American actor, Dwayne Johnson also known as ‘The Rock‘, has reacted to photo of police officer who went viral over his uncanny resemblance with him.
The 37-year-old Alabama cop, identified as Eric Fields, became an internet sensation after a collage photo of himself and that of ‘The Rock‘ was shared on the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, and netizens were asked to tell the difference. However, some netizens couldn’t tell them apart.
The photo quickly went viral on social media with netizens expressing disbelief at the level of resemblance between the cop and the 41-year-old movie star.
Dwayne Johnson also got wind of the photo and took to his Twitter page to react with extreme shock. He also offered to meet up with the police officer so they can talk about his experience with people mistaking him for the actor.

After graduating and obtaining a degree in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering, he started making music. As an engineer with a flexible work schedule, he had the time he needed to nurture his budding music career. He began recording his music officially in 2015. He wrote a personal song, ” ELEDUMARE”; it was like a prayer to God to open a way for him because a lot was happening, and he needed God’s grace to scale through rough times. As a musician, he loves listening to good music and a couple of artistes who motivate, inspire and influence his sound include 2Baba, Adekunle Gold, Teni, Wizkid, and John Legend.
Being an active follower of @infinixnigeria on Instagram, he came across the #EmpoweredByInfinixS4Campaign and sent in his entry. He was excited when he got an Instagram pop up notification that revealed him as one of the winners of the empowerment grant. This fueled him to push up his craft, create and show the world his sound. In his own words, “For once, I was convinced I wasn’t invisible, I was invincible…and I knew I wasn’t going to give up.”
The empowerment grant gave him massive exposure, training and a platform to amplify his voice. He had the opportunity to work with Cracker Malo, the Producer, on his song ‘La Familia.’ This made him more confident in his craft, and now his songs are getting thousands of streams across various platforms. His next target is a million streams with his just-released album, ‘GENESIS’ by OYC, with the song ‘La Familia’ powered by Infinix listed as one of the tracks. He wants to collaborate with some of the industry greats like Davido, win awards and get his song to a broader range of listeners.
His favourite quote is, “Who broke go still rich…Na who die no go wake”. Essentially, he believes that, as far as there is life, there is hope! And he wants other young talents to remember that “Everything takes time, patiently develop what you have until the right opportunity comes.”

Nigerian rapper, Victor Ncha Odu better known as Vic O, has been thrown into mourning as he loses his father to cold hands of death.
Vic O who announced his fathers passing in a video he shared on social media lamented that death took his father at a wrong time, when he is yet to get out of bankruptcy.
According to him, his late dad has been his support and the one that has been helping him get through this difficult phase of his life with his comforting words.
He revealed he still spoke to him yesterday, August 31 and was more than shocked to receive the news of his death this morning.

Popular Nigerian OAP, DOTUN, has taken to his social media page to react to the scandalous disclosure, Ajeboh Dominic, who is the husband of BBnaija housemate, Tega, made on social media.

A woman identified as Awola Victory has taken to social media to accuse her uncle of throwing her, her family members and their properties out of their home barely one year after their father’s death.
Awola Victory is seen crying in the video shared online as she filmed her siblings standing outside with their furniture and other properties that had been thrown out of their home.
Victory disclosed that her father died on September 9, 2020. She accused her uncle of persecuting her, her mother and siblings since their father’s death.
Men of the Abia State Police Command have arrested one Mrs. Zazi David for allegedly dousing her 10-year-old househelp with hot water mixed with ground pepper because she broke a plate.
According to the command’s spokesperson, Geoffrey Ogbonna, Mrs. Zazi also allegedly forced the girl, identified as Ifunanya, to drink the mixture.
It was gathered that the suspect was arrested after a patent medicine dealer she took Ifunanya to, raised alarm over her condition.
The suspect had also on several occasions meted inhuman treatments on the maid said to be an orphan, resulting in visible marks of assault on her body.
