A video of a ‘masquerade’ preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ has gone viral on social media.
In the video, a Nigerian man cladded in a masquerade attire could be seen parading the streets and preaching the gospel with a handheld megaphone.
The man, who spoke in fluent Igbo language, urged people to accept Jesus into the life.

A Ghanaian lady has revealed that she rejected her boyfriend’s marriage proposal because of the size of his manhood.
The lady, identified as Nana Adwoa, made this revelation during a radio interview in Ghana. According to Nana, her boyfriend’s manhood is monstrous and she wouldn’t be able to cope with it if they get married.
In the interview video making rounds on social media, Nana, who spoke in a native Ghanaian language, said she met her boyfriend called Emmanuel through a friend who gave him her phone number.

I have asked her for forgiveness and I sincerely hope I will be forgiven even as I try to make a change. In a few days from now I will visit her family and also seek their permission to clear and clean the place and make it more respectable resting place.

The United States Department of Justice, took to their official website on Wednesday, 28th of July, 2021, to reveal how embattled socialite, Hushpuppi some years back, bribed Nigerian Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari to jail a fellow fraudster, identified as Vincent.
According to their report, Hushpuppi arranged with DCP Kyari to arrest one Kelly Chibuzo Vincent, who he’d initially conspired with to commit a BEC fraud on an unsuspecting Qatari businessperson by claiming to be consultants and bankers.
Eventually, when the fraud was completed and they made away with the money, a dispute ensued among the thieves which caused Vincent to out Hushpuppi to their victim this caused Hushpuppi to push for the arrest of Vincent by DCP Kyari.
Their statement reads in part,
Abbas allegedly arranged to have Vincent jailed in Nigeria by Abba Alhaji Kyari, 46, of Nigeria. According to the affidavit, Kyari is a highly decorated deputy commissioner of the Nigeria Police Force who is alleged to have arranged for Vincent to be arrested and jailed at Abbas’ behest, and then sent Abbas photographs of Vincent after his arrest. Kyari also allegedly sent Abbas bank account details for an account into which Abbas could deposit payment for Vincent’s arrest and imprisonment.
In reaction to the accusation, Nigerian Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, took to his Facebook page moments ago, to release a statement, revealing that indeed, Hushpuppi contacted him about two years ago to report someone who was a threat to his family and tendering to the distress call led to the apprehension of Vincent.
DCP Kyari revealed that following the arrest, they got to discover that there wasn’t any threat whatsoever and that they only discovered a dispute between Hushpuppi and Vincent.

Big Brother Naija star, Uriel Oputa has come out to clear her name after Jude Ighalo’s estranged wife, Sonia Ighalo, threw a mighty shade at her.

The Ibadan Zonal Command of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC), has apprehended 82-year-old Chief Olagoke Samson Amoo-Onidundu for alleged land fraud.
A statement on their official website concerning the arrest reads,
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibadan Zonal Command, on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, arraigned 82 years old Chief Olagoke Samson Amoo- Onidundu who claims to be the Baale of Onidundu area of Akinyele, Oyo state before Justice Iyabo Yerima of the Oyo State High Court, sitting in Ibadan for alleged land fraud.
The statement continues,
“The Octogenarian was docked on a four count charge bordering on obtaining money under false pretence, contrary to Section 1(1)(a) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, 2006 and punishable under Section 1 (3) of the same Act,.
“The complainant alleged that he bought four acres of land from the defendant for N4, 400,000 but he was later denied access to the land by some people who claimed to be the actual owners of the land.
“One of the counts read, ‘That you, Chief Olagoke Samson Amoo-Onidundu on or about the 19th August, 2020, at Ibadan within the Ibadan Judicial Division of this Honourable Court with intent to defraud, obtained the sum of N2million from one Oluwagbemi Ashaolu by falsely telling him that the sum was part payment for the purchase of four acres of land you have secured for him, which you are in a position to deliver to him; which you knew to be false and you thereby committed an offence contrary to section 1(1)(a)of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Related Offences Act, 2006 and punishable under section 1 (3) of the same Act’.
“In view of his plea, Ben Ubi, prosecution counsel, asked for a date for the commencement of trial. He also prayed the court to remand the defendant at the Nigerian Correctional Centre.”
A Nigerian man is thankful for how his life was gracefully spared following an attack by bandits during a journey.
According to the man, he was travelling from Sokoto to Kano when he got attacked by bandits who shot at his car.
He said: “On our way from Sokoto, back to Kano, we were attacked by bandit, kidnappers.”
He added: “They shot me but I was able to escape. I reversed and ran.”

The 29-year-old single mother of one from Adamawa state melted the heart of many when she owned up to having her first child as a teenager.
According to her, she had her son, Nathan Jacqui Bent at age 19 with her first boyfriend. While she introduced herself to other housemates, she noted that her mother was supportive all through her journey of pregnancy and child birth.
In her words,
“I had my son when I was 19 years old. In 2010, I had my first sex with my first boyfriend and I got pregnant for him, it was a tough time but now I have the most amazing son who is like my best friend.
My mum was supportive while I was pregnant and didn’t disown me at that time. My son is 10-year-old and made this journey easy for me.”

