Big Brother Naija housemate, White Money has revealed that he stayed under the bridge with the chairman of touts in Ojuelegba, Surulere, between 2014 and 2015.
The 29-year-old businessman made this revelation while speaking with the other housemates about the effect “nature and nurture” has on the overall behavior of a child.
During the interactive section, the housemates shared their opinion about the topic and argued that a person’s morals and values plays a major role in determining their overall behavior, not nature or nurture.
Sharing his opinion about this, White money disclosed that he stayed with the head of all ‘agberos’ in Surulere, Lagos, yet he didn’t smoke for once because he had a strong resolve.

Big Brother Naija housemate, Yousef is currently being dragged on social media after he repeatedly pronounced ‘Veto’ as ‘Beto’ in a conversation with peace.
Peace won the first Head of House challenge on Monday, July 27th and became the first Head of House in the sixth season of reality show and picked Yousef as her Deputy.
While they were in bed, Peace is heard talking to Yousef about veto power and the plateau born housemate repeated after her with an accent.
Peace thought Yousef had made a mistake and tried correcting him, “it’s “veto” she said. However, Yousef repeated after her, pronouncing the “V” as “B”.
Peace asks Yousef to recite the English alphabet. “Say A to Z,” Peace tells Yousef trying to get him to pronounce the letter V.
This however stirred mixed reaction on social media, while some netizens said Yousef was teasing Peace some concluded it was his accent and dragged him for it.

Controversial crossdresser, Bobrisky has threatened to sue Instagram blogger, Tosin Silverdam if he continues to troll him on his page.
Bob in a now deleted post accused Tosin, who is popular for criticizing celebrities with his Instagram posts, of chasing clouts with his name.
An apparently angry Bobrisky took to social media to warn the blogger to stop making “demeaning” posts about him, else he would get him arrested and file a case against him.
In his words,

“I started in a one room apartment” – Nigerian man celebrates as he buys an exquisite house in Canada
A Nigerian man, simply identified as Dr Okparaku, has shared his inspiring story on social media after he acquired a new home in Canada.
According to him, he first stayed in a one-room apartment and worked small jobs to survive and sponsor his education when he initially migrated to the North American country.
Dr Okparaku, who is now the latest homeowner in Canada, encouraged people to celebrate their small wins because the little efforts will eventually pay off with God on their side.

Girl who became pregnant at 13 and claimed her 10-year-old boyfriend was responsible is pregnant again
A teenage girl who became pregnant at age 13 and claimed that her 10-year-old boyfriend was responsible, is expecting another child.
The Russian girl, identified as Darya Sudnishnikova, from Zheleznogorsk in Krasnoyarsk Krai, broke the internet last year following news of her pregnancy.
Darya had claimed her boyfriend Ivan, who was 10 at the time and still in primary school, impregnated her. However, she later confessed that she was raped by another 14-year-old boy.
She gave birth to a healthy baby girl, named Emilia, in August 2020 at the age of 14.
In a new development, Darya who is now 15, said she recently took a pregnancy test and discovered that she is 6 weeks pregnant.
Speaking on a Telegram online channel, the distraught schoolgirl broke down in tears and said; “The father of this child is Maksim (her 17-year-old boyfriend), because for the past five or maybe even eight months I have had no other sexual partner.”
“I don’t know what to do, I really do not.
I cannot decide on an abortion, because I do not know exactly how many weeks.
If it is really six weeks, it is already a foetus
But I cannot have this baby because I clearly realise that I am unable to raise another child.
I already have one. I will not have any time for the second one,” she added.
Darya revealed that her mother and boyfriend were infuriated by the news.
Speaking about her mother’s reaction, Darya said, <em>”She was deeply shocked and said: ‘Shall I beat you with a belt or…?’ I said – ‘No, please’.
Then she asked, ‘Who is the father?’ I said ‘Maksim’.”
She said her mother told her to take another pregnancy test and it also came out positive.
She also revealed that her boyfriend insulted her when he found out about the pregnancy. Darya reposted a message she received from her boyfriend which reads, “You are so stupid… You got pregnant and claim this is my child. You do not have brains at all…”

Serving overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church, Pastor Tunde Bakare, has spoken up against the Buhari-led administration.
While preaching in his church recently, the popular clergyman recounted how he supported Buhari to get to where he is today, but he doesn’t listen to him anymore because he now has “smelly mouth”.
Pastor Bakare, who was Buhari’s running mate in the 2011 presidential election, cited how biblical prophets rose up against bad governments and said he’s no longer interested in meeting or having a dialogue with anyone because “this is war”.
He also dared the president to come after him “since that is his usual style”.

Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu has revealed that he stays in a three bedroom apartment in Aba, commercial capital of the state.
The Governor, who is expected to be living in the Government House in Umuahia, disclosed this while speaking with journalists on Monday, July 26.
According to him, he chose to live among his people because he wanted to imagine life outside power.
“I have spent time in my lodge in Aba. It is a three-bedroom apartment. I don’t know how many governors can reside in this kind of place.

