Popular media personality, Toke Makinwa has tackled a man who accused her of lying about the true secret behind her success and using God as cover up.
The entrepreneur had taken to Twitter to narrate how God was using the painful events of her life as preparation for her glorious future.
According to her, when she was experiencing those unfavourable situations, it didn’t look like anything good will come out of it but she is thankful that God has “used the foolish things to humble the wisdom of the world“.
However, the tweet didn’t sit well with a man, who quickly attacked her for claiming that God is the secret of her success. He argued that the on-air personality broke rules and acquired her wealth through illegal means.
In reaction to the man’s comment, Toke Makinwa simply asked him to also go ahead and break rules to become somebody in life, so that he can also be the “talk of town”.
