Clips from the all-white party organized by Fuji maestro Kwam 1, also known as K1 De Ultimate, have stirred mixed reactions among Nigerians.
The renowned fuji musician hosted the third edition of ‘New Year Fest’ at Amore Gardens, Lekki, Lagos on Thursday, January 4.
Numerous Nigerian celebrities and public figures, including actresses Foluke Daramola and Laide Bakare, graced the event.
However, videos from the event circulating on social media have sparked varying opinions, with many Nigerians expressing disappointment.
Some netizens were dismayed by the outfits worn by the female guests, describing them as tacky and classless, stating that they could have done better.
Comparisons were also drawn to the recent All-White party hosted by UBA and Heirs Holding CEO, Tony Elumelu, which boasted the presence of top figures in the Nigerian entertainment scene. They asserted that K1’s party pales in comparison with Tony Elemelu’s event.
