The dead body of the young National Diploma certificate holder, Lekan Odunare, who plunged into a lagoon in the Epe area of Lagos State on Tuesday morning, has been discovered.

Olamilekan’s body was found on Thursday, December 16. A video of Lekan sitting on the rails of a bridge before he dived into the waters has been making rounds on social media. Before he dived in, a man filming the scene was heard querying his intention.

Lekan, who is said to be a Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holder and a worker at Alaro City, a mega estate located along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, reportedly left behind a one-year-old child for his 19-year-old girlfriend.

  1. Well,it was most unfortunate the young man has to take his own life but then, I think the man who was recording the video and voice heard in the background could have done a little if he indeed realised it was a suicide mission.

  2. If the video recorder had moved closer to dissuade him unsuccessfully he could be accused of pushing him down.I know how we are quick to form opinions on issues we have no idea about. The whole situation was unfortunate.

Well I don’t think that the man who recorded the movement is at fault because thousand of the man effort cannot change the guy decision ony if the the get other hands to support him in abroad the guy with phone will delay him while other agency will look for other way out by entering the water from the other side and get ready for him any time he fall in to the water they will quickly rescue him before it get out of hand.this is a sad news walahi.
