Reality TV star, Natacha Akide popularly known as Tacha, has issued a stern warning to religious leaders ahead of the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
The ex-BBNaija housemate took to Instagram to ask religious leaders to support their choice candidate singlehandedly, and not use God’s name to influence people’s decision.
According to her, Nigeria has been set back by 50 years and it’d take several years for us to make progress, so using false prophecies to gain political favours will only make matters worse for the country.
The 25-year-old entrepreneur noted that she respects religion and religious leaders but it is wrong for them to claim God has appointed a particular candidate to lead, when they didn’t hear from God.
“2023 election is coming up, support your candidate. If God did not say anything to you, don’t involved him,” she told pastors.

Nigerian singer, Uchenna Odoh Paul aka Ogene Malaysia, has reportedly been shot dead by unknown gunmen in Awka, Anambra state.
The singer was reportedly killed on Friday, April 30, by assailants suspected to be cultists in Amansea area of Awka North LGA of the state.
Meanwhile, friends of the deceased have taken to social media to mourn his demise.

Clergyman, Ituah Ighodalo has opened up on getting married again following the untimely death of his wife, Ibidun, in June 2020.
In a recent interview on STV, the show host inquired about when his congregants should be expecting a new “Mrs Ighodalo” to support his ministry.
The Senior Pastor of Trinity House gave an humble response to the question as he revealed that he doesn’t have much to give anyone because he gave his late wife everything.

A Nigerian lady has narrated the bizarre story of how she found out that a strange man has been living in her apartment and eating her food without her knowledge.

A Nigerian Twitter user has taken to the platform to raise alarm after her friend who went for a job interview in Akwa Ibom went missing.
According to the lady identified as Umoh Uduak, her friend Iniobong was invited for an interview at an undisclosed location along airport road in Uyo, on Thursday, April 29th.
About two hours later, she reportedly made a distraught phone call to Uduak, and was heard screaming before the call was abruptly ended. Her phone line has been switched off ever since.

Grandson of viral elderly woman who Bobrisky promised to help has reacted, after the crossdresser called him out and tagged him a scammer.

Ghanaian actress, Akuapem Poloo seem to have landed in another trouble, as police complaint has been filed against her only few days after she was granted bail.
Popular presenter and comedian, Derrick Kobina Bonney, filed a complaint against the actress who was recently convicted for posing naked with her child.
Derrick popularly known as DkB reported Akuapem Poloo to the police for defamation.

Chioma, who shares a child with DMW boss, Davido, turned 26 today, April 30, and she released these stunning new photos of herself posing in sexy black dress to celebrate her day.

The chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Abike Dabiri-Arewa has condemned veteran actor, Baba Ijesha over alleged sexual assault on a minor.
Taking to Twitter the Dabiri-Arewa described the act as despicable, and urged the public to disregard his plea for mercy in a now-viral video where he confessed to the crime.
Speaking further she enjoined Nigerians to support the victim’s foster mother, Princess, and ensure that justice is served.
In her words,
“So despicable! The act by Yoruba actor, Baba Ijesha, who defied a girl, at 7 years and later at 14 years! Who knows how many the pedophile could have damaged if he wasn’t caught,” Dabiri wrote.
I sponsored the violence against person’s law. The penalty is nothing less than 14 years in prison. His plea, begging on some video I watched should not be acceptable.
We should all do all we can to support the girl’s foster mother, Princess, to ensure this case goes to court and fully tried, and maximum sentence passed on him”.
Veteran actress, Hilda Dokubo has laid curses on those trying to find faults in the rape allegation against actor Baba Ijesha.
The actress in an Instagram post she shared, said those who fall in such category will one day “have cause to cry publicly and no one will believe them”.
Her post reads ;
People shall put you in a position where you shall have cause to cry publicly and no one will believe you.
No one will come to your aid, the law will mock your claim, you will go to court and even your evidence will be considered lies by all who hear it.
You shall never have peace.
This is my word of prayer for all who call a mother’s cry acting. Your peace shall be raped everyday of your life…
stand up and collect ring,must u be overdramatic??”
wrote, “Are men doing us favor for marrying us??cos I honestly don’t understand why we act drama during proposal.”
