Popular gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo, who is set to have her church wedding with her beau, Pastor Blessed, in a few days, had her bridal shower yesterday.
As they count down to the church wedding slated to take place on Saturday, August 13, the singer’s friends hosted a surprise bridal shower for her on Thursday.
Videos from the event that have been shared online show the moment the singer walked into a decorated room with her friends cheering her on.
The ladies, including the bride-to-be, were dressed in all-white attire and held placards with different inscriptions.
A delighted Mercy Chinwo also shared photos and videos from the event on social media on Friday.
In the video, the singer and her ladies are seen jubilating as they dance to some of her songs.

Meanwhile, Mercy Chinwo and Pastor Blessed on have released their official pre-wedding photos.
The excited bride-to-be took to her Instagram page on Wednesday afternoon to share the pre-wedding photos, with the caption, “It’s fulfilling getting to do life with you @theofficialblessed ❤ Next phase loading💃💃💃💃 Mercy is indeed blessed❤🙏❤”.