Maria was sharing a bit of her family story with other housemates when Pere who was initially backing her and didn’t seem like he was interested in the gist drew her closer, wrapped his arm around her neck and gave her a romantic peck on the cheek.
Maria who was surprised at his action said, “What’s that for, why did you do that… were you listening to my story”.

Nigerian lady, Esther Chukwuemeka, who was celebrated on social media for being the “youngest Nigerian lawyer” following reports that she was called to bar at age 20, has come out to clear the air.
In a video shared online, Esther denied claims that she graduated from secondary age at 13 and was called to Nigerian bar at 20.
According to her, the report was an error from the person who shared a congratulatory message to celebrate her.
To set the records straight, Esther disclosed that she graduated from secondary school at age 15, then she gained admission to Abia State University (ABSU) to study Political Science.
She said she spent one year in ABSU before travelling to India to study Law at age 17.
Esther pointed out that she spent 5 years studying law in India before returning to Nigeria for Law School, so she is not 20 but 24 years old.

The praises of a young, beautiful Nigerian lady, Esther Chukwuemeka, are being sung on social media after she was called to the Nigerian bar recently.
Esther, a lovely 20 year old, graduated from high school at 13 and after she was denied admission into a Nigerian university because of her age, her father decided to send her abroad to study law.
She graduated and came back to the country and studies at the Nigerian law school for her Bar Part 1 program, which she passed and then wrote the Bar final exam which she passed as well.

A brilliant Young Girl from Okigwe, She finished her secondary School at the Age of 13, passed her SSCE and got admission in ABSU, but the school denied her the admission citing that she’s underage.
Her father picked up the challenge and sent her to India to study law, she graduated in flying colours, then came back to Nigeria and studied at Nigerian Law School for her Bar Part 1 program which is compulsory for all students from foreign university.

A video of Big Brother Naija Season 6 housemate, Sammie crying while taking to fellow housemate, Angel has stirred reactions from fans on social media.
Sammie and Angel were having their regular chit-chat when he suddenly went emotional and burst into tears. A concerned Angel tried to console him with encouraging words.
Jackie B then walked into the room and Angel signaled to her that Sammie was crying, Jackie joined them on the bed as they both console Sammie.
The video has however stirred reactions online as fans of the reality show noted that the tears was a strategy to gain the sympathy of viewers.

Five University of Uyo (UNIUYO) graduates reportedly died in a ghastly motor accident on their way to the NYSC orientation camp in Katsina.
The prospective corps members were on their to the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC orientation camp in Katsina state when their car reportedly tumbled in Abuja. While five of them died on the spot, others were severely injured and rushed to the hospital.
Three of the deceased have been identified as Miracle Asuquo, Stella Ekikor and Victor Akpan.
The NYSC Director, Press and Public Relations, Adenike Adeyemi, who confirmed the incident said the fatal motor accident occurred around 2am on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, along the Abaji/Kwali Expressway.
A statement released by the NYSC scheme reads,
“It is with deep sense of sorrow that the Director-General, Management and the entire NYSC Family commiserate with the families of five Prospective Corps Members that lost their lives in a ghastly motor accident at about 2am today, Wednesday, 28th July, 2021, along Abaji/ Kwali Expressway.
The Director-General and Management also condole with the Governments and people of Akwa-Ibom and Imo States over the tragic incident that has left the Scheme devastated.
Indeed, it has been a black Wednesday for the NYSC Family.
May God grant the families and loved ones the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
May their souls rest in peace.
Management.”

Big Brother Naija star, Uriel has revealed why she can never undergo any body enhancement surgery despite the pressure from her fans.
Taking to her Insta-stories the reality star addressed followers who flood her DM requesting that she undergo butt and breast surgery in order to enhance her looks.
Uriel stated that although she can afford the surgery she wouldn’t go under the knife to enhance her features because she’s scared of the procedure and is naturally endowed.
According to her, she has her natural butt and boobs which are quite good for her, and urged her fans to stop sending her messages asking that she goes under the knife.
“I can actually afford it but surgery scares me”, she wrote and in a subsequent post she wrote, “I don’t want oo”.

They had suggested different names like RoseArmy, Aphrodites, etc, however the handler of her official Twitter page revealed that Liquorose picked a name before she entered the Big Brother house.
According to the handler, Liquorose chose “Lion” as her official fanbase name because her fans are leaders in every area.
“I have been seeing so many beautiful suggestions for our fanbase name, Rose Army, Aphrodites, etc, but Liquorose believes we are all more beautiful than rose and more superior than Aphrodites, so she want us to identify as LIONS, because we are Leaders in every area,” the handler wrote.
