An internet user who identifies as @LordJustusN has shared a video via the microblogging platform X about the condition of the hostel at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
He revealed that his brother was supposed to resume the tertiary institution but he had asked to check the hostel out first.
The state of the boy’s dormitory which they named ‘Eni Njọkụ Hostel’ was terrible and it looked unkept.
He also added that the room was locked when he went to check it out and the student within the premises revealed that they locked the room because it was for officials of the student union.
His tweet read;
“My cousin is supposed to resume school at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN). He paid for Hostel & I went there today to check it out. This is what I saw. Eni Njọkụ Hostel. When I asked, they said it’s not swine that live there. I don’t know who to curse, but u are cursed! Lol, let me shock you: when I got there to check the room for my cousin, was locked, while others were opened. When I asked students from the adjacent room, who provided the keys, they said it’s locked because the room was for officials of the Student Union. Meaning it’s the best.”
