.

Ajayi took to his Facebook page to share a video of the incident which occurred on the main road.

According to him, he was driving with his wife and children in the car when the officer jumped in and started dragging the steering wheel with him.

Although he didn’t disclose what started the confrontation which occurred on Saturday, September 11, he said the officer bit his arm and they were at a VIO office in Jabi, Abuja.

In the video he shared, his wife who recorded the incident, could be heard crying in the background and saying repeatedly, “Look at my children”.

The VIO officer who sat in the backseat with the kids, also appeared to be struggling with the singer before alighting from the vehicle.

The singer also came down from the car and showed the camera a bite mark on his arm which was reportedly inflicted by the officer.

He wrote on Facebook,

“Today me, my wife and children we were assaulted by VIO female officer.
She jumped into my car, started dragging the wheels with me. And after some time she bite my hand with her teeth.
What kind of vio officer does this?
I’m in their office at jabi. My kids are crying.”

Veteran comic-actor, Mr Ibu has disclosed that when he welcomed his first child, he prayed for him to look like his mother and not him.

Mr Ibu who spoke about his life in an exclusive interview with Punch, revealed he made the hilarious request because he knows that he’s not good looking and would prefer his child look like his beautiful wife.

“I had my first child in 1991, I remember the joy in my heart; I was happy and grateful to God. I picked up my baby and said that he should look like his beautiful mother and not me, everyone laughed.

They asked why I was saying that and I said that because I know I am not good looking, and they all laughed. I am very truthful to myself; I know that I am not good looking, so I do not want any of my children to take after me in that aspect, they can take after me in every aspect but not in terms of beauty, and as God will have it, they look beautiful just like my wife”. He said.

What are the values you have instilled in yourself that have helped you as a dad?

First of all, you have to build confidence in yourself. You learn everyday as a father, and I never miss any opportunity to learn everyday and this makes me a better parent. I have people who learn from me and I teach them how to build a home even though I had some ups and downs in the course of trying to build a home. My first and second marriages failed; they (my wives) left me after having a child each for me. I wondered what made them make such decisions and they made me know that it was because I didn’t have money. This made me know that I have to be able to keep my family and provide for them and make sure that they are satisfied and not have any reason to look down on me.

Are any of your kids toeing your career path?

Yes, I have two of my children who are toeing my career path and I am very proud of that. They are proud of their father; they love my art and decided to follow in my path. I never forced them, it was their choice and I am glad that they are doing what they love, and it also shows that they are proud of what I do and want to be like me.

How do you discipline your kids?

I do not believe in beating children, I am not saying others who do it are wrong, but it is not my style. In disciplining my children, I have a different method, I rather speak to them, I caution them a lot and they can easily see that I am not pleased with whatever they might have done wrong, they realize their wrongs and apologise to me, and believe me, they mean it and do not repeat such.

A member of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Awoh Liberty has been dragged on social media after he took to different Christian groups, to post a photo of a female Corps member wearing a khaki skirt instead of the trousers mandated as the proper dress code by the NYSC.

Liberty shared the photo on various Christian Facebook groups on Sunday and on the photo, a text which reads, “No to Lucifer’s Perception. No to Satan’d Deception. We the female say no no no to trouser” can be seen.

The post then garnered mixed reactions on the groups with just a few people in support while many argued that it’s not possible to engage in physical activities in the NYSC orientation camp while wearing a skirt.

Well, speaking on Saga and Nini’s relationship, Angel in a conversation with Pere, Cross and Queen after the live eviction show on Sunday night, stated Saga is setting himself up for heartbreak waiting for him outside the house.

Angel who noted that she’s afraid for Saga, expressing her concern said,

“I’m afraid for Saga, like you know, she has a man outside the house yet he is with her every time. It is common sense, it will be hard for him when we leave this house. It will affect him outside the house. He’s setting himself for heartbreak outside the house”.
