Mr. Joseph Aloba, the father of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad has created a commotion on the internet after he revealed that he knew the person responsible for his son’s death.
Recall that on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at the age of 27, the former Marlian Music signee passed away inexplicably.
According to comments made by informants and many videos that went viral online, Mohbad’s premature demise was allegedly caused by his colleague Sam Larry and former employer Naira Marley.
Nigerians have been calling for a detailed examination of the incident’s circumstances. Young people descended upon various sections of Nigeria to voice their discontent, leading to demonstrations.
In a recent development, an alleged audio recording of Mohbad’s father, which made its way to the internet, was of him claiming to know the identity of his son’s killer.
As the music executive had harassed his son all his life, he strengthened the claim that Naira Marley was involved in the situation.
Speaking in Yoruba, Mr. Joseph Aloba emphasised once more that Mohbad’s killer is someone close and that he will soon tell it to the entire world.
