Controversial Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky, has taken to social media to advise his fans to be careful of people they call friends.
Bob gave this advise after he realized that over a hundred thousand followers unfollowed popular Instagram celebrity, Hushpuppi on the photo sharing app, following his arrest.
Recall that, the “Instagram big boy” was apprehended months ago in Dubai and extradited to the United States for allegedly being part of a network that swindled “hundreds of millions of dollars” from business email compromise frauds and other scams.
In a post shared on Instagram, Bobrisky expressed shock at how Hushpuppi’s Instagram followers have drastically reduced from 2.5 million to 2.4 million.
According to Bob the situation is a sad reality story, and urged people to be careful of who they call their friends during good times.
“See human beings from 2.5 million followers 100.000 has unfollowed him. Sad reality story. Be careful of people you roll with now that you are balling o”, he wrote.
A gas explosion has rocked Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta, Ogun Sate, leaving two people dead and others injured.
According to Vanguard, the explosion occurred on Thursday Morning, May 20, at the Marque event centre within the presidential library.
It was gathered that technicians were topping up gas into the air conditioner (AC) when it exploded.
Vanguard reports that Ogun state fire Service and some officials arrived promptly at the scene of the explosion to ensure that the situation does not escalate.
It was further learnt that the bodies of those killed in the explosion have been evacuated by the rescue team.

There is a high rate of inflation in the country and it really stinging hard on the masses.
A single unit of sachet water (locally called pure water) for a very long time, had been sold for 10 naira, but in recent times, the price doubled to 20 Naira. In some areas, a Bag which was previously sold for about N150, has also seen its price reach an “all time high” of N300.
This high price in purchasing such a necessary commodity has caused some residents in Aba to resort to selling/buying a much cheaper form of sachet water.
However, social media users did not share in the jubilation as they claimed it might be unsafe to drink because nobody knows the source of the water.

The sister to late Iniubong Umoren, who was gruesomely murdered while looking for job, has been offered a job by popular Akwa Ibom philanthropist, Akan Udofia.
Following the death of the graduate of Philosophy who met her demise after a suspected kidnaper and rapist lured her on social media with a fake job interview, popular philanthropist and CEO of Desicon Engineering Limited offered her elder sister, Ubong Umoren automatic employment.
Akan during his condolence visit to the family of late Miss Iniubong Umoren, promised to employ her elder sister to work in his company branch with immediate effect.

A woman, Olanshile Nasirudeen, 47, has been arrested for allegedly stabbing her 51-year-old husband to death in Ijebu Ode area of Ogun state.
It was gathered that the suspect, a co-butcher and 4th wife of the deceased, stabbed her husband for impregnating a lady.
According to reports, Olanshile saw the pregnant lady at the abattoir and confronted her about why she had an affair with her husband.
This led to a heated argument between her and her deceased husband. She reportedly took a butcher knife and stabbed him at the back joint of his left leg, thereby cutting one of his veins.
He was quickly rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment and was later transferred to Ijebu Ode General hospital, where he eventually died due to loss of blood.
Upon a distress call, the police stormed the scene but the suspect had gone into hiding before their arrival. She was traced and arrested in her hideout at the Mobalufon area of Ijebu Ode.
During interrogation, the woman claimed that her husband hit her first simply because she asked his pregnant mistress for her mission at her market stand.
Davido’s former personal assistant, Idris Aloma popularly known as Aloma DMW, has revealed that he was once offered a cheque of N100M to frame the singer for murder.
According to him, some individuals whom he concealed their names offered him a blank cheque to pin the death of Davido’s friend, Tagbo Umeike on him.
Recall that the late Davido’s friend, Tagbo allegedly took 40 shots of Tequila at Shasha Bar in Lekki and later died from too much alcohol.

Nigerians aboard a plane in Lagos reportedly forced out a Turkish man, who reportedly slapped a Nigerian man following a misunderstanding.
It was gathered that the Nigerian man wanted to make his way to his seat when the Turkish man blocked the pathway. He had his legs on the way, even after a a polite request from the Nigerian man, the white guy refused to remove his legs.
The Nigerian man struggled to pass with the white man’s leg on the way, however, this made him angry and the Turkish man stood up and landed a slap on the Nigerian man’s face.
Since the incident happened before their take-off, other Nigerians on board intervened and reportedly ushered the Turkish man out.

