A beautician/salon owner who, in a series of Facebook posts, revealed that she would no longer take bookings from Muslims in the wake of the Paris terror attacks, has reportedly been arrested.

According to Thames Valley Police:

A 43-year-old woman was arrested under section 19 of the Public Order Act.Section 19 relates to “the display of written material which is threatening, abusive or insulting with the intention of stirring up racial hatred, and for producing malicious communications.”

The woman, named locally as April Major, is the proprietor of Oxfordshire at-home salon Blinks of Bicester. In spite of her arrest, she has not as yet been charged with an offence.
