According to trending reports, the Wife of President Buhari, Aisha Buhari wore a $4490 Oscar De La renta Magnolia Guipure Caftan dress.
The dress was spotted on her when she received the First Lady of the Republic of Uganda, Janet Museveni, who paid Aisha a courtesy visit at the President Villa, yesterday, Friday, 15th September.
