Nollywood actors, Zubby Michael and Chizzy Alichi, recently exchanged words on social media over the actor’s opinion about newly released movie, King of Boys 2.
Veteran actress, Sola Sobowale played the role of Eniola Salami – the king of boys – in the blockbuster movie, however, Zubby countered her role, saying a woman can never be King of boys.
Zubby’s comment didn’t sit well with actress, Chizzy Alichi, as she expressed her disapproval with his stance, noting that a woman can be anything she wants to be.
“A woman can be anything and whatever she wants to be. What a man can do, a woman can do better. Oba has my vote”, she said.
However, the actor fired back at her with a misogynistic comment. He called her a local woman trying to imitate western culture.

“I am a woman” – Nigerian ‘transgender’, Deevah writes as he shares sultry photos to celebrate his birthday
Nigerian ‘transgender’, Deevah formerly known as Buchi Alexandra, has taken to social media to share sultry underwear photos to mark his birthday today, September 6.
Deevah, who had earlier asked to be referred to as a ‘transgender’ not a crossdresser, wore a red two-piece underwear in the photos he shared on his Instagram page, and described himself as woman.
According to him, he has experienced a lot of things living as a woman, however, he is grateful for the gift of life.
Meanwhile, it is unclear if he has done a gender reassignment surgery since he claims to be a woman and wants to be identified as a transgender.

Nigerians have continued to berate recently evicted BBNaija housemate, Boma for his actions in the house even after his public apology.
Recall that the actor was romantically involved with married colleague and mother of one, Tega. Although Tega claims it was a script they acted out.
Following Boma’s eviction last night, Nollywood actress, Tricia Eseigbe noted that he spoilt his game with his affair with Tega and would have made it to the top 5 if not for his ‘misbehavior’.

A man has taken to Twitter to narrate how he went from having nothing to his name at 30 to building a company valued at $100m at age 38.
The Twitter user with handle @BeachKulina, revealed that he has since sold the company and retired. According to him, after he sold the company, he gave himself another challenge to gain admission into a top university in the world without having the entry qualifications.
Fortunately, he also achieved this goal as he just graduated with his postgraduate certificate from Oxford University.
When asked how he built a multi-millionaire dollar company, he explained that he started a construction company and made institutions and insurance companies his target market, instead of consumers.
According to him, his company was a huge success because he started the business at a time when construction services was in high demand due to cyclones, bush fires and earthquakes.
He went on to encourage people to “keep setting goals” and they will make it.

Nigerian gay rights activist, Bisi Alimi has publicly ‘corrected’ a fan who referred to God as his creator.
An Instagram follower during a question and answer session on Bisi Alimi’s Insta-stories described God as his creator while asking if he thinks God hates him for being gay.
“Do you think that your creator (God) hates you for being gay?” The fan inquired.
Bisi in response noted that God is not his creator, according to him, he’s a product of sex, so he doesn’t have a creator.

The 34-year-old actor, Boma Akpofure while in the Big Brother house constantly came under fire on social media for his demeanor in the house.
However, following his eviction last night Boma took to Twitter to apologize to Nigerians for his actions in the house. According to him, he has realized his mistakes and takes full responsibilities for his actions.

International music star, Wizkid has reacted after media personality, Toke Makinwa, revealed that he used to be an ‘errand boy’ in the early days of his career.
Toke Makinwa, in a recent chat with Chude Jideonwo, narrated how Wizkid ran errands for DJs at a radio station she worked in years ago, for his songs to be played on air. According to her, people who think the singer is arrogant are unaware of the effort he put into becoming the renowned musician he is today.

“You don’t know the years Wizkid put into becoming who he is today. Young newbies try music for a year or two and are frustrated because it is not working…dude, when I tell people.

Nollywood actor, Ibrahim Suleiman has narrated how a friend betrayed him by blocking him from getting a movie role.
Ibrahim, in a post he shared on Twitter, revealed that he just discovered that the person whom he considered a friend blocked his chances of being casted for the role.
According to the 37-year-old actor, the ‘friend’ talked the movie producer out of considering him for the job.
He added that he shared it online because he knows the ‘friend’ would see it, and peradventure, he/she wants to pretend in the future, he (Ibrahim) would refer to the tweet as evidence of his/her betrayal.

Singer, Bella Shmurda reacts as he tests negative for COVID-19 in USA after reportedly testing positive in Ghana
Popular Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda has reacted after he tested negative for COVID-19 in New York, USA only days after he was said to have tested positive in Ghana.
Recall that the ‘Cash App’ crooner was deported and fined by a circuit court in Accra, Ghana after he was found guilty of attacking a medical doctor at a quarantine center in the country.
Bella was said to have tested positive to Covid-19 upon arrival in Ghana and had to remain in quarantine. He faulted the result and insisted that he was tested in Nigeria and his result came out negative.
In the process of insisting he get’s discharged from quarantine, he assaulted a Ghanaian doctor and was deported and banned from entering the county for three months.
Few hours after he was deported Bella Shmurda travelled to New York, USA and tested negative for the virus.
Taking to his Instagram stories to express surprise, he hinted that there was a foul play with the test result from Ghana.
