A Nigerian man has stirred reactions from netizens for marrying his secondary schoolmate after 16 years of dating.
According to Akpan, he met his now wife in Junior Secondary School, when they began their chatting stage, and they also became schoolmates in secondary school.
Akpan and the lady eventually married after sixteen (16) years of dating in a magnificent traditional ceremony.
He went on to say that when they first met, she was in JSS1 and he was in JSS2.
Akpan announced the news on Twitter, along with pictures from their traditional wedding and how it all started.
He wrote;
“Talking stage that start in js2. It ended in Joy. Till infinity and beyond. I love you baby.”
