Big Brother Naija ‘shine ya eyes’ housemate, Saga, has opened up on his downside especially with his father whom he believes he is disappointed because of his career path.
According to Saga, art remains his zeal, unlike his dad’s desire for him to be an engineer at all costs because it was his dream before ending up as a banker.

Earlier tonight, a new Big Brother Naija housemate was introduced to be a part of the sixth edition of the show, his name… Yousef.

Controversial Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky has issued a stern warning to fans who take unflattering photos of him at public gatherings and share them on social media.

Media personality, Daddy Freeze has weighed in on the sack of over 40 Winners chapel pastors for being unfruitful.
Recall that Revered clergyman, David Oyedepo recently broke silence on the sack of multiple pastors of his church, Living Faith Church Worldwide, popularly known as Winners Chapel.
Justifying the sack, the lead pastor of the church, Bishop David Oyedepo stated that the pastors were sacked because they were unfruitful.
According to him, his church has no patience with failure, and since the pastors were unfruitful and blatantly failed they were relived of their duties.
Reacting to this, Daddy Freeze noted that the only thing Christ dismissed and punished for being unfruitful is a fig tree.

A beautiful young Nigerian female graduate who put herself through university as she worked as a security officer has gracefully been offered an internship job in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The job offer comes some months after the lady, identified as Nkechi Benjamin, graduated from Imo state university, Owerri. Her inspiring story was shared by LinkedIn user, Chima Onwumere, who disclosed that the company not only offered her a job but also accommodation because she’s not a resident of Lagos.

Sharing a photo which showed popular Instagram comedian Zics Aloma dressed like a woman, the Nigerian music artist cum comedian noted that it’s crazy to see that his colleagues do almost anything for laugh.
He noted that someone offered him a huge amount of money to rock a wedding dress but he blatantly refused.
In his words,

Fast rising Nigerian singer, Barry Jhay has apologized for the way he reacted to video vixen, Bolanle and her estranged husband, Lincon’s marriage crash.
It can be recalled that Lincon accused Bolanle of destroying their household items and sent her packing from their home.
Thereafter, he went on a social media rant about how he married her for clout and that he had a “good wife in South Africa”.
The news sent social media abuzz and singer, Barry Jhay, also reacted to the end of their barely 6-month marriage.
In a video shared online, Barry Jhay could be heard saying, “Bolanle wey everybody dey manage. E reach your turn, you marry am. Now you don chop breakfast”
His comment didn’t sit well with a lot of people and they called him out for being rude and insensitive to Bolanle’s plight.
Shortly after, photos and videos of Bolanle’s battered face surfaced online which proved that she was the victim in her marriage.
In an apparent reaction to the fact that Bolanle was physically assaulted by her ex-husband, Barry Jhay made a U-turn on his earlier statement, apologizing for being insensitive.

A Bayelsa man from Odi Community, identified as Dennis, is currently looking for a mentally challenged woman to marry.
In a video making rounds on social media, Dennis said he wants to marry an imbecile or a mentally challenged woman whose family knows it would be difficult for her to get a suitor.
According to him, he knows able-bodied men are scared to marry a mentally challenged woman and most families want their child to reproduce so he has decided to satisfy that need.
The man, who disclosed that he has a 12-year-old child, said he would impregnate the lady so she can also have children of her own.
However, he gave a condition that the family of the lady must pay him N500k before the wedding and they would also be responsible for their upkeep.

UNIPORT student, his mom and girlfriend jailed for internet fraud in Asaba
A University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) student, Gift Kenneth his mum and his girlfriend have been convicted and sentenced to jail by a Federal High Court sitting in Asaba, Delta State.
A statement by EFCC says Kenneth, his mother, Animam and girlfriend, Dandy Spice Igwe were arraigned on one count charge each by the Benin Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for offences bordering on impersonation and obtaining by false pretenses.
They were said to have conspired to defraud an American lady, Lucinda Ann Garnes Henrichson of an aggregate sum of $902,935.
Kenneth was said to have disguised as one Raymond Carl Eric and in 2018 and 2019 lied to Henrichson of Texas, US, about an infrastructural investment project. This was followed by the transfer of the money through various channels – Shuaibu Abdullahi and Dora Animam’s bank accounts.
According to the statement, kenneth’s mother, Animan, received the money with her Diamond and Access bank accounts. she received $166,000 from Henrichson and N27 million from Abdullahi.
The presiding judge, Justice F. A. Olubanjo convicted and sentenced both Gift Kenneth and his mother, Dora Animam to five years imprisonment or a fine of N3 million each while Spice Chimzi Dandy Igwe was sentenced to two years imprisonment or a fine of N100,000.
The Court also ordered all items recovered during the investigation which included Mercedes Benz CL250, Mercedes Benz 300, iPhone I1 Promax, iPhone XX Max, Apple Mac book Pro, 2 Apple Mac book, N4, 000,000 found in his account, Twin 4 bedroom uncompleted duplex in Asaba, the cash sum of N4, 000,000 found on him and $ 4,255 recovered from his contractor, forfeited and restituted to the victim through the American Embassy.

A 51-year-old Japanese man almost died from masturbating as he suffered a life-threatening stroke moments after ejaculating.
It was gathered that the single elderly man was in the habit of pleasuring himself several times a day. However, during one of his self -pleasure sessions he suffered “thunderclap” headaches and severe vomiting.
He managed to check himself into the Nagoya University Hospital in Japan and CT scan confirmed that he had subarachnoid hemorrhage, a case of sudden increase in blood pressure which causes bleeding to occur in the fluid-filled spaces of the brain.
The man who suffered a life-threatening type of stroke that was caused by a blood vessel in his brain rupturing as a result of his habit, survived the ordeal but was made to stay in the hospital for two weeks before recovering.

Nigerian singer, Rudeboy from the defunct group, P’Square drops a brand new single and he titled this one “Focus“.
This would be his first single this year and also the lead single for his forthcoming album “Rudykillus“. The song is produced by Chrisstringz.
The singer’s last single “Oga” was released in October 2020 during the End Sars Protests.
This new album “Rudykillus” drops on August 5. The project would have 12 songs on it.
TECNO Presents: The Phantom Xtraordinaire Talk show
A few weeks ago, TECNO launched the Phantom X smartphone in an exclusive event at the Hardrock café. Asides the exquisite entertainment and fun, there was one other highlight that stuck out. The brand played for the audience a trailer of their next project. The snippet showed some of our favourite celebrities spilling the tea about their lives and having fun with Tobi Bakre who seemed to be the host of the show. The vibe we all got that night after watching the trailer was that the show was going to be great fun and we couldn’t wait to watch.
Well, the wait is now over.
The show is called the Phantom Xtraordinaire Show. It is hosted by the fun-loving Tobi Bakre and would be putting the limelight on celebrities who have had bold and extraordinary journeys and an established seat in stardom.
TECNO did well to choose an interesting array of celebrities from different industries; Nollywood actress Rita Dominic, Business consultant and inspirational speaker Fela Durotoye, pioneer beauty entrepreneur Tara Durotoye, WNBA draft Evelyn Akhator, and Founder of SLOT Nnamdi Ezeigbo.
Going by the trailer shown at the launch, each celebrity will take us deep into their personal lives, sharing tips and actionable points. We also know that Tobi Bakre dared the celebrities to carry out some very funny deeds.
The show will be in 6 episodes. The first 3 episodes will air this weekend (starting 23rd July) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7:30pm on TECNO’s YouTube channel.