A kidnap victim, Nneka Leonard, who was fortunate to be released alive while others were killed, has shared her ordeal in the kidnapper’s den.
Nneka revealed she was kidnapped on Saturday, May 15th on her way to the memorial of a late friend.
According to her, she boarded a bus from Maza Maza in Lagos to Onitsha. On getting to Onitsha, she took a bus to Owerri and in Owerri, she boarded a bus going to Port Harcourt, not knowing that the male passengers were kidnappers.
In the course of the journey, one of the guys brought out a handkerchief, she felt a hand on her nose and dozed off. On waking up, she saw her hands and legs were tied in a strange location and she started shouting.
At this point, she said she was beaten up by 6 hefty men for refusing to stop screaming. She was stripped naked by their boss and he searched her bag and took everything.
The kidnappers told her the only thing that can save her is if she calls her people. She said a naked photo of her was taken and she was told to put in her fingerprint to unlock her phone.
She was out of data so they recharged and subscribed with her phone, then sent her photos to her relatives, before calling them to demand ransom.
She explained that the kidnappers told her one day after her kidnap, on Sunday, that her relatives were making efforts to pay the ransom.
They then informed another kidnap victim that her family members were not making any move, and there and then, they made a call to an “Alhaji”, to know if he’s interested in buying the woman’s body parts.
Narrating the call, Nneka said,
“They said, ‘Ah, Alhaji, fresh meat dey oh. How we go take do am? Which part you need?’ The Alhaji say ‘breast, I need her second to the last finger, I need her eye, I need her ear’.
“So he said, ‘OK, how much are you looking at?’ and he said, ‘Ah, Alhaji, if you can give us 4 million, we’ll kill it now now now and send it to you’.
“The Alhaji started pricing. He said ‘let me give you people 3 million, it’s OK’. They said ‘done’ then cut the phone. They carried the girl immediately.
“They had a very, large, big table, but it’s an iron table. So, they took the girl. the girl started begging, telling them that she has no one and is an orphan and an only child.
“They said ‘who only child help?’ Immediately, they cut her head, started piecesing her, in my presence. So, after some hours, they came back again, they took the other girl, they cut her, they called and found out the part they needed gain. That one said ‘her private part, breast and eye’, that is the only thing he needed that night.
“They had to carry the second girl again to kill in my presence.”
On Monday morning, at about past 11, Nneka explained that the kidnappers arrived and told her she’s lucky because her people have paid and they will be releasing her.
They also told the other woman that she will be released too as her people have paid and the kidnappers told both of them to go for thanksgiving when they regain their freedom because they are fortunate to have people willing to pay for them.
Nneka said that if she had stayed a day earlier, she would have died because they weren’t given food and she was left naked for the period she was in captivity.
She was put on a bike later that day, late at night, and was dumped in the middle of a dangerous road. Because of how she looked, those who saw her on the road ran away from her. Only one man approached her and offered to help.

The Kano State Hisbah Board apprehended a 40-year-old woman identified as Salomi Jerome, and her spouse, Igina Salomi, 50, for allegedly trafficking a stolen baby from Delta to Kano.
Commander-General of the board, Dr Harun Ibn-sina disclosed this in a statement issued by spokesperson, Malam Lawan Ibrahim, on Tuesday, May 18, where he said the suspects were arrested by Hisbah officials attached to motor parks, who suspected a foul play.
He said the woman, a resident of in Ungogo Local Govt Area of the state, had pretended to be breastfeeding the baby when she was accosted by Hisbah officials.
According to the Hisbah boss, the woman initially claimed to have given birth to the baby but later confessed to having bought the baby from a nurse at a hospital in Delta at the sum of N900,000.
“On May 15, 2021, our men attached to a motor park arrested a woman, Salomi Jerome, 40, who was with a newborn boy. She was accompanied by a man, Salomi Igina, 50, whom she claimed was her husband, which we found out to be untrue,” he stated.
“Investigation revealed that the baby was not her baby. The baby was bought from a nurse working with a hospital in Asaba, Delta State. Further investigation also revealed that the baby was not well and even later confirmed dead.
“We further discovered that the alleged husband contributed N150 ,000 while she contributed N 350 ,000 as they raised N900 , 000 to buy the baby. We have handed over the matter to the police for further investigation into the matter,” he added.
The Commander-General said the suspects had been handed over to the Kano State police headquarters, Bompai, for further investigation.
He urged the general public to report any suspected character or suspicious movement to relevant authorities while reiterating the agency’ s commitment in eradicating all forms of vices in the society.