Househelp and three others arrested over the murder of a banker in Yobe
The Police Command in Yobe has revealed that it had arrested four suspects in connection with the killing of one Hassan Abubakar, who was a staff of a commercial bank.
The Command’s Spokesman, ASP Dungus Abdulkarim, revealed this in a statement in Damaturu on Monday, July 26 where he gave the identities of the suspects as, Umar Shaibu, 21, Tajjuddeen Taufiq, 20, Ismail Mohammed, 17, and Bulama Modu, 17.
He stated that the suspects were apprehended following a report by a colleague of the deceased, Abubakar Musa, who said that Hassan didn’t report for duty and efforts to trace his whereabouts proved abortive.
“Consequently, detectives swung into action and his home and premises were searched and bl*od stains were observed on the floor with some iron rods covered with blood, probably used in the commission of the offence. On July 24, 2021 the principal suspect, Shaibu, who happened to be the house help of the victim, was arrested while carting away valuable items from the victim’s house.
Upon interrogations, he confessed to the crime, stating that on July 22, 2021, he and three other suspects attacked the victim in his house. They robbed him of money but ended up killing the victim, buried the corpse in the compound and fled. The following day, they began to sell the property until they were eventually nabbed by the police,” Abulkarim explained.

Another CCTV footage that has been shared online shows the 9-year-old girl responsible for the fire that razed Ebeano supermarket in Abuja standing outside the building with her mother.
It was earlier reported that the 9-year-old suspect responsible for the fire that ravaged the supermarket on Saturday, July 17, was arrested by the police.
The minor was nabbed after a CCTV footage captured the moment she tampered with the gas section in the supermarket located at Lokogoma, Abuja, and started the fire which destroyed goods worth over N5 billion.
When she was interrogated by the police, the girl said she came to the supermarket with her mother. Watch the interrogation video here.

This is coming after Bolu addressed the controversy that arose after he came out as a gay man.
He had an Instagram live session where he vehemently kicked against the anti-gay law and stated that some of the legislators who signed the law are gay themselves.
Recall that the law was signed by former President Goodluck Jonathan in 2014. The law bans homosexuality in Nigeria and attaches a 4-year jail term for anyone caught in the act. During that period, Bolu’s father, Doyun Okupe was serving as a presidential aide to Jonathan.
Speaking during the live session, Bolu said,
“With the whole 14 year law, I bet you for a fact, some people who were signing or voting for that law are gay themselves. It’s ridiculous.
If you look at it statistically, you would know for a fact that a few people who voted on that law would have been gay themselves”.

Goldilocks, who is a mother herself, took to her Instagram page to share a video of herself warning parents to be careful when leaving their kids with people, even those that they trust so much.
According to her, a situation she learnt about prompted her to give the warning and though she didn’t comment on the experience, she however felt it necessary to apprise every parent to watch their kids closely and always listen to what they have to say.
She wrote as caption alongside the video.

Please don’t get me wrong. I am not saying all men and women are bad and evil but when it comes to your kids don’t risk it just to cry later. You will never know a person’s real intentions around your children. What looks like a good man and fun and playful could turn bad real quick. I personally am not for the story story. Don’t ever be to careful. Never leave your kids around any man alone. I know life will give you moments when you’re in a hurry And need to be somewhere and you need someone to watch the children but don’t make that mistake. Pay close attention to your children’s behavior and actions around the people you bring in your home. They are never too young for you to teach them what inappropriate behavior is. And be friends to your kids so they feel comfortable enough coming to you when a situation arises. I have seen so many videos and I have heard too many stories and I do not want to be a product of that. I am sorry can’t change a mistake this big. No matter how lonely you feel take your time and pray that God sends you a good man and even when he is a good man pay attention to his behavior around your children. Don’t ever turn a blind eye. Be safe is all I am saying. And if a man tells you, you are acting over protective set him straight and in my opinion watch him even closer. Any parent would bE ok with your behavior and will never question your protection . And when you go to sleep at night your kids room doors should be locked at all times. Because you would not notice when he leaves your room

Ace comedian, Abovi Ugboma popularly known as Bovi has taken to social media to celebrate his maternal grandmother as she turns 81 today, July 27th.
Bovi in his heartfelt birthday message to his grandma, Joanna Ugboma, narrated how she prayed to God to take her life after loosing three out of her 9 children, but God spared her life.
Narrating the ordeal his grandma went through while sharing beautiful photos of his 81-year-old agile grandma, Bob wrote,
“This is Joanna. She’s 81 years old today. She had 9 children; one daughter, who was her first seed, and eight sons to follow! She tragically lost three of her children; cut short in their prime. The first happened on July 4, 2006. It was the assassins gun. In Jos! He was a lawyer. Then She lost her last born child on august 23rd, 2008 in an accident. He was a lawyer too. Then she lost her first born child and only daughter on January 25th, 2016. She had a heart attack. Her daughter was my mother, Dr. Meg Ugboma!
Joanna withdrew completely from public life. She prayed to God to take her. But God refused. He refused because she still has 6 powerful sons, several grand children and a good number of great grand children. With her smile and jokes, she still lights up our world! She speaks and understands four Nigerian languages.

The thread of a Nigerian man on Twitter which highlights the actions his scorned girlfriend took against him is gradually becoming a hot topic on the microblogging platform as tweeps have been left in awe over the lady’s actions.
Twitter user, Biyi Nifemi @thebiyitudors in the early hours of Tuesday took to Twitter to share a tweet saying “Lots of girls on here are destructive sociopaths but we are not ready for that conversation.
The tweet was then accompanied by images, screenshots and voice notes telling the story of all the things his angry girlfriend, identified as Sabena Akinbuli did to him — broken award, broken TV, broken expensive perfumes, damaged laptop…
…all done for reasons that Sabena won’t share cause as seen in screenshots of their conversation, Biyi asks why she’s so angry and in a voice note response, she says would not tell him his offence.

After Emmanuel was unveiled as one of the housemates for the new season, fans trooped to social media to note that the new housemate has striking resemblance with BBNaija star, Tochi.
