Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, Frodd has shared details on the amount he spent on his wedding ceremony.
According to him, he had spent a total of 30 million naira on just his traditional wedding.
He revealed this in the BBNaija All Stars house to Cross, a fellow housemate, during a conversation on the necessity of saving money before considering marriage.
Frodd stated that he paid N5 million on the bride price and a few other items while showing Cross his traditional wedding photo album.
The Anambra-born reality TV star claimed that in addition to spending N2 million for each parent’s clothing, he spent a total of N15 million on drinks.
He said;
“If you are trying to get married, keep money in bulk. I spent like N30 million for my traditional wedding.
Bride price and a few little things took 5 million, parents’ outfits took like 1-2 million each and drinks took up to 15 million.”
In other news, a newly wed Nigerian man identified as Ayodeji has taken to social media to reveal what Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party, did for him when they first met.
According to him, he encountered Obi a few days before his wedding at Abuja’s Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and told him about his upcoming nuptials.
The former governor of Anambra state graciously agreed to Ayodeji’s request that he capture a video wishing him and his wife a happy marriage as a wedding present.
He thanked Mr. Peter Obi and said that his deed was the most priceless wedding present he had ever received.
