Popular Nollywood actress Laide Bakare has revealed that she would cheat on her partner if he cheats on her.
She made this statement during a recent interview on Oyinmomo, expressing her support for women reciprocating infidelity if their husbands cheat on them.
She emphasized that all men cheat, asserting that it is only fair for women to return the favor.
“All men cheat,” she told the host, questioning if there is any man who is completely faithful to his spouse.
Furthermore, she advised women not to leave their marital homes due to infidelity but to retaliate by cheating back. She, however, admonished them to use their discretion.
She stated, “I will say, don’t leave, but you can cheat. You don’t have to leave, but you can also cheat. However, you must do it with a high level of maturity.”
When asked by the host, “So if bobo cheats on you, you would cheat on him in return?” Laide responded affirmatively: “I will. Of course, I will.”

A while back, Laide Bakare broke her silence following reports that her alleged bedroom photos and videos were leaked online.
This comes after controversial Instagram blogger Gistlover dragged the veteran thespian online over the alleged leaked videos.
In the post, Gistlover berated Laide for sending her unclad videos and pictures to her alleged US-based boyfriend, just weeks after her colleague, Empress Njamah, suffered a similar fate.
According to the blogger, Laide’s alleged lover leaked the videos on some WhatsApp and Indianapolis groups.
Following the report, Instagram users trooped to Laide Bakare’s Instagram page to mock her over the scandal.
However, reacting to the backlash, the actress, who seemed unbothered, laughed off the critics in her comments section. Read here
