Kenyan musician and businesswoman, Akothee, has advised her daughter, Celine Dion Okello popularly known as Baby Rue, to choose money over love.
In a video shared on social media by Baby Rue, the businesswoman told the 23-year-old daughter that money will never come if she goes for love.
In her words,
“Go for money my dear. When you go for money, love will come but when you go for love, money will never come. You better cry in Dubai than cry in Kanyamkago.”

Esther Akoth, popularly known as Akothee is said to be the richest female musician in Kenya, she recently gifted her daughter, Baby Rue a brand new car on her birthday.
The mother of five is the founder of Akothee Safaris( a tour company based in Kenya), Akothee Foundation, Aknotela and Akothee Homes, a real estate business.
